BESCHREIBUNG
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Beschriftungshalter für Anschriften an Verkaufsregalen, Lagergestellen, Schauständern, Warenkörben und dgl., um Schriftträger mit Anschriften aller Art wie Warenbezeichnungen usw. gut sichtbar, geschützt und auswechselbar am vorderen Rand derselben anbringen zu können. Es sind derartige Beschriftungshalter bekannt. Sie bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem steifen, durchsichtigen Materialstreifen, dessen beide Längsrandzonen mittels Falzen um etwa 1800 aus der Streifen-Hauptebene umgebogene Lappen bilden. Diese Streifenprofile bilden sozusagen ein Etui für das jeweilige Beschriftungsblatt.
Auf der Zeichnung sind in den Fig. 1 bis 3 derartige bekannte Ausführungen von Beschriftungshaltern im Querschnitt dargestellt. Gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 sind die beiden Randzonen eines steifen und durchsichtigen Materialstreifens nach hinten umgefalzt, nach Fig. 2 überlappen sich die beiden umgefalzten Zonen. Beide Halter lassen sich nur an dünnen Rändern (z.B.
wenn das Regalbrett vorn eine Rinne aufweist) anwenden, nicht aber an dickeren Profilen oder gar Warenkörben aus starkem Draht.
Beim Typ nach Fig. 3 ist oben durch die Unterteilung des Falzes ein Rücken gebildet, so dass sich der Beschriftungshalter auch an dicken Profilen, Rändern, Körben und dgl. anbringen lässt.
Dieses Profil ist jedoch oben offen, da der eine Lappen nach vorn umgebogen ist. Dadurch können Staub, Schmutz und Brosamen (wenn das betreffende Regal z.B. Brot u.ä. Lebensmittel aufnimmt) in den Halter eintreten, das Beschriftungsblatt verschmutzen oder gar unleserlich machen. Der Halter ist dann nur umständlich hiervon zu reinigen, unter Umständen muss das Beschriftungsblatt dazu herausgenommen werden. Auch muss der vordere Lappen um das Beschriftungsblatt einzuschieben, meist nach vorne gebogen werden, so dass er schliesslich nicht mehr glatt anliegt.
Der erfindungsgemässe Beschriftungshalter kennzeichnet sich demgegenüber durch die Kombination der Merkmale gemäss Patentanspruch 1. Durch diese Ausbildung werden sämtliche oben beschriebenen Nachteile der bekannten Profile beseitigt.
Die Fig. 4 der Zeichnung zeigt im Querschnitt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Beschriftungshalters und die Fig. 5 bis 8 einige Anwendungen desselben.
Der Beschriftungshalter nach Fig. 4 besteht aus einem steifen, durchsichtigen Materialstreifen, dessen beide Längsrandzonen mittels Falzen aus der Streifen-Ebene nach hinten umgebogen sind. Die ebene Partie 1 des Materialstreifens liegt in der Streifen-Hauptebene. Die in Fig. 4 untere Randzone ist um den Falz 2 nach hinten umgebogen und bildet einen Randlappen 3.
Die in Fig. 4 obere Umbiegung ist in zwei Falzen 4 und 5 unterteilt, so dass zwischen diesen ein quer zur Hauptebene liegender, ebener Rücken 6 gebildet ist. Mit dem oberen Lappen 7 kann der Beschriftungshalter nun über einen breiteren Rand eines Regals (Fig. 5), einer Glasplatte (Fig. 6) oder eines Warenkorbes aus starkem Draht (Fig. 7) eingehängt werden, ohne dass, wie beim Typ nach Fig. 3, Schmutz in den Raum für den Schriftträger von oben eintreten kann.
Das Beschriftungsblatt 8 kann nun zwischen Mittelteil 1 und Lappen 3 eingeschoben werden und ist durch den Mittelteil 1 von vorne lesbar.
Die Breite der Lappen 3 und 7 zusammengenommen, ist kleiner als die Breite (oder Höhe) des Mittelsteils 1, so dass dazwischen eine Lücke bleibt. Durch diese kann der Schriftträger 8 besser erfasst und hinein- und herausgeschoben werden.
