Abstract

In order to influence the immediate electric environment of a living organism, in particular during electrodiagnosis or electrotherapy, a sheet (23) of electrically-conductive plastic is placed in the vicinity of the body (19). Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Elektrodenauflage für die Elektro-Diagnose oder -Therapie. The present invention relates to an electrode pad for electrical diagnosis or therapy.

Bekanntlich wird, sei dies zur Kühlung oder besseren Kontaktierung oder Einbringung von Wirkstoff, z.B. durch lontophorese, bei Wechselstromoder Gleichstrom-Therapie, zwischen applizierten Elektroden und Körper des Lebewesens des öftern eine leitende Flüssigkeit bzw. viskose Paste vorgesehen. Dies führt zu einer relativ aufwendig zu reinigenden Verschleierung der Elektrodenanordnung. Insbesondere für den Einsatz der als Wegwerfstruktur ausgebildeten Folie 23 für Elektro-Therapie genügt bezüglich der Leitfähigkeit des für die Folie 23 eingesetzten Kunststoffes bereits ein spezifischer elektrischer Widerstand in der Grössenordnung von 1k o/cm nach DIN 53 482.
