Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV in Fig. 3.

The invention relates to an electrical connection device on a plastic part according to the preamble of
Claim I and a process for their preparation.
Such an electrical connection device is in the
CH-PS 592 967 described. Although it can be economically produced automatically, it has the disadvantage that the clamping screw must be tightened so that it is not lost during manufacture and shipping. This is disadvantageous for the user because he only has to loosen the clamping screw if he wants to use the connection device. The clamping screw could also be unscrewed completely so that it is lost. But also with
Checks of built-in connection devices would also have to be retightened each time an unused clamping screw so that one is sure whether it has not loosened, which can ultimately lead to its loss and great damage to the system.
Captive screws are from the luster terminals
GB-PS 903 223 known. The screws must, after inserting a base body in a plastic part, in
Threaded bores of the base body are screwed in, temporarily pushing the stops of the elastic plastic part away with the head. These screws cannot be shaken out, but you can unscrew them again via the stops, which can lead to damage and loss of screws. Hard plastics are unsuitable for such devices. But hard plastics in particular are important in many electrotechnical devices.
The problem of causing damage by unscrewing the screw also exists in a device according to DE-OS 26 09 052, where a pressure plate that cannot be lost on the screw comes into contact with a stop on one side while its thread is in engagement with the threaded bore of a flat piece. Tilting and bending of the device parts is also to be expected.
Attacks on the screw head of the plastic part are known from DE-PS 2 354 567, where a thread-free zone is provided in front of an end of the screw formed by a threaded section or a pinch point in flat piece thickness, which zone is intended to avoid damage by over-tightening the screw, but with the manufacture of the screw, when it is first inserted and / or when squeezing requires cumbersome operations that run counter to automation and are costly. In the variant without end crushing, the risk of damage also continues because the screw can still grip with the end thread.
The construction provided for bracket clamps (Sprecher & Schuh, Aarau, brochure No. 190, February 1972, page 3/190 4) with a thread-free screw end, which serves as a stationary counter pressure piece for the stationary screw guide, cannot be used for the devices mentioned at the beginning, where the screw is moved axially when screwing in and out. It also requires a radial guidance of the screw head and a radial guidance of the moving bracket, so that the centering can be restored in the event of loss of engagement between the screw and bracket. Such constructions are not suitable for the manufacture of ultrasonic machines. The bracket counter bearings are held by screws.
The invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, the connecting screw is captive in the unscrewed state, in which there is no risk of damage or destruction when screwing on, which is nevertheless economically advantageous and is economical economic automatic production accessible.
To solve this problem, an electrical
Connection device according to claim 1 and a method for their production proposed.
The flat piece can advantageously be designed and manufactured in the manner described in CH-PS 592 967.
A clamping screw corresponding to the required properties with a pressure plate attached captively to it can be produced with a long thread-free end corresponding to the thickness of the flat piece. These parts can be manufactured automatically, automatically merged and automatically combined, whereupon the flat piece can be melted automatically into a suitably designed plastic part with the effect of ultrasound in the manner specified in CH-PS 592 967. The plastic part can e.g. be formed by injection molding with all the openings, grooves and stops required for accommodating the metal parts mentioned.
Since the thrust washer tends to have a certain elasticity in form, but can nevertheless be regarded as rigid, it is particularly suitable as a part in contact with the plastic part stops, whereby it can compensate for smaller tolerance fluctuations. It can be advantageously attached by caulking, preferably captively on a thread-free part adjacent to the screw head and yet rotatable relative to the screw, so that it can transmit sufficient stop forces. These forces are naturally modest, because practically only the weight of the clamping screw can be absorbed, because forces originating from the thread are excluded by the thread-free end part of the clamping screw.
The wedge-like inlet part of the stops of the plastic part for the thrust washer, which runs transversely to the clamping screw, makes it easier to insert the assembled metal parts into the plastic body.
Especially if an additional radial guidance of the loosened clamping screw is desired, the clamping screw can be screwed into the flat piece a little before the latter is inserted into the plastic part. You can then fully unscrew the clamping screw (also automatically), whereby the screw head can enter a radial guide of the plastic housing. This radial guide can also be provided with a wedge-like inlet part which facilitates manufacture.
A slight screwing of the clamping screw into the flat piece is also advantageous because the presence and fitting of the thread can be checked, and faulty parts can be automatically eliminated in advance.
The insertion and fastening of the flat piece in the plastic part can e.g. according to the specifications of CH-PS 592 967 without expected adverse effects. In particular, no welding of parts other than the flat piece to the plastic part has been found.
The disadvantages of the known constructions mentioned at the outset also do not occur.
A practically absolutely movement-free fixation of the flat part on the plastic part with relatively large tolerances of the other parts can be obtained.
The invention is explained below with reference to the purely schematic drawing, for example in two embodiments, which differ only in the presence or absence of a radial guide for the head of the screw that has been removed. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a front view of a device without a radial guide for the screw head.
2 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 is a front view of a device with a radial guide for the screw head, and
4 shows a section along line IV-IV in FIG. 3.
In both embodiments, a metal flat piece 2, which is formed in the plan view (not shown) corresponding to FIG. 1 of CH-PS 592 967, is provided, the edges 20 of which are set apart from the intermediate middle part in grooves 11 between walls 10 and guides 12 of the plastic part 1 or 1 'are switched on.
In the threaded bore 21 of this flat piece 2 sits the thread-free end 32 of the clamping screw 3 with thread 30, which in the vicinity of its head 31 carries a pressure plate 4 which is captively held open in an annular groove 33.
On the walls 10 of the plastic part 1 or 1 'stops 13 are provided for the thrust washer 4. These stops 13 have wedge-like inlet parts 14 to facilitate the insertion of the thrust washer 4.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4, a radial guide 15 is additionally provided for the head 31 of the screw 3 when it is completely unscrewed in the manner shown. The screw 3 is therefore screwed approximately into the flat piece 2 during the manufacture of the device. To facilitate insertion, not only are wedge-shaped inlet parts 14 provided on the stops 13, but the radial guide 15 also has such a wedge-shaped inlet part 16.
In both embodiments, the metal parts (flat piece 2, clamping screw 3, thrust washer 4) can be automatically pre-assembled with a slightly screwed-in clamping screw 3, which enables a thread check. The flat piece 2 can then be sonicated according to CH-PS 592 967. Further processing is not necessary as long as the clamping screw 3 is not automatically unscrewed completely.
