Abstract

The procedure for fixing a band or ring (13) to one end of a tube (3) of a housing circlet with a screw part (1) which is to be secured at rest on the tube of the watch housing. The latter comprises a head (1) having a cylindrical hollow (2) threaded and surrounding the tube. The latter has piece with the head and in which is mounted a stem (6) held in place by a spring (8) and crossing the ring element.The ring has a polygonal passage (12) in which a part of a polygon section (9) similar to the stem can be engaged to cause rotation of the stem in an un-screwed position of the crown part. A bore (10) is formed in the interior depth of the height of the ring and has a diameter slightly greater than or equal to that of the ring. The ring is located in the bore such that it extends past the tube, and is fixed to the tube by solder which is located at the interior of the circumference of the tube and away from the edge of the ring.
