PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Wäscheständer mit einer auf einem Fuss stehenden zentralen Stütze. an der ein aus einer arretierbaren horizontalen Arbeitslage in eine Ruhelage zusammenklappbarer Rost mit seinem Mittelteil angebracht ist. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Längsseite des Mittelteils (50) je ein starrer Teilrost (54) so schwenkbar angebracht ist, dass er aus einer hochgeklappten arretierbaren Arbeitslage in eine heruntergeklappte Ruhelage überführbar ist.
2. Wäscheständer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (50) die Stütze (4) zwischen zwei Mittelteil-Holmen (52) einschliesst.
3. Wäscheständer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (50) eine auf die Stütze (4) aufgesteckte Hülse (51) aufweist, an der die Holme (52) starr befestigt sind.
4. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Holme (52) durch Stege (53) verbunden sind, auf denen ein Teil (5419 jedes Teilrostes (54) in Arbeitsstellung aufliegt.
5. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teilrost (54) eine Drahtkonstruktion mit einem U-förmigen Rahmen (540) und parallel zum Mittelteil (50) verlaufenden Roststäben (541) ist.
6. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teilrost (54) an einem Holm (52) des Mittelteils (50) schwenkbar eingehängt ist und in Arbeitsstellung mit einem hakenartigen Fortsatz (542) unter einen anderen Holm (52) des Mittelteils (50) greift.
7. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuss (1) auf Rollen (2) gelagert ist.
8. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Stütze (4) mehrere Roste (5) übereinander angeordnet sind.
9. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (4) aus mehreren trennbaren Abschnitten (40, 41, 42) besteht, von denen wenigstens einer einen Rost (5) trägt.
10. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zerlegbar ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wäscheständer mit einer auf einem Fuss stehenden zentralen Stütze, an der ein aus einer arretierbaren horizontalen Arbeitslage in eine Ruhelage zusammenklappbarer Rost mit seinem Mittelteil angebracht ist.
Bei einem solchen bekannten Wäscheständer ist beidseits des Mittelteils je ein diagonal zusammenklappbarer Rahmen vorhanden, in welchem parallel zum Mittelteil Leinen gespannt sind. Ein aufgeklappter Rahmen bildet eine Rosthälfte. Bei zusammengeklappten Rahmen liegen deren Teile am Mittelteil und bilden mit diesem einen Stab, der um eine horizontale Achse zur Stütze hin geklappt werden kann. Der zusammengeklappte Wäscheständer braucht nur wenig Platz. Weil er aber Leinen hat, die unter Last durchhängen, ergibt sich auch eine Verformung der Wäsche.
Es sind ferner Wäscheständer bekannt, die starre Roste aufweisen, die auf einem vierbeinigen Gestell in Arbeitsstellung horizontal angeordnet sind. Bei diesen besteht der Nachteil, dass sie wegen des Gestells schlecht zugänglich sind und das Anbringen von Wäsche erschwert ist. Sie haben ferner den Nachteil, dass sie mit ihren Beinen auch sonst störend im Wege sind, so dass selbst bei Aufhängen von wenig Wäsche vom Ständer viel Platz beansprucht wird.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Nachteile der bekannten Wäscheständer zu vermeiden, und dabei einen Wäscheständer zu schaffen, der wirtschaftlich herstellbar und vielseitig verwendbar ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Wäscheständer der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Längsseite des Mittelteils je ein starrer Teilrost so schwenkbar angebracht ist, dass er aus einer hochgeklappten, arretierbaren Arbeitslage in eine heruntergeklappte Ruhelage überführbar ist.
In der Arbeitsstellung des Rostes bietet ein solcher erfindungsgemässer Wäscheständer die Vorteile der bekannten Wäscheständer und vermeidet dabei deren Nachteile. Die einzelnen Teilroste können gemeinsam oder auch nur einzeln in Arbeitsstellung gebracht werden, so dass je nach Wäschemenge der benötigte Platz disponiert werden kann. Im zusammengeklappten Zustand können die Teilroste beidseits der Stütze am Mittelteil hängen.
