BESCHREIBUNG

Fig. 3 die Vorderansicht der Stromschienendurchführung gemäss Fig. 2.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a busbar bushing for a partition wall in switchgear, which has a bushing insulator made of cast resin, through which a busbar is concentrically guided in the longitudinal direction, a gap being left between the inside dimensions of the bushing hollow insulator and the outside dimensions of the busbar.
Such busbar bushings are mainly used in encapsulated medium-voltage switchgear and serve as a passage for the busbar from one to the other through a partition made of insulating material or metal. The busbar is usually designed as a partially insulated busbar with a flat, round or tubular cross-section. So that the formation of leakage currents from the partition to the busbar over the surface of the lead-through hollow insulator can be avoided in the moist or damp-dirty state, this has axially extending recesses on both sides, for example in the form of conical grooves or grooves, the outer protruding beyond the inner recess edge can.
Such an embodiment of a bushing insulator of the type mentioned is known from DE-OS 1 540 093. The cylindrical cavity of this bushing insulator has its smallest diameter in the area of the partition and widens conically symmetrically on both sides.
In the middle of the bushing insulator, in the plane of the partition, a spacer plate made of insulating material is arranged in a radial groove, which supports and centers the busbars. The installation of the spacer plate in the radial groove, however, requires special complex precautions, in addition, partial discharges in the air gaps between the busbar, spacer plate and radial groove must be expected in the area of the spacer plate, particularly in the case of high atmospheric humidity, which can subsequently destroy the insulating material.
The electrical field is strongest in the middle of the bushing insulator and is still forced into the air gaps between the insulating materials and the spacer plate and busbar, because insulating materials with sufficient mechanical strength will always have a much higher dielectric constant than air.
The embodiment according to the invention shown in the following is intended to carry out the type mentioned at the outset, which is partially discharge-free and at the same time has sufficient stability, is simple to manufacture and assemble and can be easily adapted for busbars with different cross-sectional shapes.
This is achieved in that the cylindrical cavity of the bushing insulator has a cylindrical section in the middle, to which at least one widening conical section adjoins on both sides after a radial shoulder, a bushing being attached to at least one radial shoulder, the outer surface of which is attached to the conical Section is adapted and which concentrically surrounds the busbar.
The shape of the bushing insulator is therefore adapted to the electrical field distribution and the socket is located in a section with a weak electrical field, so that partial discharges are not to be expected.
Preferably, at least one conical section is adjoined by further widening conical sections each after a radial shoulder, one bushing or two bushings being attached in mirror image fashion to the outermost radial shoulder.
This ensures that the busbar bushing is also suitable for higher operating voltages while avoiding partial discharges.
In a preferred embodiment, each socket consists of two uniform parts arranged in mirror image with a symmetrical recess which is open on one side and whose base corresponds to the shape of the busbar.
As a result, the sockets can not only be installed in the simplest way even after the busbar has been pushed through, but are also easily adaptable to different busbar cross-sections.
The bushing is preferably screwed onto the circular surface of the radial shoulder by plastic screws.
In the case of two sockets mounted in mirror image on the outermost radial shoulder, these can also be screwed to one another by plastic spacer bolts, as a result of which the assembly can be further simplified.
In a further development, the bushings can consist of hard paper.
On the one hand, the bushings can be economically manufactured from low-cost material by punching, on the other hand, it has been shown that the dielectrically favorable arrangement of the bushing makes it possible to dispense with expensive, flexible, gap-preventing materials.
Exemplary embodiments of the busbar bushing according to the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:
1 is a view of a first embodiment,
Fig. 2 is a view of a second embodiment of a mounted busbar bushing according to the invention, partially shown in section, and
3 shows the front view of the busbar bushing according to FIG. 2.
In Fig. 1, the partition 1 between two switch cells of an encapsulated medium-voltage switchgear is shown. The bushing insulator 2, through which the busbar 7 with a flat cross section is passed, is mounted in a round opening which is recessed in the partition 1. The partition 1 can be made of insulating material or grounded metal. The busbar 7 has partial insulation 8, i.e. Coating with plastic, in particular epoxy resin, according to known vortex sintering processes. Approximately in the middle, a flange 26 is formed on the bushing insulator 2, the lateral surface of which bears on the partition 1 and by means of which and the press ring 27 the bushing insulator 2 can be firmly connected to the partition 1.
The outer diameter of the bushing insulator 2 decreases too conically towards both ends and the outer edges 25 are rounded. The cylindrical cavity has its smallest diameter in the region of the dividing wall 1 and here has a cylindrical section 20 to which two widening, conical sections 21, 22 are connected on both sides after a radial shoulder 28. On one side of the lead-through hollow insulator 2, a bush 3, 4 is attached to the last radial shoulder 28 and fastened by plastic screws 6, which concentrically closely surrounds the busbar 7, 8 and whose outer surface is adapted to the conical section 22.
The shape of the bushing insulator 2 is thus adapted to the electrical field distribution, so that partial discharges and the formation of leakage currents can be avoided in cooperation with the partial insulation 8 of the busbar 7. The socket 3, 4 is located in a section with a weak electrical field, which means that expensive, flexible, gap-preventing materials can be dispensed with.
Even if the socket 3, 4 is made of commercially available hard paper, there will be no partial discharges to fear.
The bushing 3, 4 preferably consists of phenolic resin hard paper with a coating of melamine resin. - Melamine resin is used because of its high resistance to arcing and tracking. The socket 3, 4 is constructed from two uniform parts 3 and 4, arranged in mirror image, which have a symmetrical recess that is open on one side, the bottom of which corresponds to the shape of the busbar 7, 8. Even after the busbar 7, 8 has been inserted into the bushing hollow insulator 2, the socket 3, 4 can thereby be installed in the simplest way.
FIG. 2 shows a busbar bushing for higher operating voltages than that according to FIG. 1. Parts of the same type are designated with the same reference numbers as in FIG. 1. The lead-through hollow insulator 2 has axially extending recesses in the form of conical grooves 23 on both sides to extend the creepage path, the outer recess edge 25 projecting beyond the inner recess edge 24. On its circumference in the area opposite the partition 1, a round thread is provided, as a result of which the partition 1 can be pressed onto the lateral surface of the flange 26 by means of a threadable insulating material nut 27 and the busbar bushing can be firmly mounted. The round thread was chosen because, on the one hand, it remains threadable even when dirty, and on the other hand, allows quick assembly.
This thread movement can be improved even further with silicone-based lubricants. Such lubricants are also dirt-repellent and have excellent electrical properties.
The cylindrical cavity of the bushing insulator 2 is designed as in FIG. 1. A partially insulated busbar 7, 8 with a flat cross section is arranged concentrically, which is encompassed and supported by two sockets 3, 4 and 3 ', 4' in the lead-through hollow insulator 2.
The bushing 3, 4 is attached to the last radial shoulder 28 of one end, the bushing 3 ', 4' to the last radial shoulder 28 of the other end of the bushing hollow insulator 2.
The bushings 3, 4; 3 ', 4' screwed against each other.
The shape of the bushes 3, 4; 3 ', 4' can be seen in FIG. 3.
There is a symmetrically open recess on one side, the bottom of which closely surrounds the busbar 7, 8. The bushings 3, 4; 3 ', 4' are easy to assemble, even after the busbar 7, 8 has been pushed through, and can easily be adapted to different busbar cross sections. The sockets 3, 4; 3 ', 4' can be economically produced from phenolic resin hard paper by punching.
