Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hinweisvorrichtung gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Derartige Hinweisvorrichtungen sind in Form von Schildern oder gegebenenfalls auch hochstehenden Transparente od.dgl. bekannt. Sie können dabei an der Abschlussblende oberhalb eines oberen Regalfaches oder auch an einem entsprechenden eigenständigen Träger angeschraubt oder angeklebt sein. Das bedeutet jedoch, dass bei einer Änderung des Ausstellungs- oder Regalinhaltes die Anpassung der Hinweisvorrichtung schwierig ist. Hinzu kommt, dass bei möglichst hohen Regalen. die eine gute Platzausnutzung erlauben, ein an dessen oberem Abschluss befindlicher Hinweis nur schwer erkennbar ist und evtl. sogar durch Spiegelungen und vor allem aufgrund der schrägen Blickrichtung des darunter befindlichen Benutzers unleserlich sein kann.
Es besteht deshalb die Aufgabe, eine Hinweisvorrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, die einfach auswechselbar oder montierbar ist und auch in grosser Höhe, z.B. an hohen Regalen, von unten her gut erkennbar ist.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt gemäss den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.
Ein Halter und eine darunter befindliche Abstützung erlauben eine schnelle Montage und somit auch Demontage beispielsweise beim Auswechseln der Hinweisvorrichtung und durch den spitzen Winkel zwischen der Befestigungsebene und der Sichtfläche, der sich von unten nach oben öffnet, kommt die Sichtfläche in eine von unten nach oben nach vorne geneigte, von unten her gut einsehbare und erkennbare Position.
Zweckmässig ist es dabei, wenn der Winkel zwischen der vertikalen Verbindung zwischen Befestigungsstelle und unterer Abstützung mit der vorderen Sichtfläche spitz ist und vorzugsweise etwa 15 DEG bis etwa 45 DEG , bei sehr hohen Regalen gegebenenfalls auch noch etwas darüber, insbesondere etwa 30 DEG beträgt. Die Sichtfläche wird dadurch gegenüber einer senkrechten Ebene um diesen Winkel nach vorne geneigt, so dass der Benutzer von seinem tieferen Standpunkt aus nahezu rechtwinklig auf diese Sichtfläche blicken kann und störende Spiegelungen oder Reflexe so gut wie ausgeschlossen sind.
Eine besonders stabile und dennoch einfache Anordnung, die eine gute Halterung der Hinweisvorrichtung an einer plattenförmigen Blende od.dgl. ermöglicht, kann darin bestehen, dass die Verbindung zwischen Befestigungsstelle oder -vorsprung und unterer Abstützung ihrerseits als geradlinige Stützfläche ausgebildet ist, deren Abstand von der Sichtfläche von der unteren Abstützung aus nach oben - gemäss dem Neigungswinkel der Sichtfläche gegenüber einer vertikalen Ebene - zunimmt. Somit erfolgt die Abstützung der nach vorne geneigten Hinweisvorrichtung über eine grössere Höhe und ist entsprechend stabil.
Für eine schnelle Montage und Demontage ist es besonders günstig, wenn als Befestigungsvorrichtung ein Aufhängevorsprung, vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Aufhänge-Haken, insbesondere zwei beabstandete Haken vorgesehen sind und wenn die Hakenöffnung in Gebrauchsstellung nach unten gerichtet ist. Zur Montage braucht somit nur der Aufhängehaken über den oberen Rand eines Trägers oder einer Blende gebracht zu werden, wodurch gleichzeitig die unterhalb des Hakens befindliche Abstützung in Anlage an die Blendenfläche kommt, wonach die Hinweisvorrichtung bereits montiert ist. Genau so einfach und schnell funktioniert die Demontage. Dabei ist gleichzeitig von vorneherein die gewünschte Neigung der Sichtfläche zum Benutzer hin gewährleistet.
