Beschreibung description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Luftkanalabschnitt aus ebenen Blechwänden, mit einem Verbindungsflansch, gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches. The invention relates to an air duct section made of flat sheet metal walls, with a connecting flange, according to the preamble of the claim.
Bei einem bekannten Luftkanalabschnitt dieser Art (siehe deutsche Offenlegungsschrift Nr. 3 512 669) sind am Ende eines Kanalabschnittes mit ebenen Blechwänden Verbindungsflansche mit im wesentlichen hohlem Profil angeformt. In a known air duct section of this type (see German Offenlegungsschrift No. 3 512 669), connecting flanges with an essentially hollow profile are formed on the end of a duct section with flat sheet metal walls.
Zur Kanalwandung zurückgeführte Stützschenkel der Verbindungsflansche sind mit Falztaschen eingefaizt, die aus der Kanalwand gebildet sind. Ein quer zur Längsrichtung des Luftkanalabschnittes verlaufender freier Rand des Stützschenkels ist mittels dieser Falztasche mit der Kanalwand verbunden. Die Aufgabe, die mit der vorliegenden Erfindung gelöst werden soll, besteht in der Schaffung eines Luftkanalabschnittes, der sich mit wesentlich geringerem Arbeitsaufwand herstellen lässt, aber doch steif ist. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch einen Luftkanalabschnitt gelöst, der ausser den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes auch die Merkmale im Kennzeichen des Patentanspruchs enthält. Gemäss Fig. 1/1 a weist der Luftkanalabschnitt 10 vier Seitenwände 11 auf, mit einem Verbindungsflansch 12, der einstückig an den Enden der Seitenwände 11 angeformt ist. Dieser Verbindungsflansch 12 besitzt im wesentlichen ein im Querschnitt dreieckiges Profil. In den Ecken des Luftkanalabschnittes 10 sind diese Profile des Verbindungsflansches 12 offen und die beiden in Fig. 1/1 a dargestellten Verbindungsflansche 12 stehen senkrecht zueinander. Ein Eckwinkelstück 13 ragt mit seinen beiden Schenkeln 14 in diese beiden Verbindungsflansche 12 hinein. Das Eckwinkelstück 13 weist eine Bohrung 15 auf, damit der Luftkanalabschnitt 10 mit einem benachbarten Luftkanalabschnitt 10 zusammengeschraubt werden kann. Der erste Schenkel 16 und der vierte Schenkel 19 sind rechtwinklig zur Kanalseitenwand 11 umgebogen und führen von dieser Seitenwand 11 weg.
