Abstract

The bows (12) for fastening the strap may rotate about two trunnions (14) carried by the case body (15), thus enabling these bows to be impressed with a rotary movement and to make them occupy one or the other of two working positions, 180 DEG apart, depending on which face of the watch is used. The bows (12) are held in place on the trunnions (14) by rods (17) having a threaded portion (17a) and engaged in a longitudinal passage 18 accommodated in each bow (12) and whose ends engage in an annular groove (16) in each of the trunnions (14). Two jumper devices each comprising a ball (20) subjected to the action of a restoring spring (22) ensure the stability of the two working positions of each bow (12). <IMAGE>
