Abstract
A suspension device of this type for television sets consists of a light steel construction with a support element (3) which can be swivelled, a securing element (8) and the support tube (9). The support tube (9), which is used for holding the television set, is pushed through the support element (3) and is drawn tight from underneath by a screw (10) to form a clamp with the securing element (8). With this suspension device, the television set can be adjusted over a large range in terms of its side position and oblique position. <IMAGE>

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Aufhängevorrichtung für Fernsehgeräte, bestehend aus einer Leichtstahlkonstruktion mit zwei gegeneinander beweglichen Tragelementen (2, 3) und einem Tragrohr (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Tragelement (2) eine zur Montage der Vorrichtung dienende Grundplatte (1) aufweist und in das untere, gegenüber dem oberen verdrehbare Tragelement (3) ein gebogenes Tragrohr eingeschoben ist, das im unteren Tragelement (3) mittels eines Sicherungselementes (8) und einer Schraube (10) in jeder Lage klemmbar ist und dass am einen Ende des Tragrohres (9) zwei Halterungen (14) zur Befestigung des Fernsehgerätes fest angeschraubt (15) sind.
2. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragrohr (9) gegenüber dem unteren Tragelement (3) verschiebbar ist, das Ganze zum Zwekke, dass der Bildschirm eines auf die Halterungen (14) aufgesetzten Fernsehgerätes bezüglich Seiten- und Schräglage in weiten Grenzen verstellbar ist.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Aufhängevorrichtung für Fernsehgeräte nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1, die in modernen Wohnungs- und Industriebauten vielfältige Verwendung finden kann.
Mit dieser Aufhängevorrichtung ist es im allgemeinen möglich, Platz zu sparen und den gehalterten Fernsehapparat durch Schräg- und Seitenausrichtung möglichst in alle gewünschten Lagen zu bringen.
Dies wird durch die in der Kennzeichnung des Patentanspruchs 1 umschriebene Ausbildung der Aufhängevorrichtung erreicht.
Nachstehend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Fig. 1-3 der beiliegenden Zeichnung beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Frontansicht der Tragelemente, im Schnitt nach der Linie A-A von Fig. 2,
Fig. 2 den Vorrichtungsteil von Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht,
Fig. 3 die gesamte Aufhängevorrichtung in Seitenansicht.
Die dargestellte Aufhängevorrichtung besteht aus drei Hauptteilen, und zwar dem oberen und unteren Tragelement 2 bzw. 3 und dem Tragrohr 9.
Am Tragelement 2 ist eine Grundplatte 1 angeschweisst, mit dem die Vorrichtung z. B. an der Decke eines Raumes montiert werden kann. Das obere Tragelement 2 ist unten mit einer Deckkappe 4 abgeschlossen, in deren Mitte sich die Gewindeschraube 6 befindet, welche mit der Kappe 4 verschweisst ist. Die Gewindeschraube 6 dient in Verbindung mit der Sicherungsmutter 5 zur Verbindung der beiden Tragelemente 2 und 3. Das Tragrohr 9 ist, wie aus den Fig. 2 und 3 gut ersichtlich, in das untere der beiden Tragelemente eingeschoben und wird in diesem von einem Sicherungselement 8 fixiert, in das eine das Tragrohr durchdringende Schraube 10 eingreift. Die zwischen die gegeneinanderbeweglichen Teile 2, 3 bzw. 3, 9 eingelegten Teflonunterlagen 7 und 11 dienen als Gleiter und ermöglichen eine ruckfreie Verschiebung dieser Teile.
Die Sicherungsmutter 5 wird mit einem solchen Drehmoment angezogen, dass sich die Tragelemente 2, 3 spielfrei unter Überwindung eines mässigen Reibungswiderstandes gegeneinander verdrehen lassen. Das Tragrohr 9 ist über einen Winkel von etwa 1800 etwa kreisförmig gekrümmt und weist an seinem unteren geradlinig verlaufenden Ende Halterungen 14 für das Fernsehgerät aul, welche in vier durchgehenden Bohrungen eingesetzt sind. Das Tragrohr 9 besteht aus zwei, im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Stahlrohren, die durch mit ihnen verschweisste Zwischenstücke 13 fest verbunden sind und eine hohe Stabilität des Tragrohres 9 ergeben. Das Tragrohr 9 ist an den oberen und unteren Stirnseiten mit den Kunststoffkappen 12 abgeschlossen.
Zur Verschiebung des Tragrohres 9 im unteren Tragelement 3 wird die Schraube 10 soweit gelöst bis die Klemmwirkung zwischen der Teflonunterlage 11 und dem Sicherungselement 8 soweit aufgehoben ist, dass dies leicht möglich ist. Es ist klar, dass durch eine Verschiebung des Tragrohres 9 die Schräglage des auf die Halterungen aufgesetzten Fernsehgerätes nach Belieben eingestellt werden kann. Andererseits kann durch Verdrehen des unteren Tragelementes 3 gegenüber dem oberen 2 die seitliche Ausrichtung des Fernsehgerätes eingestellt werden.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Suspension device for television sets, consisting of a light steel construction with two mutually movable support elements (2, 3) and a support tube (9), characterized in that the upper support element (2) has a base plate (1) used for mounting the device and in the lower support element (3), which is rotatable relative to the upper, is inserted into a curved support tube which can be clamped in any position in the lower support element (3) by means of a securing element (8) and a screw (10) and that at one end of the support tube (9 ) two brackets (14) for fastening the TV set are screwed (15).
2. Suspension device according to claim 1, characterized in that the support tube (9) relative to the lower support element (3) is displaceable, the whole for the purpose that the screen of a television set placed on the brackets (14) in terms of lateral and inclined position in wide Limits is adjustable.
The invention relates to a suspension device for television sets according to the preamble of claim 1, which can be used in a variety of ways in modern residential and industrial buildings.

This is achieved by the design of the suspension device described in the characterizing part of claim 1.

The suspension device shown consists of three main parts, namely the upper and lower support elements 2 and 3 and the support tube 9.
On the support element 2, a base plate 1 is welded, with which the device z. B. can be mounted on the ceiling of a room. The upper support element 2 is closed at the bottom with a cover cap 4, in the middle of which is the threaded screw 6, which is welded to the cap 4. The threaded screw 6 is used in connection with the lock nut 5 to connect the two support elements 2 and 3. The support tube 9 is, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, inserted into the lower of the two support elements and is in this by a locking element 8 fixed in which a screw 10 penetrating the support tube engages. The Teflon pads 7 and 11 inserted between the mutually movable parts 2, 3 and 3, 9 serve as sliders and enable a smooth movement of these parts.
The lock nut 5 is tightened with a torque such that the support elements 2, 3 can be rotated against one another without overcoming a moderate frictional resistance. The support tube 9 is approximately circularly curved over an angle of approximately 1800 and has at its lower straight end brackets 14 for the television set, which are inserted in four through bores. The support tube 9 consists of two steel tubes with a rectangular cross section, which are firmly connected by means of intermediate pieces 13 welded to them and result in a high stability of the support tube 9. The support tube 9 is closed at the upper and lower end faces with the plastic caps 12.
To move the support tube 9 in the lower support element 3, the screw 10 is loosened until the clamping action between the Teflon base 11 and the securing element 8 is canceled so far that this is easily possible. It is clear that the inclined position of the television set placed on the brackets can be adjusted as desired by moving the support tube 9. On the other hand, the lateral orientation of the television set can be adjusted by rotating the lower support element 3 relative to the upper 2.