Die Hakenöffnung bzw. die Hakenöffnungen können als einseitig offener Langschlitz ausgebildet sein, der schräg zu der Sichtfläche verläuft, insbesondere denselben Winkel mit der Sichtfläche wie die Stützfläche bildet. Somit trägt schon die Hakenöffnung dazu bei, die Sichtfläche in ihrer richtigen Winkelposition auszurichten. Dabei kann die eine längsseitige Begrenzung der Hakenöffnung sich in die Stützfläche für die Hinweisvorrichtung fortsetzen.
Eine besonders stabile und formschöne Hinweisvorrichtung ergibt sich, wenn sie im wesentlichen kastenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Kastenwand die Sichtfläche aufweist und zwei winklig dazu stehende Stirnwände die hakenförmigen Aussparungen und die Stützflächen haben und sich von dem in Gebrauchsstellung unteren Rand der die Sichtfläche aufweisenden Kastenwand unter dem spitzen Winkel der Stützfläche nach oben verbreitern. Der untere Rand der die Sichtfläche aufweisenden Kastenwand, der gegebenenfalls auch noch eine Abkröpfung oder Abkantung haben kann, bildet also im wesentlichen die untere Abstützung, von welcher aus an den entsprechend keilförmigen Stirnwänden die zu den Hakenöffnungen verlaufenden Stützflächen angeordnet sind.
Die Stabilität der Hinweisvorrichtung wird noch vergrössert, wenn am oberen Rand der die Sichtfläche aufweisenden Kastenwand und der seitlich daran angeschlossenen keilförmigen Stirnwände eine in Gebrauchsstellung vorzugsweise etwa horizontale Abschlusswandung vorgesehen ist, die die Sichtfläche und die Stirnwände verbindet.
Ferner kann mit Abstand zu der Stirnfläche eine weitere, im Winkel zu den Stirnwänden und zu der oberen Abschlusswand stehende Rückwand angeordnet sein, die vorzugsweise etwa im Bereich der nach unten offenen Haken endet. Dies erlaubt es, dass die Hinweisvorrichtung zwischen den Stützflächen nach unten hin offen ist. Dadurch wird gegenüber einer allseits geschlossenen kastenförmigen Hinweisvorrichtung Gewicht gespart und die Herstellbarkeit erleichtert.
Die Hinweisvorrichtung kann aus durchscheinendem oder durchsichtigem Werkstoff bestehen und eine Lichtquelle enthalten oder eine \ffnung für indirekte Beleuchtung haben. Vor allem kann dabei die zwischen den Haken befindliche \ffnung hilfreich sein, wenn sie gegenüber der Paneele oder Blende, an die die Hinweisvorrichtung gehängt wird, teilweise einen Abstand hat.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung mit ihren ihr als wesentlich zugehörenden Einzelheiten anhand der Zeichnung noch näher beschrieben.
Es zeigt in z.T. schematisierter Darstellung:
Fig. 1 ein Regal mit übereinanderliegenden Fächern, in denen Ablageschalen od.dgl. angeordnet sind, um Zeitschriften, Bücher od.dgl. ein Titelbild aufweisende Waren aufzunehmen, wobei an der oberen Abschlussblende des Regales eine Hinweisvorrichtung eingehängt ist und in eines der Fächer ein zugehöriges L-Teil eingelegt ist,

An einem im ganzen mit 1 bezeichneten Regal, welches für Präsentations-, Ausstellungs- oder Verkaufszwecke dient, ist eine Hinweisvorrichtung 2 angeordnet, deren wichtigster Teil an einer oberen Abschlussblende 3 des Regales 1 in noch zu beschreibender Weise einhängbar ist. Die Hinweisvorrichtung 2 hat eine Sichtfläche 4 zur Aufnahme von Schriftzeichen, Abbildungen, Farbfeldern od.dgl. Hinweisen und ausserdem noch zu beschreibende Befestigungsmittel zum Anbringen an der Abschlussblende 3 des Regales 1.
