PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 1 die teilweise aufgeschnittene erfindungsgemässe Rohrsaugbürste;
Fig. 2 die Ansicht auf den Saugkanal in Richtung II in Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch die Rohrsaugbürste nach der Linie 111-111 in Fig. 1;
Fig. 4 die Arbeitsstellung der Rohrsaugbürste mit Saugrohr und Saugschlaucli.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Pipe suction brush (1) for vacuuming dust or the like.
on exposed pipelines, characterized in that the brush body (2) consists of two mirror-image shaped plastic parts (6, 7), which form a suction channel (8) and a tubular end (9), with a brush strip (8) in the center of the suction channel (8). 3) and a connection elbow (4) is placed on the tubular end (9).
2. Pipe suction brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the brush strip (3) is fastened in the brush body (2) by means of retaining cams (10) without additional fastening elements.
3. Pipe suction brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the two plastic parts (6, 7) of the brush body (2) are connected to one another by means of screws (5).
4. Pipe suction brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the plastic for the brush body (2) is polypropylene.
The invention relates to a pipe suction brush for vacuuming dust or the like on exposed pipes.
Such deposits on exposed pipelines pose an explosion hazard in many cases and are therefore objected to by the labor inspectorates.
To remove the deposits mentioned, suction nozzles have become known, in which a large part, especially the nozzle body, is made of metal for manufacturing reasons, since the numbers are relatively small. Chill casting is the main manufacturing process. Because of the brushes attached to the side of the suction opening, the suction power of these pipe suction brushes is inadequate, since when the dust and dirt are extracted, the brushes push these deposits in front of them instead of vacuuming them.
The invention has for its object to provide a suction brush, which has good suction power, is easy to handle and enables inexpensive production.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the brush body consists of two mirror-image-shaped plastic parts which form a suction channel and a tubular end, a brush strip being arranged in the center of the suction channel and a connecting elbow being placed on the tubular end.
The brush strip is preferably fastened in the brush body by means of retaining cams without additional fastening elements. Advantageous developments of the invention result from the features of claims 3 and 4.
The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the schematic drawings, for example; show it:
Figure 1 shows the partially cut pipe suction brush according to the invention.
Figure 2 shows the view of the suction channel in the direction II in Fig. 1.
3 shows a section through the pipe suction brush along the line 111-111 in Fig. 1.
Fig. 4 shows the working position of the pipe suction brush with suction pipe and suction hose.
The pipe suction brush 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 consists of a two-part brush body 2, a brush strip 3, a connecting elbow 4 and two screws 5 for holding the two brush body parts together.
The two mirror-image shaped plastic parts 6 and 7 of the brush body 2 are designed such that they form a suction channel 8 and a tubular end 9 after assembly. A curved brush strip 3 is inserted in the middle of the suction channel 8 and is fixed in its position by means of hook-shaped holding cams 10 without additional fastening elements.
As already mentioned, the two plastic parts 6 and 7 are held together by means of two screws 5, the exact position fixing of the parts being effected by a tongue and groove-like edge formation 11. The connecting elbow 4 is plugged onto the tubular end 9, and the intake manifold 12 can in turn be inserted into it.
In order to be able to clean a large part of the tubes with different diameters, the brush bodies are manufactured for radii of 50 mm and 100 mm, the preferred material being polypropylene with a density of 0.92 g / cm3.
4 shows the working position of the pipe suction brush 1, the suction pipe 12 being inserted into the connecting elbow 4 and being connected to a (not shown) vacuum cleaner via a suction hose 13. The dirt located on a pipe 14 can now be sucked off on both sides of the brush strip 3 loosening the adhering dirt during a back and forth movement in the pipe longitudinal direction.
