Descrizione Description
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un utensile da taglio, in particolare punte o fresa, munito di spirale di almeno 2 gole elicoidali e diametro uguale o inferiore al codolo. The present invention relates to a cutting tool, in particular drills or milling cutter, equipped with a spiral of at least 2 helical grooves and diameter equal to or less than the tang.
Gli utensili da taglio elicoidali -convenzionali sono caratterizzati da un nocciolo a profilo continuo, vale a dire cilindrico oppure conico, eventualmente con riduzione all'estremità dello stesso (snocciolamento) per migliorare la penetrazione, nel caso si tratti di una punta per forare. In tutte queste realizzazioni convenzionali risulta impossibile ottimizzare il rapporto penetrazione/robustezza, a scapito quindi della durata dell'utensile e/o della sua produttività quando è utilizzato su macchine utensili moderne che richiedono utensili di grande rigidità e resistenza all'usura. The conventional-helical cutting tools are characterized by a core with a continuous profile, i.e. cylindrical or conical, possibly with reduction at the end of the same (pitting) to improve penetration, in case it is a drill bit. In all these conventional embodiments it is impossible to optimize the penetration / strength ratio, therefore at the expense of the tool life and / or its productivity when used on modern machine tools that require tools of great rigidity and wear resistance.

In questo caso è illustrata una punta elicoidale destinata alla foratura di acciaio inossidabile. Essa presenta un nocciolo formato da tre settori diversi.
