Abstract

The pliers comprise a grip (1) and a body segment (2). The body has a built-in adhesive mount. Attached to the grip is a projection (3). This can be used as a lead hammer.

  Zahnarztzangen zur Entfernung von Zahnkronen und -brücken nach Einprobe oder provisorischer Einsetzung. 



  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Zahnarztzangen (aus anatomischen Gründen sind für den Ober- und den Unterkiefer verschiedene Zangenformen nötig) wie sie im unabhängigen Patentanspruch definiert sind. Diese Zangen bieten optimale ergonomische Bedingungen zum sicheren Arbeiten am Patienten beim Entfernen von Zahnbrücken und -kronen:
 
 - die zahntechnischen Arbeiten (Kronen und Brükken) werden nicht beschädigt
 - der Patient wird mit dem Entfernungsvorgang weniger belastet
 - Zeitersparnis für Patient und Zahnarzt
 - dank dem Haftvermittlungsmaterial, das jeder Zahnarzt kennt und das in jeder Praxis vorhanden ist, wirkt sich der Vorgang äusserst kostensparend aus
 - einfache Anwendung und einfache Sterilisierung (die Haftvermittlungsmasse wird einfach von den Zangen entfernt und die Zangen werden sterilisiert)
 



  Die Zeichnung zeigt die Zahnarztzangen gemäss der Erfindung. Der Zangenkopf 2 weist als besonderes Merkmal spezielle Vertiefungen zum Anbringen von Haftvermittlungsmaterial auf A + C. Die Vertiefung hat ein Loch nach aussen, damit überflüssiges Material austreten kann. Als Haftvermittlungsmaterial eignet sich z.B. Kerr thermoplastische Abdruckmasse. Dank diesem Haftvermittlungsmaterial verwandeln sich diese vorfabrizierten Zangen in individuelle Zangen für jede Zahnform und -grösse. Dabei weitet sich die Haftfläche in den untergehenden Teil des Zahnäquators aus, so dass der Druck  nicht mehr auf einen einzigen Punkt wirkt, sondern regelmässig auf eine grössere Fläche verteilt wird und gleichzeitig eine Retention vorhanden ist. Dies ist vor allem darum wichtig, weil das Porzellan, wie jedes Glas, auf konzentrierten Druck ausserordentlich empfindlich ist. 



   An einen Griffteil 1 ist ein Spezialvorsprung 3 vorgesehen. Dieser Vorsprung ist für folgendes bestimmt: Sollte sich die Krone oder Brücke mit manuellem Einsatz nicht lösen lassen, kann mit einem kurzen Druck z.B. mit dem Zahnarztbleihammer, auf den dafür vorgesehenen Vorsprung a + b, die Krone oder Brücke entfernt werden.

  The invention relates to dental pliers (for anatomical reasons different pliers shapes are necessary for the upper and lower jaw) as defined in the independent claim. These pliers offer optimal ergonomic conditions for working safely on the patient when removing dental bridges and crowns:
 
 - The dental work (crowns and bridges) are not damaged
 - The patient is less burdened with the removal process
 - Time saving for patient and dentist
 - Thanks to the adhesive material that every dentist knows and that is available in every practice, the process is extremely cost-effective
 - easy to use and easy to sterilize (the adhesive is simply removed from the forceps and the forceps are sterilized)
 



  The drawing shows the dental forceps according to the invention. The pliers head 2 has, as a special feature, special recesses for attaching adhesion-promoting material to A + C. The recess has a hole to the outside so that excess material can escape. Suitable bonding material is e.g. Kerr thermoplastic impression compound. Thanks to this adhesive material, these prefabricated pliers are transformed into individual pliers for every tooth shape and size. The adhesive surface extends into the sinking part of the tooth equator, so that the pressure no longer acts on a single point, but is regularly distributed over a larger area and at the same time there is retention. This is particularly important because the porcelain, like every glass, is extremely sensitive to concentrated pressure.



   A special projection 3 is provided on a handle part 1. This lead is intended for the following: If the crown or bridge cannot be released with manual use, a short push can be used, e.g. with the dentist's lead hammer, the crown or bridge is removed on the projection a + b provided.
