Abstract

The file accommodates perforated documents, having two hinging covers (7,8), between which a movable lug (10) is formed, supporting the attachment. One cover at least is in two layers joined together, the lug being formed on the inner layer. One or both covers can have on the inside an insertion pocket (61,65) data sheets etc. which do not have to be secured in the file. The two layers can together form the pocket, there being an insertion slot in the inner one. The file can be made of a single sheet, folded and glued to form the layers. ADVANTAGE - Is sufficiently stable to allow storage upright, and is simple to produce.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Heftmappe zum Ablegen von gelochtem Schriftgut, welche zwei gegeneinander schwenkbare Deckel aufweist, zwischen denen eine bewegliche Lasche als Träger einer Heftvorrichtung ausgeformt ist. Derartige Heftmappen sind seit langem und in verschiedenen Ausführungsformen bekannt. Aus der Fig. 1 ist der Zuschnitt einer Heftmappe ersichtlich. Dieser Zuschnitt ist durch Falzlinien 12, 22, 32, 42, 52 in sechs Abschnitte 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 unterteilt. Der Abschnitt 1 ist dabei als Lasche 10 ausgebildet, weiche vier Löcher 11 zur Aufnahme einer bekannten, hier aber nicht näher dargestellten Heftvorrichtung aufweist. Die Lasche 1 ist am Abschnitt 2 angeformt, wobei der Übergang von der Lasche 1 zum Abschnitt 2 als Abrundung 15 ausgebildet ist. Der Abschnitt 2 bildet die innere Lage 20 eines vorderen Deckels. An den Abschnitt 2 schliesst sich horizontal der Abschnitt 3 an, welcher die äussere Lage 30 des vorderen Deckels bildet. Der wesentliche Unterschied gegenüber der in der Fig. 2 dargestellten Heftmappe besteht darin, dass am vorderen Deckel 7 ebenfalls eine Einstecktasche 65 vorhanden ist. Dazu weist die innere Lage 20 des vorderen Deckeis 7 ebenfalls einen Einsteckschlitz 64 auf. Damit die so gebildete Einstecktasche 65 ihren Zweck erfüllen kann, wurden die beiden den vorderen Deckel 7 bildenden Lagen 20, 30 im Bereich der Einstecktasche 65 nicht verklebt. Die Klebung ist auch hier wieder durch eine Schraffur 9 angedeutet. Die Lasche 10 ist in dieser Figur an der Falzlinie 13 gefaltet dargestellt und wird durch eine Heftvorrichtung 66 zusammengehalten. Durch diese zweilagige Ausführung der Lasche 10 im Bereich der Löcher 11, welche bei der Faltung paarweise zusammenfallen, wird ein An- bzw. Aus-reissen der Löcher 11 durch die Heftvorrichtung 66 weitestgehend vermieden. Bei stehender Heftmappe wird unter dem Gewicht des eingehefteten Schriftguts auf die Lasche 10 ein Drehmoment ausgeübt, welches im Oberteil der Lasche 10 eine auf die Anlenkung derselben wirkende Zugkraft erzeugt. Damit die Lasche 10 unter der Einwirkung dieser Zugkraft nicht vom oberen Ende des Falzes her abgerissen wird, ist der Oberteil der angelenkten Lasche 10 von der Mitte der Heftvorrichtung 66 aus gesehen länger ausgebildet als der entsprechende Unterteil.
