Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung

The invention relates to a device that closes the opening of a wall.
In the case of a cabin or floor tableau for an elevator, which has become known from US Pat. No. 4,134,107, a cover which also serves as a front plate is fastened to a wall of the elevator car or to the frame of the floor door by means of screws. Since a shoulder is created between the cover and the contact surface and the screw heads are visible, this type of fastening does not meet the requirements of modern design.
From the introduction to the Swiss patent specification 563208, it is known to weld threaded bolts using thin, plate-shaped metallic workpieces using welding guns. When using this type of fastening, which is relatively expensive to manufacture, the disadvantage of the visible screw heads could be avoided.
With the invention characterized in claim 1, the object is achieved to fasten a closure element of an opening in a wall simply and cost-effectively such that the fastening elements are not visible and between the closure element and the
Wall no paragraph is formed.
The advantages achieved with the invention can be seen in the fact that the requirements placed on modern design are met. The screwless, releasable type of fastening provides further advantages. The fastening device according to the invention is designed to be impact-resistant and impact-absorbing, so that sufficient protection against vandalism is ensured.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to several exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a partial view of the device according to the invention
2 is a section illustrating the principle of the device along the line A-A of FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 and
4 shows a further embodiment of the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
1 and 2, 1 denotes the wall of an elevator car, for example, and 2 a closing element, which may be the front plate of a cabin panel. The end element 2 is inserted into an opening 3 in the wall 1 with little play. On the opposite narrow sides 1.1, 2.1 of the wall 1 and the closure element 2, a groove 4.1, 4.2, which is semicircular in cross section, is provided, into which a fastening element 5 is inserted.
The grooves 4.1.4.2 are arranged in such a way that the outer surfaces of the wall 1 and the end element 2 lie in one plane after the insertion of the fastening element 5, the dimensions of the grooves 4.1.4.2 and the fastening element 5 preferably being matched to one another such that a backlash-free non-positive connection between the wall 1 and the end element is achieved.
In Fig. 3 are designated with 6 strips, which are inserted in guides 7, which are arranged on the narrow sides 1.1.2.1 of the wall 1 or the end element 2.
The strips 6 consist of an elastic material, for example a plastic foam. In order to avoid manufacturing tolerances that are too narrow during the production of the grooves 4.1.4.2, the outer surfaces of the wall 1 and of the end element 2 are leveled by means of a support 8 and the grooves 4.1.4.2 are simultaneously machined into strips 6 which are in contact with one another, which is accomplished, for example, by means of a laser beam can be.
The fastening element 5 is preferably a rigid, cylindrical rod made of metal. However, if there is not enough space for the rod to be inserted into the grooves 4.1.4.2, a ball chain or a flexible cylindrical rod can also be used.
4, no additional space is required for the introduction of the fastening element 5. In this case, a spring 9, for example made of a plastic, is attached to the rear of the end element 2. The spring 9 preferably extends over the entire length of the end element 2, with the resilient end 9.1 associated with the end element 2
Nut 4.2 is incorporated.