Vorteilhaft ist der Mittelteil so ausgebildet, dass er die Stütze zwischen zwei Mittelteilholmen einschliesst, was seine symmetrische Anordnung an der Stütze und dadurch seine gleich gute Eignung für beide Teilroste fördert. Die beiden Holme sind dabei an einer die Stütze umfassenden Hülse befestigt. Die Hülse kann auf einem die Stütze durchsetzenden Bolzen ruhen, wobei sie untere Ausnehmungen aufweisen kann, in die der Bolzen eingreifen und die Drehlage der Hülse bestimmen kann.
Die Holme des Mittelteils sind vorteilhaft als Rohre ausgebildet, die den Teilrosten als Schwenkachsen dienen und auch eine mittlere Verbindung der Teilroste bilden.
Der Mittelteil weist vorteilhaft an jedem Ende einen die Holme verbindenden Steg auf, an welchem die Teilroste durch hervorstehende Roststäbe in der Arbeitslage arretiert werden können. Eine weitere Arretierung kann dadurch erfolgen, dass Fortsätze der Roste unter den auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Stütze befindlichen Holm greifen.
Insbesondere die geschilderte bevorzugte Ausführungsform erlaubt eine wirtschaftliche Herstellung, wobei die Teilroste eine Drahtkonstruktion sein können, die einen Rahmen und parallel zum Mittelteil verlaufende Roststäbe aufweisen kann.
Die Rahmen kann U-förmig sein, wobei seine Schenkelenden ösenartig ausgebildet an einem Holm des Mittelteils als Scharnieraugen dienen können.
Während man als Stütze vorteilhaft ein Rohr verwendet, wird man als Fuss vorteilhaft eine Art Stern, Kreuz oder H bevorzugen. Der Fuss kann gegebenenfalls zusammenklappbar, zerlegbar oder einschiebbar sein. Der Fuss kann auf Rollen gelagert sein, um ein leichtes Verfahren des Wäscheständers zu ermöglichen.
Bei einem erfindungsgemässen Wäscheständer kann man mehrere Roste etagenweise übereinander vorsehen, deren jeder gut zugänglich ist. Man kann dabei wahlweise alle oder nur einzelne Roste für den Gebrauch aufklappen.
Wenn man die Stütze aus mehreren trennbaren Abschnitten ausführt, von denen wenigstens einer einen Rost trägt, lässt sich der Wäscheständer verschieden hoch ausführen, indem man z.B. genormte Abschnitte der Stütze miteinander z.B.
steckbar verbindet. So kann auch die Anzahl der Roste verändert werden.
Auf die zuletzt genannte Weise, aber auch anders, kann der Wäscheständer zerlegbar ausgebildet sein. Um das Entfernen eines Rostes zu ermöglichen, kann sein Mittelteil von der Stütze abziehbar sein.
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend anhand der rein schematischen Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

In den Zeichnungen wurden die Proportionen und Masstäbe willkürlich verändert, um die Darstellbarkeit zu fördern.
Der gezeichnete Wäscheständer besitzt einen H-förmigen Fuss 1, der auf vier Rollen 2 verfahrbar ist und in der Mitte eine Hülse 3 aufweist, in der die aus den drei Abschnitten 40, 41 und 42 bestehende vertikale Rohr-Stütze 4 lösbar steckt.
Die drei Abschnitte 40, 41, 42 sind ebenfalls lösbar durch Steckverbindungen 43 und 44 miteinander verbunden, wie sie hinsichtlich Fig. 8 und 9 noch näher besprochen werden.
An jedem Stützenabschnitt 40, 41, 42 ist ein Mittelteil 50 eines Rostes 5 mit seiner Hülse 51 aufgesteckt. An der Hülse 51 sind rohrförmige Holme 52 (Fig. 4 bis 7) angeschweisst.
Die Holme 52 schliessen die Stütze 4 zwischen sich ein und sind an beiden Enden je mit einem Flacheisen-Steg 53 (Fig. 4) verbunden. Die Hülse 51 hat untere Ausnehmungen 510, die über die vorstehenden Teile des Stiftes 46 (Fig. 3) greifen und so den Mittelteil ortsfest auf der Stütze lagestabilisiert, aber schrittweise drehbar halten.
Zur Verbesserung der Arretierung in der Arbeitslage (Fig. 4) ist ein Roststab 541 mit einer Verlängerung 541' versehen, die auf dem Steg 53 in Arbeitslage aufliegt.
