La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de rangement pour cintres.
Dans les magasins de confection d'une certaine importance, on connaît un mouvement important de cintres. Après ou avant utilisation, les cintres sont généralement rangés dans des cartons. Non seulement ces cintres sont rangés pêle-mêle et prennent relativement beaucoup de place mais, lorsqu'on désire sortir un cintre du carton, les cintres s'accrochent les uns aux autres par leur crochet ainsi que par leurs extrémités qui comportent très souvent elles-mêmes des fentes en forme de crochet. L'extraction d'un cintre d'un paquet ne se fait dès lors pas sans énervement ni perte de temps.
La présente invention a pour but de mettre à la disposition de l'utilisateur un dispositif de rangement permettant de ranger une grande quantité de cintres sur une petite surface, de telle sorte qu'un cintre puisse être prélevé sans risque d'accrochage avec un autre cintre.
Le dispositif de rangement pour cintres selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un socle portant trois colonnes verticales disposées aux angles d'un triangle isocèle, la colonne disposée au sommet de ce triangle étant fendue sur toute sa hauteur et selon la bissectrice du sommet, cette colonne fendue étant en outre déplaçable le long de ladite bissectrice, et un dispositif de blocage de la base de la colonne fendue.
Ce dispositif permet d'empiler les cintres en engageant le crochet métallique du cintre dans la fente de la colonne fendue, le cintre étant maintenu, avec un certain jeu, entre la colonne fendue et les deux autres colonnes. Le jeu désiré peut être fixé au moyen du dispositif de blocage de la colonne fendue. Ainsi, sur une base dont les dimensions hors tout correspondent à celles d'un cintre, il est possible de ranger, par empilage, une grande quantité de cintres. Par exemple, pour des cintres présentant une épaisseur de 1 cm, il est possible de ranger 130 cintres au moyen d'un dispositif présentant une hauteur de 130 cm au-dessus de son socle. On réalise ainsi non seulement un gain de place considérable, mais les cintres peuvent être aisément enlevés du dispositif ou mis sur le dispositif individuellement ou par groupes.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.

Ce dispositif comprend un socle 1 constitué d'une barre horizontale 2 et d'un bras perpendiculaire à la barre 2, les extrémités de cette barre et de ce bras 3 étant munies de pieds 4, 5 et 6 percés d'un trou pour leur fixation au sol, au moyen de vis, ou sur des roulettes ou sur des blocs en caoutchouc. Sous la barre 2 sont fixées deux colonnes verticales 7 et 8 dont les extrémités supérieures sont reliées par une traverse 15 servant de poignée, tandis que sur le bras 3 est monté un élément tubulaire coulissant 9 portant une colonne 10 présentant sur toute sa hauteur une fente 11 s'étendant horizontalement dans le sens du bras 3. Dans une réalisation en métaI, la colonne fendue 10 est constituée de deux barres métalliques 10a et 10b soudées sur l'élément tubulaire 9.
Cet élément 9 est muni d'une manette de serrage rapide 12 permettant de bloquer cet élément 9 sur le bras 3. Les trois colonnes 7, 8 et 10 sont donc situées aux angles d'un triangle isocèle dont la base est sur la barre 2, la colonne 10 étant déplaçable le long de la bissectrice au sommet de ce triangle et la fente 11 s'étendant selon cette bissectrice.
Les cintres 13 sont introduits, respectivement retirés du support selon la double flèche, la partie rectiligne du crochet 14 du cintre étant introduite dans la fente 11. Le cintre est ainsi maintenu horizontalement entre, d'une part, les colonnes 7 et 8 et, d'autre part, la colonne fendue 10. On laisse de préférence unjeu et même un ébat suffisant aux cintres entre les colonnes, de manière à permettre d'introduire très facilement le cintre dans le support. Il est ainsi possible d'empiler un grand nombre de cintres.
L'invention peut être exécutée aussi bien en métal qu'en matière synthétique et peut faire l'objet de nombreuses variantes d'exécution. Le socle pourrait être par exemple constitué par une plaque ronde ou triangulaire et la base de la colonne fendue pourrait être constituée par un coulisseau déplaçable dans une rainure profilée en
T ou en queue d'aronde.

The present invention aims to provide the user with a storage device for storing a large amount of hangers on a small surface, so that a hanger can be removed without risk of hanging with another hanger.
The storage device for hangers according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a base carrying three vertical columns arranged at the angles of an isosceles triangle, the column disposed at the top of this triangle being split over its entire height and according to the bisector of the apex, this split column also being movable along said bisector, and a device for blocking the base of the split column.
This device makes it possible to stack the hangers by engaging the metal hook of the hanger in the slot of the split column, the hanger being held, with a certain clearance, between the split column and the other two columns. The desired clearance can be fixed by means of the slotted column locking device. Thus, on a base whose overall dimensions correspond to those of a hanger, it is possible to store, by stacking, a large quantity of hangers. For example, for hangers having a thickness of 1 cm, it is possible to store 130 hangers by means of a device having a height of 130 cm above its base. This not only saves considerable space, but the hangers can be easily removed from the device or put on the device individually or in groups.

This device comprises a base 1 consisting of a horizontal bar 2 and an arm perpendicular to the bar 2, the ends of this bar and of this arm 3 being provided with feet 4, 5 and 6 pierced with a hole for their fixing to the ground, by means of screws, or on casters or on rubber blocks. Under the bar 2 are fixed two vertical columns 7 and 8, the upper ends of which are connected by a cross member 15 serving as a handle, while on the arm 3 is mounted a sliding tubular element 9 carrying a column 10 having a slit over its entire height 11 extending horizontally in the direction of the arm 3. In a metaI embodiment, the split column 10 consists of two metal bars 10a and 10b welded to the tubular element 9.
This element 9 is provided with a quick clamping lever 12 making it possible to block this element 9 on the arm 3. The three columns 7, 8 and 10 are therefore located at the angles of an isosceles triangle whose base is on the bar 2 , the column 10 being movable along the bisector at the top of this triangle and the slot 11 extending along this bisector.
The hangers 13 are introduced, respectively removed from the support according to the double arrow, the rectilinear part of the hook 14 of the hanger being introduced into the slot 11. The hanger is thus held horizontally between, on the one hand, the columns 7 and 8 and, on the other hand, the split column 10. It is preferably left unjeu and even a sufficient clearance to the hangers between the columns, so as to allow the hanger to be introduced very easily into the support. It is thus possible to stack a large number of hangers.
The invention can be carried out as well in metal as in synthetic material and can be the object of many variants of execution. The base could for example be constituted by a round or triangular plate and the base of the split column could be constituted by a slide movable in a groove profiled in
T or dovetail.