Die beschriebene Ausführung des Beschriftungshalters ermöglicht seine Anwendung aber auch in umgekehrter Lage, d.h. er kann mit dem schmalen Falz 2 in dünne Ränder wie vor allem in den Rand eines sogenannten Barcodeprofils eingehängt werden, wie dies Fig. 8 beispielsweise zeigt. Wenn der Halter für eine solche Verwendung vorgesehen ist, kann der Randlappen 7a gegen den Mittelteil 1 hin abgewinkelt sein (Fig. 8). Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Beschriftungsblatt 8 durch den Lappen 7a festgeklemmt wird, ähnlich wie durch den Lappen 3 in der oben beschriebenen Einhängstellung.
Dadurch, dass beide Randlappen nach hinten umgebogen sind, ist das Beschriftungsblatt stets eingeschlossen und gegen Verschmutzung geschützt.
Sind keine Einhängränder an dem betreffenden Regal usw.
vorhanden, können zusätzliche Befestigungsorgane benützt werden, wie festzuklebende Magnetplättchen bei Metallgestellen oder Klebstreifen aller Art. Es kann auch eine dünne Kunststoff- oder Metallplatte mit vorne aufgebogenem Rand vorgesehen werden, die dann unter die im Regal aufbewahrten Waren bzw. Stückgüter geschoben und so festgehalten wird.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a label holder for addresses on sales shelves, storage racks, display stands, shopping baskets and the like. In order to be able to attach letter carriers with addresses of all types such as product descriptions etc. in a clearly visible, protected and exchangeable manner to the front edge thereof. Such label holders are known. They essentially consist of a stiff, transparent strip of material, the two longitudinal edge zones of which form folds from the main plane of the strip by means of folds around 1800. These strip profiles form, so to speak, a case for the respective label sheet.

if the shelf has a gutter at the front), but not on thicker profiles or even baskets made of strong wire.
In the type according to FIG. 3, a back is formed at the top by the subdivision of the fold, so that the label holder can also be attached to thick profiles, edges, baskets and the like.
However, this profile is open at the top, since one tab is bent forward. As a result, dust, dirt and crumbs (if the relevant shelf holds bread or similar food) can enter the holder, contaminate the label or make it illegible. The holder can then only be laboriously cleaned of this; under certain circumstances the label sheet must be removed. The front flap must also be bent forwards to insert the label sheet, so that it finally no longer fits smoothly.
In contrast, the label holder according to the invention is characterized by the combination of the features according to claim 1. This embodiment eliminates all the disadvantages of the known profiles described above.
Fig. 4 of the drawing shows in cross section an embodiment of the label holder according to the invention and Figs. 5 to 8 some applications of the same.
4 consists of a rigid, transparent material strip, the two longitudinal edge zones of which are bent backwards from the plane of the strip by means of folds. The flat part 1 of the material strip lies in the main strip plane. The lower edge zone in FIG. 4 is bent backwards around the fold 2 and forms an edge tab 3.
The upper bend in FIG. 4 is divided into two folds 4 and 5, so that a flat back 6 lying transversely to the main plane is formed between them. With the upper tab 7, the label holder can now be hung over a wider edge of a shelf (Fig. 5), a glass plate (Fig. 6) or a cart made of strong wire (Fig. 7), without having to, as with the type according to Fig 3, dirt can enter the space for the writing medium from above.
The label sheet 8 can now be inserted between the middle part 1 and tab 3 and is readable from the front through the middle part 1.
The width of the tabs 3 and 7 taken together is smaller than the width (or height) of the middle part 1, so that a gap remains between them. Through this, the writing medium 8 can be better grasped and pushed in and out.
The described design of the label holder also enables its use in the reverse position, i.e. it can be hung with the narrow fold 2 in thin edges, especially in the edge of a so-called barcode profile, as shown in FIG. 8, for example. If the holder is intended for such use, the edge tab 7a can be angled towards the central part 1 (FIG. 8). This has the advantage that the label sheet 8 is clamped by the tab 7a, similar to the tab 3 in the hanging position described above.
The fact that both edge tabs are bent backwards means that the label is always enclosed and protected against dirt.
Are there no hanging borders on the relevant shelf etc.
If necessary, additional fastening elements can be used, such as magnetic plates to be glued to metal frames or adhesive tapes of all kinds. A thin plastic or metal plate with an edge that is bent open at the front can also be provided, which is then pushed under the goods or piece goods stored on the shelf and thus held .
