PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Einrichtung zum Erwärmen eines Trinkbecherinhaltes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein konischer Heiztopf (4) zur herausnehmbaren Aufnahme eines Trinkbechers vorhanden ist, wobei der Heiztopf (4) mit elektrischen Heizdrähten (16) versehen und dessen Boden (5) flach ausgebildet ist, ein mit dem Heiztopf (4) verbundener Handgriff (6) vorhanden ist, dessen abwärts gerichteter Teil höchstens bis zur Ebene des Bodens (5) ragt, und vom Heiztopf (4) abragende elektrische Anschlussmittel (8, 10, 12) vorhanden sind, zur Verbindung der Heizdrähte (16) mit einer Stromquelle.
2. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrischen Anschlussmittel eine starr mit dem Heiztopf (4) verbundene biegesteife Hülse (10) enthalten, die an ihrem vom Heiztopf (4) abgewandten Ende Steckkontaktstifte besitzt.
3. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrischen Anschlussmittel eine Hülse (10) enthalten, die über ein arretierbares Gelenk (9) mit dem Heiztopf (4) verbunden ist, wobei das Gelenk (9) mit elektrischen Kontakten versehen ist.
4. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heiztopf (4) an seiner Aussenwand und am Boden mit einer Isolierschicht (7) versehen ist.
5. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrischen Anschlussmittel eine Kabelschnur mit Stecker enthalten.
6. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vom Gelenk (9) abgewandte Ende der Hülse (10) mit Kontaktorganen versehen ist, die mit Kontaktbüchsen von Auto-Zigarettenanzündern zum Zusammenwirken bestimmt sind.
7. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Sicherungsmittel (13) vorhanden sind. zur Vermeidung einer Uberhitzung des Trinkbecherinhaltes.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Erwärmen eines Trinkbecherinhaltes.
Mit der Erfindung soll das Problem gelöst werden, in verschlossene Trinkbecher abgefüllte Fertiggetränke möglichst einfach und rasch zu erwärmen.
Die Erfindung, mit der dieses Problem gelöst wird, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein konischer Heiztopf zur herausnehmbaren Aufnahme eines Trinkbechers vorhanden ist, wobei der Heiztopf mit elektrischen Heizdrähten versehen und dessen Boden flach ausgebildet ist, ein mit dem Heiztopf verbundener Handgriff vorhanden ist, dessen abwärts gerichteter Teil höchstens bis zur Ebene des Bodens ragt, und vom Heiztopf abragende elektrische Anschlussmittel vorhanden sind, zur Verbindung der Heizdrähte mit einer Stromquelle.
Dadurch ist es möglich, mit vergleichsweise geringem Aufwand und überall da, wo ein elektrischer Anschluss vorhanden ist, den Inhalt von Trinkbechern rasch zu erwärmen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen

Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Einrichtung.
Die zur Verwendung kommenden Trinkbecher 1 bestehen aus Karton, der vorzugsweise mit einer Kaschierschicht versehen ist. Der Trinkbecher ist oben durch eine Aufreissfolie 2 verschlossen. Diese kann mit Hilfe einer Lasche 3 leicht geöffnet werden. Im Innern dieses Trinkbechers 1 befindet sich ein Fertiggetränk, z. B. Kaffee, Bouillon od. dgl. Wenn der Inhalt dieses Trinkbechers 1 erwärmt werden soll, wird er in das Innere eines Heiztopfes 4 hineingestellt, dessen Innenform konisch ist und der Konizität des Trinkbechers 1 angepasst ist.
Der Boden 5 dieses Heiztopfes 4 ist flach ausgebildet, so dass er auf einer ebenen Unterlage gut abgestellt werden kann. Mit dem Heiztopf 4 ist ein winkelförmiger Griff 6 starr verbunden, dessen nach unten ragender Teil jedoch nicht bis zur Ebene des Bodens 5 reicht, so dass dieser Griff 6 kein Hindernis beim Abstellen des Heiztopfes 4 auf einer Unterlage bildet. Im Innern des Heiztopfes 4 befinden sich in isolierter Anordnung elektrische Heizdrähte 16, die sich über den Innenmantel des Heiztopfes 4 erstrecken und dadurch eine Erwärmung des Becherinhaltes bewirken, wenn eine entsprechende Stromzufuhr erfolgt. Auf der Aussenseite des Heiztopfes 4 sowie am Boden 5 befindet sich ebenfalls je eine Isolierschicht 7. Die Tiefe des Heiztopfes 4 ist so gewählt, dass etwa 1/5 der Becherhöhe über den oberen Rand des Heiztopfes 4 hinausragt.
Auf der dem Handgnff 6 etwa diametral gegenüberliegenden Seite des Heiztopfes 4 befindet sich ein Anschlussstück 8, an das mit Hilfe eines Gelenkes 9 eine Hülse 10 festgemacht ist. Die Hülse 10 kann gegenüber der in Fig. 1 in vollen Linien dargestellte Lage um 90O in die in unterbrochenen Linien dargestellte, verschwenkte Lage gebracht werden. Die Arretierung des Gelenkes 9 zwischen dem Anschlussstück 8 und der Hülse 10 erfolgt durch eine Rändelschraube 11. Zwischen dem Anschlussstück 8 und der Hülse 10 sind elektrische Kontaktorgane vorhanden, um eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen Kontakten 12 am äussern Ende der Hülse 10 und den Heizdrähten 6 herzustellen. Die Hülse 10 ist ferner mit einer thermischen Feder 13 zur Begrenzung der Einschaltdauer des Gerätes versehen.
