Abstract
An ice hockey suit is to be provided which can be put on quickly, is light and guarantees good freedom of movement and nevertheless provides optimum protection for the player. The garment consists of a single-piece suit which has firm protective means for the parts of the body which are particularly at risk. The torso is protected by protective means for the shoulders, ribs, waist, abdomen, coccyx, pelvis and spinal column (8-12, 17, 24-27). The limbs are protected by protective means for the elbows, lower arms, knees and shins (13-16; 18-21). Arranged between the firm protective means are flexible, small lamellae-shaped, rectangular or circular second protective means (22, 23). PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Schutzbekleidung, insbesondere für Eishockeyspieler, mit einem Ober- und Unterkörperteil (3), Arm- und Beinpartien (1, 2), sowie Mittel (8-21; 24-27) zum Schutz verschiedener Körperpartien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bekleidung einteilig ausgebildet ist und die Schutzmittel mit der Bekleidung verbunden sind.
2. Schutzbekleidung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erste und zweite Schutzmittel vorgesehen sind, wobei sich zwischen den ersten Schutzmitteln zumindest teilweise die zweiten Schutzmittel (22, 23; 28, 29) befinden.
3. Schutzbekleidung nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Schutzmittel im mittleren Bereich (37) eine Stoffschicht (35), eine Schaumstoffschicht (39), sowie eine Schicht (40) aus bruchsicherem, festem Kunststoff umfassen.
4. Schutzbekleidung nach Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Schutzmittel im Randbereich mindestens eine Schicht (36) aus elastischem Stoff, sowie eine Schicht (40) aus steifem, bruchsicherem Kunststoff umfassen.
5. Schutzbekleidung nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Schutzmittel lamellenförmig, rechteckförmig oder kreisförmig ausgebildet sind und eine Schicht (32) aus elastischem Stoff, eine Schaumstoffschicht (33), sowie eine Schicht aus halbelastischem, bruchsicherem Kunststoff umfassen.
6. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen im Mittelteil der Bekleidung angeordneten Schnürverschluss (4-7).
7. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der Patentansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Schutzmittel Schulterschutz (8, 9), Rippenschutz (10, 11), Gürtelschutz (12), Ellenbogenschutz (13, 14), Unterarmschutz (15, 16), Unterleibsschutz (17), Knieschutz (18, 19), Schienbeinschutz (20, 21), Wirbelsäulenschutz (24), Beckenschutz (25, 26), sowie Steissbeinschutz (27) umfassen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schutzbekleidung, insbesondere für Eishockeyspieler, mit einem Ober- und Unterkörperteil, Arm- und Beinpartien sowie Mitteln zum Schutz verschiedener Körperpartien.
Es sind Sportbekleidungen insbesondere für Eishockeyspieler bekannt, bei welchen Idose, Jacke, Strümpfe, Socken sowie alle Schutzpartien, wie Schienbeinschutz, Knieschutz, Schulterschutz usw., getrennt angezogen werden müssen.
Die einzelnen Schutzteile sind zudem relativ unförmig und schränken die Bewegungsfreiheit des Spielers ein.
Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Schutzbekleidung, insbesondere für Eishockeyspieler, zu schaffen, die rasch anzuziehen ist, grosse Bewegungsfreiheit ermöglicht, ein kleineres Gewicht aufweist als bekannte Bekleidungen und trotzdem den notwendigen Schutz für den Spieler gewährleistet.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass die Schutzbekleidung einteilig ausgebildet ist und die Schutzmittel mit der Bekleidung verbunden sind.
Bei einem speziellen Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss der Erfindung sind erste und zweite Schutzmittel vorgesehen, wobei sich zwischen den ersten Schutzmitteln zumindest teilweise die zweiten Schutzmittel befinden. Die ersten Schutzmittel sind vorzugsweise stark gepolstert und weisen aussen eine harte Kunststoffschicht auf, wobei die zweiten Schutzmittel vorzugsweise einen kleinen Querschnitt aufweisen und aussen eine halbelastische Kunststoffschicht umfassen.
Durch diese spezielle Ausbildung wird eine optimale Bewegungsfreiheit des Sportausübenden gewährleistet.
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung der Schutzbekleidung kann auf die vielen einzelnen Bekleidungs- und Schutzteile, wie z. B. Hosen, Trikot, Hosenträger, Strumpfbänder, Strümpfe, Schenkelschutz, Knöpfe, welche das Anziehen langwierig gestalten und die Bewegungsfreiheit einschränken, verzichtet werden. Infolge der Elastizität der Schutzbekleidung verbleiben die einzelnen Schutzpartien bei Stössen an den vorgesehenen Stellen.
Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher beschrieben.

Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch die zweiten Schutzmittel,
Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch die ersten Schutzmittel, die am Ort der empfindlichen Körperstellen angeordnet sind.
