Abstract

The watch or clock includes two displays - one providing a conventional analogue display (4), and one providing a digital display (5). A mobile element may be used to cover up the digital display, leaving only the analogue display visible, or it may be withdrawn to reveal both displays. The movement of the sliding cover (6) may be used to control one of the functions of the watch. In alternative arrangement a hinged element may cover either the analogue or the digital display. The analogue display may be replaced by a calculator module, which may be covered up in a similar way. ADVANTAGE - Dual display watch may have digital elements covered to improve its appearance.