Das äussere Ende der Hülse 10 ist so ausgebildet, dass es mit Kontaktbüchsen handelsüblicher Auto-Zigarettenanzünder benützt wird. Nach dem Einstecken in die Kontaktbüchse od. dgl. wird somit die ganze Einrichtung durch die Hülse 10 frei tragend gehalten, da das Gewicht der ganzen Einrichtung relativ gering ist.
Eine Ausführungsvariante besteht darin, an Stelle einer gelenkigen Verbindung und eines Kontaktes 12 eine starre handelsübliche Steckerverbindung zu verwenden, wobei die Steckkontakte so ausgewählt sind, dass sie in normale Lichtsteckerbuchsen einsteckbar sind und in diesen frei tragend gehalten werden.
Wenn es dagegen erwünscht ist, die Einrichtung auf einem Tisch od. dgl. abzustellen, kann an den Heiztopf 4 auch eine flexible Kabelschnur angeschlossen werden, an deren Ende sich ein üblicher Stecker befindet.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Device for heating the contents of a drinking cup, characterized in that a conical heating pot (4) is provided for the removable reception of a drinking cup, the heating pot (4) being provided with electrical heating wires (16) and its base (5) being flat, a there is a handle (6) connected to the heating pot (4), the downward part of which protrudes at most to the level of the base (5), and electrical connection means (8, 10, 12) protruding from the heating pot (4) are provided for connection the heating wires (16) with a power source.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the electrical connection means contain a rigid sleeve (10) which is rigidly connected to the heating pot (4) and which has plug contact pins at its end facing away from the heating pot (4).
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the electrical connection means contain a sleeve (10) which is connected to the heating pot (4) via a lockable joint (9), the joint (9) being provided with electrical contacts.
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the heating pot (4) is provided on its outer wall and on the bottom with an insulating layer (7).
5. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the electrical connection means contain a cable cord with a plug.
6. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the end of the sleeve (10) facing away from the joint (9) is provided with contact organs which are intended to interact with contact sleeves of car cigarette lighters.
7. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that securing means (13) are present. to avoid overheating of the cup contents.
The invention relates to a device for heating the contents of a drinking cup.
The invention is intended to solve the problem of heating finished beverages filled into closed drinking cups as simply and quickly as possible.
The invention, with which this problem is solved, is characterized in that there is a conical heating pot for the removable reception of a drinking cup, the heating pot being provided with electric heating wires and the bottom of which is flat, there is a handle connected to the heating pot, the downward part protrudes at most to the level of the floor, and there are electrical connection means protruding from the heating pot, for connecting the heating wires to a power source.
This makes it possible to quickly heat the contents of drinking cups with comparatively little effort and wherever there is an electrical connection.

The drinking cups 1 used are made of cardboard which is preferably provided with a lamination layer. The drinking cup is closed at the top by a tear-off film 2. This can be easily opened with the help of a tab 3. Inside this drinking cup 1 there is a ready-made drink, e.g. B. coffee, bouillon or the like. If the contents of this drinking cup 1 is to be heated, it is placed in the interior of a heating pot 4, the inner shape of which is conical and the conicity of the drinking cup 1 is adapted.
The bottom 5 of this heating pot 4 is flat, so that it can be easily placed on a flat surface. An angled handle 6 is rigidly connected to the heating pot 4, but its downwardly protruding part does not extend to the level of the base 5, so that this handle 6 does not constitute an obstacle when the heating pot 4 is placed on a base. In the interior of the heating pot 4 there are electrical heating wires 16 in an insulated arrangement which extend over the inner jacket of the heating pot 4 and thereby cause the contents of the cup to be heated when a corresponding power supply is applied. There is also an insulating layer 7 on the outside of the heating pot 4 and on the bottom 5. The depth of the heating pot 4 is selected so that about 1/5 of the cup height protrudes over the upper edge of the heating pot 4.
On the side of the heating pot 4 which is approximately diametrically opposite the handle 6 there is a connection piece 8 to which a sleeve 10 is fastened with the aid of a joint 9. The sleeve 10 can be brought 90 ° in relation to the position shown in full lines in FIG. 1 into the pivoted position shown in broken lines. The joint 9 is locked between the connector 8 and the sleeve 10 by a knurled screw 11. Electrical contact elements are provided between the connector 8 and the sleeve 10 to establish an electrical connection between the contacts 12 at the outer end of the sleeve 10 and the heating wires 6 . The sleeve 10 is also provided with a thermal spring 13 to limit the duty cycle of the device.
The outer end of the sleeve 10 is designed so that it is used with contact sleeves of commercially available car cigarette lighter. After insertion into the contact socket or the like, the entire device is thus held in a cantilevered manner by the sleeve 10, since the weight of the entire device is relatively low.
One embodiment variant consists in using a rigid, commercially available plug connection instead of an articulated connection and a contact 12, the plug contacts being selected so that they can be plugged into normal light plug sockets and are held in them cantilevered.
If, on the other hand, it is desired to place the device on a table or the like, a flexible cable cord can also be connected to the heating pot 4, at the end of which there is a conventional plug.