Vor allem in Fig. 2 erkennt man, dass an der Rückseite der Sichtfläche 4 wenigstens eine Abstützung 5 und im Abstand darüber ein Befestigungs- oder Einhängevorrichtung als formschlüssig mit dem Regal 1 bzw. seiner Abschlussblende 3 verbindbarer Halter vorgesehen sind. Die Verbindungslinie zwischen der Befestigungsstelle des Halters und der in Gebrauchsstellung darunter befindlichen Abstützung 5 schliesst mit der seitlichen Projektion bzw. dem Querschnitt der Sichtfläche 4 einen sich von unten nach oben öffnenden Winke 7 ein. Daraus ergibt sich die in Fig. 1 und auch in Fig. 2 erkennbare Neigung der Sichtfläche 4, die von unten nach oben nach vorne verläuft, so dass ein tieferstehender Benutzer einen direkten, etwa rechtwinkligen Blick auf die Sichtfläche 4 hat. Diese Anordnung ist also für übermannshohe Regale vorgesehen, zu deren oberem Abschluss ein Benutzer aufblicken muss.
Der Winkel 7 zwischen der vertikalen Verbindung zwischen Befestigungsstelle und unterer Abstützung 5 mit der vorderen Sichtfläche 4 ist spitz und beträgt z.B. etwa 15 DEG bis etwa 45 DEG , insbesondere etwa 30 DEG .
In Fig. 2 wird deutlich, dass die Verbindung zwischen Befestigungsstelle oder -vorsprung 6 und unterer Abstützung 5 ihrerseits als geradlinige vertikale Stützfläche 8 ausgebildet und ausgenutzt ist, deren Abstand von der Sichtfläche 4 von der unteren Abstützung 5 aus nach oben gemäss dem Winkel 7 zunimmt.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Befestigungvorsprung 6 Teil eines Aufhängehakens 9 und dem in Fig. 2 in Ansicht erkennbaren Aufhängehaken 9 entspricht wenigstens ein weiterer derartiger mit Abstand angeordneter Haken 9, der auf gleicher Höhe vorzugsweise am entgegengesetzten Ende der Hinweisvorrichtung 2 in gleicher Weise vorgesehen ist. Dabei ist die Hakenöffnung 10 in Gebrauchsstellung nach unten gerichtet und als einseitig offener Langschlitz ausgebildet, der zu der Sichtfläche 4 hin schräg verläuft und zwar unter demselben Winkel 7, unter dem die Sichtfläche 4 gegenüber der Vertikalen geneigt ist.
Dabei erkennt man in Fig. 2 deutlich, dass die vertikale Stützfläche 8 unmittelbar in die eine längsseitige Begrenzung der Hakenöffnung 10 übergeht, also die Abstützung dieser Hinweisvorrichtung 2 bereits in der Hakenöffnung 10 beginnt und sich von dort absatzlos zu der unteren Abstützung 5 fortsetzt.
Die an der Abschlussblende 3 - oder gegebenenfalls einen separaten, im oberen Regalbereich befindlichen Träger od.dgl. - einhängbare Hinweisvorrichtung 2 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel im wesentlichen kastenförmig ausgebildet, wobei eine Kastenwand die Sichtfläche 4 aufweist und zwei winklig dazu stehende Stirnwände 11 die hakenförmigen Aussparungen und die Stützflächen 8 haben und sich von dem in Gebrauchs stellung unteren Rand der die Sichtfläche 4 aufweisenden Kastenwand unter dem spitzen Winkel 7 der Stützfläche 8 nach oben verbreitern. Dabei sei an dieser Stelle erwähnt, dass dieser untere Rand, der auch die untere Abstützung 5 bildet, eine kleine Umbiegung oder Abkantung hat, die gegen die Abschlussblende 3 hin gerichtet ist, um die Anlage zu verbessern. Diese Abkantung endet in Flucht mit der vertikalen Stützfläche 8.
