RIVENDICAZIONI
1. Procedimento per ottenere cuscini o materassi confezionati sottovuoto, caratterizzato dal fatto che la parte interna (3, 4), conformata in poliuretano espanso, viene inserita in un involucro di plastica floscia (5) e dal fatto che dall'involucro, con una pompa aspirante od una pressa, viene espulsa tutta l'aria, effettuando poi una saldatura a caldo di detto involucro, in modo tale da realizzare la tenuta interna e quindi la riduzione dello spessore.1. Scopo dell'invenzione è quello di realizzare cuscini, materassi e simili, anche dotati di molle interne, confezionati sottovuoto e quindi presentanti un minimo spessore d'ingombro, e rivestiti esternamente di materiali non permeabili, atti ad impedire scambi gassosi con l'atmosfera, al fine di consentirne il trasporto ed il magazzinaggio, a parità di volume occupato, in quantità molto superiori a quelli tradizionali. Lo scopo si raggiunge inserendo la struttura interna in poliuretano espanso, costituente il cuscino o materasso, in un involucro di plastica floscia e disponendo il tutto al di s sotto di una pressa o collegandolo ad una pompa aspirante ed effettuando quindi una saldatura a caldo di detto involucro in modo tale da realizzare la tenuta interna atta a mantenere la riduzione dello spessore.