In Fig. list der einteilige Eishockeyschutzanzug in Vorderansicht dargestellt. Die Ärmel- und Beinpartien 1, 2 sowie der Rumpfteil 3 sind zusammenhängend einstückig ausgebildet. Der Anzug kann auf der Vorderseite über Brustund Bauchpartie geöffnet werden. Der Verschluss erfolgt mittels einer durch an den Randteilen 4 der Öffnung 5 angeordneten Ösen 6 durchgezogenen Schnur 7. Unter der Brust öffnung 5 kann ein Futter 41 zum Schutz des Brustkorbes vorgesehen sein, wobei das Futter an einer Längsseite mit dem Schutzanzug verbunden ist.
Die besonders gefährdeten und/oder exponierten Körperpartien sind durch feste erste Schutzmittel geschützt. Der Rumpfteil 3 des Anzuges umfasst den linken und rechten Schulterschutz 8, 9, den linken und rechten Rippenschutz 10, 11, den Gürtelschutz 12 und den Unterleibsschutz 17. Die Armpartien sind mit dem linken und rechten Ellbogenschutz 13, 14 sowie dem linken und rechten Unterarmschutz 15, 16 versehen. Die Beinpartien 2 des Anzuges umfassen den linken und rechten Knieschutz 18, 19 sowie den linken und rechten Schienbeinschutz 20, 21.
Zwischen den festen ersten Schutzmitteln sind flexible kleine kreis- oder lamellenförmige zweite Schutzmittel 22, 23 angeordnet.
In Fig. 2 ist der einteilige Eishockeyschutzanzug in Hinteransicht dargestellt. Zusätzlich zu den bereits beschriebenen festen Schutzmitteln sind aus dieser Figur noch der die Form eines länglichen Rechteckes aufweisende Wirbelsäulenschutz 24, der linke und rechte Beckenschutz 25, 26, sowie der Steissbeinschutz 27 ersichtlich. Der Wirbelsäulenschutz weist zusätzIich kreisförmige und rechteckförmige Versteifungen 28, 29 auf. Der Gürtelschutz 12 kann im Bereich der Wirbelsäule eine Trennung 42 aufweisen, um eine höhere Beweglichkeit zu ermöglichen.
Die Arm- und Beinpartien 1,2 weisen unten je eine Öffnung 30,31 für den Durchtritt der Hände und Füsse auf.
Die Beinteile 2 könnten an den unteren Enden 31 auch mit sockenförmigen Fussteilen verbunden sein.
In Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt durch die halbfesten rechteckigen, runden oder lamellenförmigen zweiten Schutzmittel 22, 23, 28, 29 dargestellt. Körperseitig umfasst der Eishok keyanzug eine Schicht 32 aus elastischem Stoff. Dieser Stoff kann aus Naturfasern, Kunstfasern oder einem gemischten
Gewebe bestehen. Darauf ist eine Schaumstoffschicht 33 an geordnet. An der Aussenseite über der Schaumstoffschicht
33 befindet sich die halbelastische Schutzschicht aus bruchfestem Kunststoff.
Aus Fig. 4 ist ein Querschnitt durch ein erstes Schutzmittel für besonders gefährdete und/oder exponierte Körperpartien dargestellt. Im dicken Mittelteil ist körperseitig eine Schicht 25 aus Stoff angeordnet, die von elastischem Gewebe 36 umgeben ist. Hier kann wiederum ein Stoff, respektiv ein Gewebe, aus Naturfasern, Kunstfasern oder einem Gemisch verwendet werden. Darüber ist die im mittleren Bereich 37 dickere und gegen die Randpartien 38 sich verjüngende Schaumstoffschicht 39 vorgesehen. Über der Schaumstoffschicht befindet sich die äussere Schutzschicht 40 aus bruchsicherem steifem Kunststoffmaterial.
Die oben beschriebene, spezielle Ausbildung der Schutzbekleidung erlaubt eine Reduktion des Gewichtes der Schutzbekleidung um etwa 50%.
Die Schutzbekleidung kann auch für andere Sportarten verwendet werden.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Sportswear, in particular for ice hockey players, is known in which the idose, jacket, stockings, socks and all protective parts, such as shin guards, knee guards, shoulder guards, etc., must be put on separately.
The individual protective parts are also relatively bulky and restrict the player's freedom of movement.
It is an object of the present invention to provide protective clothing, in particular for ice hockey players, which can be put on quickly, allows great freedom of movement, has a lower weight than known clothing and nevertheless ensures the necessary protection for the player.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the protective clothing is made in one piece and the protective means are connected to the clothing.
In a special exemplary embodiment according to the invention, first and second protective means are provided, the second protective means being at least partially located between the first protective means. The first protective means are preferably heavily padded and have a hard plastic layer on the outside, the second protective means preferably having a small cross section and comprising a semi-elastic plastic layer on the outside.
This special training ensures optimal freedom of movement for the sportsperson.
Due to the inventive design of protective clothing can on the many individual clothing and protective parts such. The particularly vulnerable and / or exposed parts of the body are protected by solid first protective agents. The trunk part 3 of the suit includes the left and right shoulder guards 8, 9, the left and right rib guards 10, 11, the belt guards 12 and the lower abdomen guards 17. In Fig. 2 the one-piece hockey protective suit is shown in rear view.
