PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.

Fig. 2 eine im vergrösserten Massstab dargestellte Einzelheit A .

and a guide member (11) which is movably arranged on the one hand on the guide rod (10) and on the other hand rigidly fastened to the push rod (5) in order to secure the push rod (5) against rotation.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) consists of polyester and the push rod (5) consists of stainless steel.
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (I) is cylindrical and that a plate (20) provided on the circumference with a sealing ring (22) is inserted into the housing (1) in order to have two watertight chambers (26, 27), a chamber (27) being designed as a connection chamber for the electrical feed line.
4. Use of the drive device according to claim 1 as a thrust and pull motor for devices mounted under liquids.
The invention relates to a drive device according to the preamble of claim 1 and to the use thereof as a pull and push motor for liquid-mounted devices.
So far, it was only possible with great effort and effort, e.g. pulling and pushing operations e.g. to open and close valves under water.
Pneumatically and hydraulically actuated actuating cylinders can only be used to a limited extent, since the inevitable oil film that adheres to the piston rod can contaminate the liquid. A complex device is also required to control the actuating cylinder.
The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention as characterized in claim 1 solves the problem of creating a drive device that can be controlled manually and automatically and installed independently of the position without complex equipment.
The advantages achieved by the invention can be seen in the fact that the push rod runs dry, which largely prevents contamination of the liquid, and the push rod is insulated from the threaded spindle and thus from the electric motor, so that the occurrence of a galvanic effect is prevented.
It is advantageous if the housing is made of polyester and the push rod is made of stainless steel. As a result, the drive device can also be used for wastewater with an indefinable viscosity and pH.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
Show it:
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through an embodiment of a drive device according to the invention and
Fig. 2 is a detail A shown on an enlarged scale.
The drive device shown in Fig. 1 has a cylindrical housing 1 made of plastic, e.g. Polyester.
The housing is provided with a wall on one end and open on the other end. The drive device also has an electric motor 2, a gear 3, a threaded spindle 4 and a push rod 5, which are arranged in the housing 1 such that the push rod 5 protrudes from the housing 1 through the end wall. The threaded spindle 4 is driven by the electric motor 2 via the gear 3.
A blind hole 6, which extends in the axial direction and into which the threaded spindle 4 projects, is provided in the push rod 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the push rod 5 is provided with a cylindrical countersink into which a threaded nut 7 is inserted. The nut 7 is rotatably connected to the push rod 5. The nut 7 has an extension 8 which is aligned with the push rod end. The nut 7 is in screw engagement with the threaded spindle 4.
In the blind hole 6, two sleeves 9 made of plastic are also provided, which are fastened at a distance from one another in the blind hole 6 in order to guide the threaded spindle 4.
In order to secure the push rod 5 against rotation, a guide device consisting of a guide rod 10 and a guide member 11 is provided in the housing 1.
The guide member 11 is movably held on the one hand on the guide rod 10 and on the other hand rigidly connected to the push rod 5 by an extension 12 which is fastened to the push rod 5. The section of the guide member 11 fastened to the push rod 5 is provided with a hole 13 through which the threaded spindle 4 runs. The hole 13 has a diameter which is dimensioned such that an air gap is present between the guide member 11 and the threaded spindle 4. The guide rod 10 is arranged parallel to the push rod 5.
The push rod 5, which is in screw engagement with the threaded spindle 4 via the threaded nut 7, is mounted in a sleeve 14 made of plastic. The sleeve 14 is arranged in a hole which is formed in the end wall of the housing 1 and has a flange 15 which bears against the inside of the end wall.
The guide rod 10 is fixed on the one hand to the gear 3 and on the other hand to the flange 15 of the sleeve 14. Two limit switches 18, 19 are arranged between the gear 3 and the flange 15 of the sleeve 14.
The electric motor 2, the gear 3, the threaded spindle 4, the push rod 5, the sleeve 14, the guide rod 10 and the limit switches 18, 19 form an assembly which is inserted into the housing 1 from the open side.
The push rod 5 is sealed by a first sealing ring 16, which is held by the sleeve 14, and a second sealing ring 17, which is provided with a wiper for removing deposits on the push rod 5.
A plate 20 is inserted in the housing. The plate 20 bears on one side against the assembly mentioned above and is held in the housing 1 by a locking ring 21. The plate 20 is provided with a sealing ring 22 on the circumference.
The housing is closed by a cover 23 which is fastened to the housing 1 by means of screws 44. A sealing ring 25 is inserted between housing 1 and cover 23.
Two watertight chambers 26, 27 are formed by the plate 20 in the housing I, one chamber 26 accommodating the assembly mentioned above, while the other chamber 27 serves as a connection chamber for the electrical supply line.
The electrical lines intended for connection to the electric motor 2 and the limit switches 18, 19 (not shown
) are guided through a hole 28 provided in the plate 20. The hole 28 is then potted with sealant. A terminal strip for connecting an electrical cable 30 is provided in the connection chamber 27. The electrical cable 30 is inserted into the connection chamber 27 via a waterproof cable entry 31 which is screwed into the cover 23 and secured by a strain relief 32.
The threaded spindle 4 can be rotated in both directions of rotation by the electric motor 2, as a result of which the push rod 5 is either advanced or retracted with respect to the housing 1. The push rod 5 is secured against rotation by the guide device 10, 11.
Due to the design of the push rod attachment and sealing, dry running of the push rod 5 is possible. The linear movement of the push rod 5 is brought about by the threaded nut 7. Because the threaded nut 7 is made of plastic and the threaded spindle 4 is guided in the push rod 5 through sleeves 9 made of plastic, the push rod 5 is completely electrically insulated from the electrical part of the drive device, thereby preventing the occurrence of a galvanic effect on the push rod 5 becomes.
The drive device is for use as a pull or push motor for devices mounted under liquids, e.g. Valves designed. For this purpose, a thread can be provided so that the drive device can be attached directly to the valve.