Am oberen Rand der die Sichtfläche 4 aufweisenden Kastenwand und ebenso am oberen Rand der seitlich daran angeschlossenen Stirnwände 11 ist eine in Gebrauchsstellung vorzugsweise etwa horizontale Abschlusswandung 12 vorgesehen, die die Sichtfläche 4 und die Stirnwände 11 verbindet und den gesamten Hinweis-Kasten 2 stabilisiert und aussteift. Mit Abstand zu der Sichtfläche 4 ist eine weitere, im Winkel zu den Stirnwänden 11 und zu der oberen Abschlusswand 12 stehende Rückwand 13 angeordnet, die im Ausführungsbeispiel etwa im Bereich der nach unten offenen Haken 9 endet. Zwischen der Hakenöffnung 10 und dieser Rückwand 13 verbleibt also ein etwa der Breite des Vorsprunges 6 entsprechender Schlitz, selbst wenn der Hinweiskasten 2 an einer brettförmigen geschlossenen Abschlussblende 3 eingehängt ist.
Auch im übrigen ist die Hinweisvorrichtung 2 zwischen den Stützflächen 8 nach unten hin offen. Besteht sie aus durchscheinendem oder durchsichtigem Werkstoff, kann sie eine Lichtquelle enthalten oder aber über die schon erwähnte \ffnung indirekt beleuchtet werden, um die an der Sichtfläche 4 angeordneten Hinweise besser sichtbar zu machen und auch die Hinweisvorrichtung selbst besser finden zu können.
Da die Befestigung lediglich mit Hilfe von Haken 9 und Stützflächen 5 und 8 erfolgt, kann dieser Hinweiskasten 2 sehr schnell demontiert oder auch seitlich verschoben werden, um ihn bestmöglich an einem Regal 1 zu plazieren. Zusätzlich kann er jedoch noch gegen ungewollte Verschiebung lösbar fixiert sein. Vorstehend wurde unter der Hinweisvorrichtung 2 in erster Linie der in Fig. 2 dargestellte kastenförmige Teil verstanden. Dieser kann auch für sich alleine als Hinweisvorrichtung für ein unter ihm befindliches Regal zweckmässig sein oder auch in anderen Fällen gute Hinweis-Dienste leisten.
Er kann jedoch auch Teil eines Bausatzes einer Gesamt-Hinweisvorrichtung sein, welcher Bausatz weitere, mit dem Hinweiskasten zusammenwirkende Teile enthalten kann.
Insgesamt ergibt sich eine Hinweisvorrichtung, die sehr einfach und schnell an wechselnde Warensortimente angepasst werden kann, also dem Inhaber eines Regales 1 die Möglichkeit gibt, seine ausgestellten Zeitschriften od.dgl. schnell an unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse und wechselnde Nachfrage anzupassen, während andererseits der Kunde trotzdem problemlos auf die jeweils in dem Regal herrschende Ordnung hingewiesen werden kann. Ortsfeste angeschraubte Schilder oder Klebeettiketten od.dgl. Hinweise, die fast umgekehrt beim Einräumen des Regales die Anpassung der Waren an diese Hinweise verlangen, werden vermieden.
Die Hinweisvorrichtung 2 ist vor allem für Präsentations- oder Verkaufsregale 1 geeignet und hat eine Sichtflache 4 zur Aufnahme von Schriftzeichen, Abbildungen, Farbfeldern od. dgl. Hinweisen und ausserdem hakenförmige Befestigungsmittel zum lösbaren und schnellen Anbringen am Regal 1. Unterhalb der Aufhängehaken 9 sind Stützflächen 8 bzw. eine Abstützung 5, so dass diese Hinweisvorrichtung 2 gegenüber der sie tragenden Abschlussblende 3 oder auch einem Träger od.dgl. ein Übergewicht haben kann und dennoch sicher gehalten wird.
Die Sichtfläche 4 ist dabei von unten nach oben schräg nach vorne geneigt, so dass bei übermanns grossen Regalen 1 dennoch eine direkte und gute Sicht auf die Sichtfläche 4 gegeben ist, Dabei kann zu diesem Hinweiskasten 2 eine Anzahl von L-Teilen gehören, die unmittelbar in die Regalfächer eingelegt werden und ihrerseits Sichtflächen 15 haben, auf denen weitere Hinweise angeordnet sein können, die zu denen auf der Sichtfläche 4 passen und sich mit diesen ergänzen.

