BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht von Fig. 2 in Richtung des Pfeiles A.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to an electronic device, which is located in a shielding housing, with electrical lines, which are connected by means of filter elements through a housing wall to printed circuit boards of the electronic device, without impairing the shielding of the device.
In such devices, it is customary to provide a bore in this housing wall for each line which has to be passed through the housing wall and to install a filter element in this bore. This is labor intensive and unsuitable for the mass production of such devices.
The object which is to be achieved with the present invention is to create a device in which the electrical lines can be passed through the housing wall in a substantially simpler manner.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the housing wall has an opening for several lines, which is closed by a shielding plate, that the filter elements are built into the shielding plate and penetrate both the opening of the housing wall and the shielding plate, that a first electrical connection of the Filter element is located inside the housing on one side of the shielding plate, that a second electrical connection of the filter element is located outside the housing on the other side of the shielding plate and that the electrical lines on the one hand at the first electrical connection and on the other hand at the second electrical connection of the filter element are attached.
An embodiment of the electronic device according to the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows:
1 shows a section through a housing wall of an electronic device, with a shielding plate and a number of filter elements,
2 is a view of FIG. 2 in the direction of arrow A.
1 and 2, a housing wall 10 has an opening 11. This opening can be round or rectangular and is so large that all electrical lines can be passed through. On the inside of the housing wall 10 there is a shielding seal, e.g. attached in the form of a shielding adhesive paste or a sealant 12. A shielding plate 13 is fastened with the aid of this shielding sealing compound. If necessary, this shielding plate 13 can also be screwed to the housing wall 10 with the aid of screws, not shown. This shielding plate 13 consists of a plastic plate, which on the side facing the opening 11 with a shielding metal foil 14, e.g. a copper foil is coated. On the opposite side, the plastic plate is provided with electrical lines 15, 16.
This shielding plate 13 has coaxial bores 17 and 18, of which the upper bore 17 has a larger diameter than the lower bore 18. The two bores 17 and 18 are connected to one another via a conical surface 19. A filter element 20 is inserted into each of these bores 17, 18, 19. Such a filter element 20 has two conical surfaces 21 and two pins 22, which are designed as electrical connections 29, 30. These filter elements 20 are inserted into the aforementioned bores 17, 18, 19 of the shielding plates 13 such that the conical surface 21 of the filter element 20 is supported on the conical surface 19 of the plastic plate.
The electrical connection around the mechanical fastening of the filter elements 20 to the shielding surface 14 is achieved via an annular soldering point 23, which is located at the upper edge of the larger bore 17. Reliable shielding is thus achieved. The lower pins 22 are connected by an annular solder joint 24 to the electrical lines 15 and 16 located on this side. Stripped wires 25 and 26 are soldered to the upper pins 22 of the filter elements 20. Via the electrical lines 15 and 16, the pins 22 are connected to components 27, 28 of the electronic device, which is not otherwise shown in detail. The components 27, 28 are commercially available parts, such as, in particular, transistors, ohmic resistors, capacitors, etc.
In particular, they are sensitive elements that are characterized by a
Faraday cage against interference, e.g. unwanted electro magnetic fields, must be protected.
A circuit board 32 is connected to the shielding plate 13 via a flexible plate 31.
The shield plate 13 and the circuit board 30 are parts of the electrical device that is built into the housing 10a. When the device is installed in the housing 10a, the filter elements 20 with their second electrical connections 30 thus already protrude through the opening 11 from the
Housing 10a out. It is therefore no longer necessary to provide a separate hole in the housing wall for each electrical line that has to be passed through the housing wall 10 and into each of these holes
Install filter element 20. This considerably simplifies the installation of the electronic device in the housing 10a.
