Beschreibung description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Elektrodenauflage für die Elektro-Diagnose oder -Therapie. The present invention relates to an electrode pad for electrical diagnosis or therapy.
Bekanntlich wird, sei dies zur Kühlung oder besseren Kontaktierung oder Einbringung von Wirkstoff, z.B. durch lontophorese, bei Wechselstromoder Gleichstrom-Therapie, zwischen applizierten Elektroden und Körper des Lebewesens des öftern eine leitende Flüssigkeit bzw. viskose Paste vorgesehen. Dies führt zu einer relativ aufwendig zu reinigenden Verschleierung der Elektrodenanordnung. Ausserhalb dieser Kunststoffolie 23 werden, wie schematisch bei 25 angedeutet, Elektroden für die Elektro-Diagnose oder -Therapie angebracht. Je nach Einsatzzweck wird über diese Elektroden dem Körper 19 durch Folie 23 und Masse 21 ein therapeutisch wirksames elektrisches Signal aufgeschaltet, oder es wird vom Körper 19 über Masse 21 und Folie 23 mittels besagter Elektroden 25 ein diagnostisch aussagekräftiges Signal abgelesen. Insbesondere für den Einsatz der als Wegwerfstruktur ausgebildeten Folie 23 für Elektro-Therapie genügt bezüglich der Leitfähigkeit des für die Folie 23 eingesetzten Kunststoffes bereits ein spezifischer elektrischer Widerstand in der Grössenordnung von 1k o/cm nach DIN 53 482.