For quick assembly and disassembly, it is particularly expedient if a hanging projection, preferably at least one hanging hook, in particular two spaced hooks, is provided as the fastening device and if the hook opening is directed downward in the use position. For assembly, therefore, only the suspension hook needs to be brought over the upper edge of a support or a panel, whereby the support located below the hook comes into contact with the panel surface, after which the indicator device is already installed. The hook opening or the hook openings can be designed as an elongated slot which is open on one side and extends obliquely to the visible surface, in particular forms the same angle with the visible surface as the supporting surface. Thus, the hook opening already helps to align the visible surface in its correct angular position. The longitudinal limitation of the hook opening can continue into the support surface for the indicating device.
A particularly stable and shapely notification device is obtained if it is essentially box-shaped, with a box wall having the visible surface and two end walls at an angle thereto having the hook-shaped recesses and the supporting surfaces and extending from the lower edge of the box wall having the visible surface in the use position widen the acute angle of the support surface upwards. The lower edge of the box wall having the visible surface, which may also have an offset or bevel, thus essentially forms the lower support, from which the supporting surfaces extending to the hook openings are arranged on the corresponding wedge-shaped end walls.
The stability of the indicating device is further increased if, at the upper edge of the box wall with the visible surface and the wedge-shaped end walls connected to it laterally, a preferably horizontal end wall is provided in the position of use, which connects the visible surface and the end walls.
Furthermore, a further rear wall, which is at an angle to the end walls and to the upper end wall, can be arranged at a distance from the end face, which preferably ends approximately in the region of the hooks which are open at the bottom. This allows the indicator device between the support surfaces to be open at the bottom. This saves weight compared to a box-shaped information device which is closed on all sides, and simplifies manufacture.
The indicating device can be made of translucent or transparent material and contain a light source or have an opening for indirect lighting. Above all, the opening located between the hooks can be helpful if it is partially at a distance from the panels or panel to which the information device is attached.

Above all in FIG. 2 it can be seen that at least one support 5 and, at a distance above it, a fastening or hanging device are provided as a form-fitting holder that can be connected to the shelf 1 or its end panel 3 on the back of the visible surface 4. The connecting line between the fastening point of the holder and the support 5 located below in the position of use includes, with the lateral projection or the cross section of the visible surface 4, an angle 7 opening from the bottom upwards. This results in the inclination of the visible surface 4, which can be seen in FIG. 1 and also in FIG. 2, which runs from the bottom upwards to the front, so that a lower-lying user has a direct, approximately right-angled view of the visible surface 4. This arrangement is therefore intended for over-the-shelf shelves, to the top of which a user must look up.
The angle 7 between the vertical connection between the fastening point and the lower support 5 with the front visible surface 4 is acute and is e.g. about 15 ° to about 45 °, in particular about 30 °.
In Fig. 2 it is clear that the connection between the attachment point or projection 6 and the lower support 5 is in turn designed and utilized as a straight vertical support surface 8, the distance from the visible surface 4 of the lower support 5 increases upwards according to the angle 7 .
In the exemplary embodiment, the fastening projection 6 is part of a suspension hook 9 and the suspension hook 9 which can be seen in FIG. 2 corresponds to at least one further such spaced-apart hook 9, which is preferably provided at the same height at the opposite end of the indicating device 2 in the same way. The hook opening 10 is directed downwards in the position of use and is designed as an elongated slot which is open on one side and runs obliquely towards the visible surface 4 and at the same angle 7 at which the visible surface 4 is inclined with respect to the vertical.

At a distance from the visible surface 4 there is a further rear wall 13 which is at an angle to the end walls 11 and to the upper end wall 12 and which in the exemplary embodiment ends approximately in the region of the hooks 9 which are open at the bottom. Between the hook opening 10 and this rear wall 13 there remains a slot corresponding approximately to the width of the projection 6, even if the information box 2 is attached to a board-shaped closed cover 3.

The information device 2 is particularly suitable for presentation or sales shelves 1 and has a viewing surface 4 for receiving characters, images, color fields or the like. Notes and also hook-shaped fastening means for detachable and quick attachment to the shelf 1.