Die Steckverbindung 44 ist in Fig. 8 und 9 verdeutlicht. Die Stützenabschnitte 40 und 41 stossen dort stumpf aneinander.
Ein im Stützenabschnitt 41 befestigtes Vierkantrohr 411 greift in den Stützenabschnitt 40 ein, wo es durch eine Einschweissung 401 drehfest gestützt wird.
Dergestalt ist der Wäscheständer in den Fuss 1, die Stützenabschnitte 40,41,42 und die Roste 5 (die von den Stützenabschnitten abziehbar sind) zerlegbar. Jeder Rost 5 ist in den Mittelteil 50 und die Teilroste 54 zerlegbar, da letztere von den Holmen 52 abhängbar sind, wie man anhand der Fig. 4 bis 7 leicht erkennen kann.
In Fig. 2 sieht man, dass jeder Rost 5 beidseits des Mittelteiles 50 zwei starre Teilroste 54 aufweist, von denen in Fig. 4 bis 7 jeweils nur das Fragment eines Teilrostes 54 dargestellt ist.
Jeder Teilrost 54 (Fig. 2) hat einen U-förmigen Bügel 540 und daran angeschweisste Roststäbe 541 (vgl. auch Fig. 4). Die Enden der U-förmigen Bügel 54 haben angesetzte Fortsätze 542 (Fig. 4 bis 7), die in der in Fig. 4 und 5 gezeigten Arbeitslage des Teilrostes 54 an beiden Holmen 52 des Mittelteils 50 angreifen. Um einen Teilrost 54 herunterzuklappen, muss er erst in die in Fig. 6 strichpunktierte Lage hochgeschwenkt und dann in die in Fig. 6 ausgezogene Lage gezogen werden, aus der er in die in Fig. 7 gezeigte Ruhelage heruntergeklappt werden kann.
Als Material des Wäscheständers wird korrosionsfestes Metall bevorzugt.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Clothes horse with a central support standing on one foot. on which a grate that can be folded from a lockable horizontal working position into a rest position is attached with its central part. characterized in that a rigid partial grate (54) is pivotally attached to each longitudinal side of the central part (50) in such a way that it can be transferred from a folded-up, lockable working position into a folded-down rest position.
2. Clothes horse according to claim 1, characterized in that the central part (50) includes the support (4) between two central part bars (52).
3. Clothes horse according to claim 2, characterized in that the central part (50) has a sleeve (51) which is attached to the support (4) and to which the bars (52) are rigidly attached.
4. Clothes horse according to one of claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the ends of the bars (52) are connected by webs (53) on which a part (5419 of each grate (54) rests in the working position.
5. Clothes horse according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that each partial grate (54) is a wire structure with a U-shaped frame (540) and parallel to the central part (50) extending grate bars (541).
6. Clothes horse according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that each partial grate (54) is pivotally mounted on a spar (52) of the central part (50) and in the working position with a hook-like extension (542) under another spar (52 ) of the middle part (50) engages.
7. Clothes horse according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the foot (1) is mounted on rollers (2).
8. Clothes horse according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that on the support (4) a plurality of gratings (5) are arranged one above the other.
9. Clothes horse according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the support (4) consists of several separable sections (40, 41, 42), at least one of which carries a grate (5).
10. Clothes horse according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it can be dismantled.
The invention relates to a clothes horse with a central support standing on a foot, on which a grate is attached with its central part from a lockable horizontal working position into a rest position.
In such a known clothes horse, a diagonally collapsible frame is provided on each side of the middle part, in which lines are stretched parallel to the middle part. An open frame forms a grate half. When the frame is folded, its parts lie on the middle part and form a rod with it, which can be folded towards the support about a horizontal axis. The folded drying rack takes up little space. But because he has lines that sag under load, the laundry is also deformed.
There are also clothes racks known which have rigid grids which are arranged horizontally on a four-legged frame in the working position. The disadvantage of these is that they are difficult to access because of the frame and the attachment of laundry is difficult. They also have the disadvantage that their legs are also a nuisance in the way, so that even with little laundry the stand takes up a lot of space.
The invention has for its object to avoid the disadvantages of the known clothes horse, and to create a clothes horse that is economical to manufacture and versatile.
