Abstract

Packages, as bags or depressed packages, with a flat lid, for liqs. sensitive to light and O2, consist of a transparent synthetic, e.g. a polypropylene film, onto which is calendered a lid of a polyester/Al/''Morprime'' combination, opt. with an intermediate sealing layer, e.g. of ''Morprime'' between the lid and the container. The lid may be partly peelable.

  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung in Form von Beuteln oder getieften Packungen mit ebenem Deckel für flüssige licht- und sauerstoffempfindliche Präparate, insbesondere medizinische Infusionslösungen. 



  Es ist üblich, lichtempfindliche Präparate und Lösungen in transparente Packungen abzufüllen, wenn - wie beispielsweise bei Infusionslösungen - die Höhe des Flüssigkeitsspiegels optisch verfolgt werden muss. Wegen der Lichtempfindlichkeit des Inhaltes ist jedoch zu Aufbewahrungs- und Transportzwecken eine zweite äussere Verpackung erforderlich. 



  Angesichts dieser Gegebenheiten, liegt nun der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei Verpackungen der eingangs erwähnten Art die zweite äussere Verpackung für lichtempfindliche sowie sauerstoffempfindliche Präparate überflüssig werden zu lassen. 



  Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe führt eine Verpackung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen von Anspruch 1. 



  Diese Ausbildungsweise hat den Vorteil, dass die Deckelschicht ganz oder teilflächig abgelöst werden kann, da die Haftung auf dem Behältermaterial ausschliesslich durch Adhäsion entsteht. Nach dem Abreissen oder Abpeelen eines Teils oder der ganzen Deckelschicht ist der Blick auf die im transparenten Behältermaterial eingefüllte Flüssigkeit freigegeben. 



  Die Deckelschicht aus dem Polyester/Aluminium/ Polypropylen-Material ist genügend verformungsfest, um einen ausreichenden Schutz des Behältermaterials mit dem Präparat beim weiteren Verpacken, Lagern bzw. Transportie ren zu bieten. 



   In abgewandelter Ausbildungsweise kann zwischen der Deckelschicht und der Kunststoff-Folie des Behältermaterials teilflächig eine siegelbare Zwischenschicht - bevorzugt aus Polypropylen - eingebracht sein. Diese Lösung ist dann zweckmässig, wenn eine stärkere und sichere Haftung der Deckelschicht gewünscht wird. 



  Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung ist auch besonders umweltfreundlich, da die Sekundärverpackung entfällt und dadurch der Verpackungsaufwand sowie der Abfall vermindert werden. 



  Bei Anwendung einer getieften Packung mit ebenem, aufgesiegeltem Deckel verbindet sich die Polypropylenfolie über die Zwischenschicht teilflächig mit dem Polyester des Deckels. An den Flächenteilen ohne Zwischenschicht kann die Deckelschicht abgelöst werden.

  It is common to fill light-sensitive preparations and solutions in transparent packages if - as with infusion solutions - the level of the liquid has to be monitored optically. Because of the light sensitivity of the content, however, a second outer packaging is required for storage and transport purposes.



  In view of these circumstances, the object of the invention is to make the second outer packaging for light-sensitive and oxygen-sensitive preparations superfluous in packaging of the type mentioned at the outset.



  A packaging with the characterizing features of claim 1 leads to this object.



  This design has the advantage that the cover layer can be removed in whole or in part, since the adhesion to the container material arises exclusively through adhesion. After tearing off or peeling off part or all of the cover layer, the view of the liquid filled in the transparent container material is clear.



  The cover layer made of the polyester / aluminum / polypropylene material is sufficiently deformation-resistant to provide adequate protection of the container material with the preparation during further packaging, storage or transport.



   In a modified embodiment, a sealable intermediate layer - preferably made of polypropylene - can be introduced over part of the surface between the cover layer and the plastic film of the container material. This solution is useful when stronger and more secure adhesion of the cover layer is desired.



  The design according to the invention is also particularly environmentally friendly, since there is no secondary packaging and the packaging outlay and waste are thereby reduced.



  When using a recessed pack with a flat, sealed lid, the polypropylene film is partially connected to the polyester of the lid via the intermediate layer. The cover layer can be detached on the surface parts without an intermediate layer.

Claims (4)

1. Verpackung in Form von Beuteln oder getieften Packungen mit ebenem Deckel für flüssige licht- und sauerstoffempfindliche Präparate, insbesondere medizinische Infusionslösungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Behältermaterial für das Präparat aus einer Polypropylenfolie besteht, auf die als Deckelschicht ganz- oder teilflächig eine Polyester/Aluminium/Polypropylen-Kombination aufkalandriert ist.       1.Packaging in the form of bags or deep-set packs with a flat lid for liquid light and oxygen sensitive preparations, in particular medical infusion solutions, characterized in that the container material for the preparation consists of a polypropylene film on which a polyester / Aluminum / polypropylene combination is calendered. 2.
