BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for tempering electronic devices in closed rooms.
Closed spaces are to be understood here in particular as transportable and walk-in containers in which standardized electronic plug-in systems such. B.
are arranged for movable radar, long-range or satellite receiving stations.
Since these containers are exposed to different temperature influences, they must be designed to be coolable and heatable.
Temperature control devices are known for this purpose, but they have the significant disadvantage that their dimensions do not match the internationally standardized electronic plug-in systems. As a rule, the electronic plug-in modules are manufactured in a standardized width grid, in particular the so-called 19 "rake system. The width of these systems is not sufficient for customarily designed temperature control devices. So far, at least two plug-in fields were required for these devices.
On the other hand, it is not readily possible to build such temperature control devices with a width and depth adapted to the electronics insert systems for a sufficient cooling capacity. The reason for the latter is that the accessible free space is very cramped and only the front of the temperature control device is accessible.
This makes maintenance of this device extremely difficult. However, the simple feasibility of maintenance work is extremely important, especially in the applications mentioned.
The invention has for its object to enable easy access to the temperature control device and its components with reduced space requirements.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that all components of the temperature control device are arranged in a single structural unit which has the width and depth of standardized electronic plug-in systems.
The cooling unit of the temperature control device can advantageously be designed as a slide-in unit, with a heating device also advantageously being integrated. This ensures that the cooling unit as a whole can only be pulled out comfortably after loosening the fastening screws on the housing and is therefore optimally accessible for maintenance work.
An advantageous development of the invention can consist in that the control panel of the temperature control device is designed to be pivotable out of the structural unit, so that the components of the temperature control device, such as, B. the fan for the condenser of the refrigeration unit is accessible for repair purposes.
The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown schematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a side view of a unit in section and
Fig. 2 of the refrigeration unit with heating device in the extended state.
The components of the temperature control device are arranged in the housing 1, which is closed at the front against the free interior of a container (not shown) with a door 2. The refrigeration unit 3 of the device consists of a refrigeration compressor 4, a condenser 5, an evaporator 6, an expansion valve 7 and refrigerant lines 8 connecting these components, the latter being connected to the refrigeration compressor 4 via a suction shutoff valve 9 and a pressure shutoff valve 10. The components 4, 5 and 69 and an electrical heating device 11 are fastened to support rails 12.
The electrical lines 13 connected to the components, of which only one is shown, are connected to a control panel 14 via plugs 15.
In the event that the cooling unit 3 with the heating device 11 has to be pulled out of the device for maintenance purposes, the electrical lines 13 only have to be pulled out of the plugs 15.
The control panel 14 is connected to the front wall of the housing 1 by means of hinges 16, so that the fan 17 for the condenser 5 is freely accessible for repair purposes by pivoting out the control panel 14 when the door 2 is open.
A fan 18 for the tempered air is also arranged in the housing. The rear wall of the housing 1 is at a short distance from the opposite wall of the container, not shown. During cooling operation, room air is drawn in from the interior of the container through an air filter 20 which is arranged in the door 2 and projects through an air inlet opening 19 into the interior of the housing 1. The cooled air exits through an air outlet 21 in the rear of the housing into the interior of the container.
In heating mode, the heating device 11 is switched on and the cooling unit 3 is deactivated.
As coolant for the condenser 5, outside air is sucked in through an air inlet 22 and discharged into the surroundings through an air outlet 23. It goes without saying that in the wall of the container corresponding air inlet or outlet. Air outlets are attached.
