Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1 und

4. Screw pump according to claim 3, characterized in that the wire piece (10) is wave-shaped in the plane of its curvature.
5. Screw pump according to claim 2, characterized in that the piece of wire consists of tinned copper.
The invention relates to a screw pump according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Screw pumps of this type are generally known. They can be used to convey various media and work with pressures up to 160 bar and more. At such high delivery pressures, the flat seal between the end face of the pump housing or the bearing bushes on the one hand and the housing cover on the other hand is subject to very high stress, since it has through openings which are under the high delivery pressure and other through openings in which practically the low pressure on the There is a suction side of the pump.
As a result, this seal often becomes defective after a short period of operation.
In order to remedy this disadvantage, DE-OS 2618 300 has already proposed to provide a deformation zone in the form of a cutting edge on the bearing bush for the conveyor spindle on the side directed against the supporting surface of the housing, which is partially deformed when the housing cover is being fastened and that it is secure the other side of the bearing bush against the seal.
The production of such bearing bushes with molded deformation zones causes additional costs. In addition, the bearing bushes must be replaced each time the pump is dismantled. Another disadvantage is that the deformation zone is made from the material of the bearing bush, which consequently has to meet very different requirements.
It is an object of the invention to form a deformation zone on a screw pump in such a way that the disadvantages mentioned above are eliminated.
According to the invention, at least one separate deformation body is arranged between the flange of the bearing bush and the opposite support surface of the housing.
This can be a piece of wire with a round cross section in the undeformed state.
The dependent claims describe further expedient embodiments of the invention.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1 is a side view of a screw pump, partially in section,
Fig. 2 shows a section along line II-II in Fig. 1 and
Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through part of the pump with a bearing bush, on a larger scale.
The screw pump shown in Fig. 1 has a basically known structure. A housing 1 encloses an externally driven, central drive spindle 2 and two conveyor spindles 3. The drive spindle 2 engages and drives the conveyor spindles 3 with worm gears, the conveyed medium being conveyed from the inlet chamber 4 to the outlet chamber 5. The housing 1 is closed on the pressure side by a housing cover 6, on which a further cover 7 is placed, which contains a bearing 8 for the drive spindle.
In the housing 1, two bearing bushes 9 are used, which are supported with a flange 9a (FIG. 3) in a recess in the housing on a support surface 1 a. Between the support surface of the flange 9a and the support surface 1a, a piece of wire 10 serving as a deformation body is inserted.
The piece of wire 10 is horseshoe-shaped and, as shown in FIG. 2, is preferably corrugated in the plane of its curvature. However, one or more non-corrugated wire pieces 10 could also be used. The piece of wire 10 is e.g. made of tinned copper wire with a round cross-section.
A flat seal 11 made of commercially available sealing material is arranged between the housing cover 6 and the end face of the housing 1 and the end face of the bearing bushes 9, insofar as these are covered by the housing cover 6.
The bearing bushes 9 are used to support the bearing journals 3a of the conveyor spindles 3. So that they are relieved of axial pressures as much as possible, their end faces are connected to the interior 7a of the cover 7 via channels 12, bores 1 la in the seal 11 and channels 13. This in turn is connected to the inlet chamber 4 by a longitudinal bore 2a in the drive spindle 2. The conveyor spindles 3 are therefore relieved of hydraulic axial pressures. In the interior 14 of the housing cover 6, however, the high delivery pressure prevails, as a result of which the portion of the seal 11 in the region of the bore 11 a is subject to severe stress.
When fastening the housing cover 6 by means of the screws 15, the bearing bushes 9 are pressed axially against the housing 1. The pieces of wire 10 are squeezed together, ie deformed. The end faces of the bearing bushes 9 are therefore pressed uniformly and strongly against the seal 11, which increases their service life.
The use of wire pieces 10 as a deformation body has several advantages. Your manufacturing costs are low; it can be used regardless of the material of the bearing sleeve and after dismantling the pump, the old bearing sleeves 9 can be used with new wire pieces 10, if the bearing bore is still perfect.