To achieve this object, a clothes horse of the type mentioned at the outset is characterized in that a rigid partial grate is pivotally mounted on each longitudinal side of the central part in such a way that it can be transferred from a folded-up, lockable working position to a folded-down rest position.
In the working position of the grate, such a clothes horse according to the invention offers the advantages of the known clothes horse and thereby avoids their disadvantages. The individual partial gratings can be placed together or only individually in the working position, so that the space required can be planned depending on the amount of laundry. When folded, the partial gratings can hang on both sides of the support on the middle section.
The central part is advantageously designed such that it encloses the support between two central part spars, which promotes its symmetrical arrangement on the support and thereby its equally good suitability for both partial gratings. The two spars are attached to a sleeve surrounding the support. The sleeve can rest on a bolt passing through the support, wherein it can have lower recesses into which the bolt can engage and determine the rotational position of the sleeve.
The spars of the central part are advantageously designed as tubes that serve as partial axes for the partial gratings and also form a central connection of the partial gratings.
The middle part advantageously has at each end a web connecting the spars, on which the partial gratings can be locked in the working position by protruding grate bars. A further locking can take place in that extensions of the grids engage under the spar located on the opposite side of the support.
In particular, the preferred embodiment described permits economical production, the partial gratings being a wire construction which can have a frame and grate bars running parallel to the central part.
The frame can be U-shaped, and its leg ends can be used as hinge eyes on a spar of the central part.
While a tube is advantageously used as a support, a type of star, cross or H will be preferred as the base. The foot can optionally be collapsible, disassembled or insertable. The foot can be mounted on rollers to allow the clothes rack to be moved easily.
In a clothes horse according to the invention, several racks can be provided one above the other, each of which is easily accessible. You can choose to open all or just individual grids for use.
If the support is made up of several separable sections, at least one of which carries a grate, the drying rack can be of different heights, for example by standardized sections of the column with each other e.g.
pluggable connects. The number of grids can also be changed in this way.
In the latter way, but also differently, the clothes horse can be designed to be dismantled. In order to enable the removal of a grate, its middle part can be pulled off the support.

The clothes horse shown has an H-shaped foot 1, which can be moved on four rollers 2 and has a sleeve 3 in the middle, in which the vertical tube support 4 consisting of the three sections 40, 41 and 42 is detachably inserted.
The three sections 40, 41, 42 are also releasably connected to one another by plug connections 43 and 44, as will be discussed in more detail with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.
A central part 50 of a grate 5 with its sleeve 51 is attached to each support section 40, 41, 42. Tubular spars 52 (FIGS. 4 to 7) are welded to the sleeve 51.
The spars 52 enclose the support 4 between them and are each connected at both ends to a flat iron web 53 (FIG. 4). The sleeve 51 has lower recesses 510 which engage over the projecting parts of the pin 46 (FIG. 3) and thus hold the central part in a position-stabilized manner on the support but keep it rotatable step by step.
To improve the locking in the working position (FIG. 4), a grate bar 541 is provided with an extension 541 'which rests on the web 53 in the working position.
The plug connection 44 is illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9. The support sections 40 and 41 butt there against each other.
A square tube 411 fastened in the support section 41 engages in the support section 40, where it is rotatably supported by a weld-in 401.
In this way, the clothes horse can be dismantled into the foot 1, the support sections 40, 41, 42 and the grids 5 (which can be removed from the support sections). Each grate 5 can be dismantled into the central part 50 and the partial grates 54, since the latter can be suspended from the spars 52, as can easily be seen from FIGS. 4 to 7.
In FIG. 2 it can be seen that each grate 5 has two rigid partial grids 54 on both sides of the central part 50, of which only the fragment of a partial grate 54 is shown in FIGS. 4 to 7.
Each grate 54 (FIG. 2) has a U-shaped bracket 540 and grate bars 541 welded to it (cf. also FIG. 4). The ends of the U-shaped brackets 54 have attached projections 542 (FIGS. 4 to 7) which, in the working position of the partial grate 54 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, act on both spars 52 of the central part 50. In order to fold down a partial grate 54, it must first be pivoted up into the position shown in broken lines in FIG. 6 and then pulled into the position drawn out in FIG. 6, from which it can be folded down into the rest position shown in FIG. 7.
Corrosion-resistant metal is preferred as the material for the clothes horse.
