Abstract

This walking stick aims to permit exercises with the arms corresponding to the movements performed when cross-country skiing. It comprises a cylinder (1) and a movable piston (7) sliding inside the cylinder. The said piston being fastened to a rod (2), the latter ending in a handle (grip) (3). An air-escape nozzle with adjustable flow rate (4) fastened so as to be integral with the lower end of the cylinder. A tenon (6), made from flexible material, is fastened following the escape nozzle, ending the cylinder. <IMAGE>

   REVENDICATION
 Canne pneumatique, notamment pour la mise en condition physique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un cylindre (1) et un piston mobile (7) coulissant à l'intérieur du cylindre, ledit piston étant fixé à une tige (2), celle-ci se terminant par une poignée (3), une buse d'échappement de l'air à débit réglable (4) fixée solidairement à l'extrémité inférieure du cylindre, et un tenon (6) en matière souple terminant le cylindre.



   La présente invention a pour objet une canne pneumatique, notamment pour la mise en condition physique.



   On connaît bien des appareils de mise en condition physique, mais aucun n'est connu qui utilise, comme résistance aux mouvements des bras, I'air comprimé.



   Les appareils existants sont en règle générale lourds, encombrants et n'offrent pas aux skieurs de fond la possibilité de pouvoir exécuter les mêmes mouvements des bras, des épaules, que ceux qu'ils font en pratiquant le ski. Leur utilisation en plein air n'est pas toujours possible.



   L'invention a pour but de permettre des exercices sur le développement de la force de poussée dans les bras, par des mouvements identiques à ceux que   l'on    fait en pratiquant le ski de fond.



  L'invention vise à réaliser les buts définis ci-dessus en présentant une canne pneumatique ayant les caractéristiques exposées dans la revendication.



   Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple une présentation éclatée d'une réalisation selon l'invention.



   A l'intérieur du cylindre (1) coulisse le piston mobile (7). Ledit piston est solidaire de la tige (2) qui se termine par une poignée (3). Une buse d'échappement de l'air (4) comporte un dispositif de réglage (5) de débit de   Fait.    Un tenon d'accouplement en matière souple est référencé (6).

 

   Le fonctionnement par l'usage de deux cannes est le suivant: on plante les tenons des cannes dans les manchons d'accouplement, lesquels sont fixés, au choix de l'usager, soit à des pitons de sol appropriés et fixés préalablement, soit à toutes autres bases amovibles. Une fois les tenons mis en place, on se met entre les deux cannes à la distance préférée et on exécute les mêmes mouvements de bras que ceux faits dans la pratique du ski de fond. La force de poussée se règle à la buse de sortie d'air.



   Les cannes pneumatiques sont utilisables dans des locaux ou en plein air en toutes saisons et par tous les temps.

   The existing devices are generally heavy, bulky and do not offer cross-country skiers the possibility of being able to perform the same movements of the arms and shoulders as those they do while skiing. Their use outdoors is not always possible.



   The object of the invention is to allow exercises on the development of the pushing force in the arms, by movements identical to those which are done while practicing cross-country skiing.



  The invention aims to achieve the objects defined above by presenting a pneumatic rod having the characteristics set out in claim.



   The appended drawing represents by way of example an exploded presentation of an embodiment according to the invention.



   Inside the cylinder (1) slides the movable piston (7). Said piston is integral with the rod (2) which ends in a handle (3). An air exhaust nozzle (4) has a Done flow rate adjustment device (5). A flexible material coupling pin is referenced (6).

 

   The operation by using two rods is as follows: the tenons of the rods are planted in the coupling sleeves, which are fixed, at the user's choice, either to appropriate ground pegs and fixed beforehand, or to all other removable bases. Once the tenons are in place, stand between the two rods at the preferred distance and perform the same arm movements as those made in cross-country skiing. The thrust force is adjusted at the air outlet nozzle.



   The pneumatic rods can be used indoors or outdoors in all seasons and in all weather.
