Abstract
The tube presser for plastics tubes has a triangular squeeze die (2) to squeeze out tubes of different materials thicknesses. The guide the tubes, the lower two, of three, guide surfaces have a wedge shape. USE - To remove most of the contents from plastic tubes.
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a tube extractor for the complete and clean expression of plastic tubes of all kinds.
The trend of the tube industry such as B. for personal care, food or chemical components in the future will be increasingly in the plastic tube as a replacement for aluminum.
The big disadvantage of the plastic tube is that it cannot be permanently deformed when compressed like metal tubes. This disadvantage of permanent elasticity is the tedious expression of viscous contents, poor content control and - very important in the case of food - the drawing in of air, which negatively influences the shelf life of the content.
Since a clean emptying of the products is not possible without tools, a considerable part of the sometimes expensive content ends up in the waste.
The present invention relates to the tube ejector according to claims 1 to 4, which eliminates all these disadvantages by pushing it onto the tube end and occasionally retightening it when using the tube.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in exemplary embodiments on the accompanying drawings, namely:
FIG. 1 shows a view in partial section with round pinch pins,
FIG. 2 shows a view in partial section with two wedge-shaped cross connectors,
Figure 3 is a partial sectional view with a trough-shaped tub.
