Fig. 2 einen Grundriss eines Kollektorelementes und

The present invention relates to a solar collector with a heat transport medium that is exposed to radiation from the sun.
It has become common knowledge to lay pipelines on exposed walls and roof sides. For better heat utilization, the individual tubes are blackened and / or reflectors reflecting and bundling the radiation are built into them.
The disadvantage of such solar collectors is that the pipe system has to be made separately for each house and is therefore expensive.
The object of the invention is to remedy this disadvantage and to create a solar collector which can be assembled from prefabricated elements and thus individually adapted to any wall or roof shape.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the solar collector is formed from interconnected collector elements with two main flow channels each, collecting channels arranged at right angles to them and each connected to a main flow channel, and transverse channels connecting the collecting channels, and also in that the main flow channels are provided with connecting elements at both ends and so that each are connected to a flow or return collector and / or to a further collector element.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a solar collector according to the invention and devices necessary for operation,
2 shows a plan view of a collector element and
Fig. 3 is a sectional view after a section on the line 3-3 in Fig. 2 through the collector element.
The solar collector according to FIG. 1 consists of several assembled collector elements 20, which are shown individually in FIGS. 2 and 3 and are described below. Four rows 20A, 20B, 20C and 20D of four collector elements 20 each are shown. Each row has an inlet 4 and an outlet 5. The four inlets 4 to the four rows are fed from a flow collector 10 and the outlets 5 are fed to a return collector 11. The return collector 11 is connected to the flow collector 10 via a pump 12 and a heat exchanger 14. An expansion vessel 15 is connected to the circuit, e.g. B. as shown between the heat exchanger 14 and the flow collector 10. Two connection lines 14a and 14b are shown on the heat exchanger 14, with which the circuit to the consumer is indicated.
The collector element 20 according to FIG. 2 consists of a rectangular box with side walls 21, bottom wall 22 and top wall 23. The two shorter side walls 21 are provided with connection elements 26a, 26b and 27a, 27b, which are provided with sealing rings 9 as male plug-in elements 26a, 27b and are designed as female plug-in elements 26b, 27a. The letter added to the number indicates the direction of flow of the heat transport medium in alphabetical order. Inside, the collector element 20 has two main through-flow channels 24, 25 close to the two long side walls, two collecting channels 26, 27 close to the two short side walls and transverse channels 28 connecting the collecting channels 26, 27.
The main flow channel 24 for the flow 4 is connected to the collecting channel 26 and the main flow channel 25 for the return 5 is connected to the collecting channel 27, so that the heat conducting medium in each collector element 20 from the flow connection 26a on the one hand via the flow connection 26b to other elements and on the other hand via the collecting duct 26 through the transverse ducts 28 to the collecting duct 27 and to the return connection 27b, further return medium flowing from the return connection 27a of further elements to the return connection 27b.
In the sectional view in FIG. 3, the housing with two side walls 21 of the bottom wall 22 and the top wall 23 can be seen. Furthermore, the section shows the arrangement of the main flow channels 24, 25 and the transverse channels 28. The transverse channels 28 have a smaller diameter than the main flow channels 24, 25 and thus have a lower overall height. The space 8, which is formed when the channels are covered with a plate 7, can be filled with air and serves as a heat insulator. A heat insulator 3 and a layer 2 made of a light-reflecting material are provided on the underside.
It is envisaged that the collector elements 20 will be made of translucent material, such as transparent plastic or glass.
In order to thereby absorb the thermal radiation, provision is also made for the heat transport medium to be colored dark, so that at least the infrared thermal radiation is absorbed.
By choosing suitable pigments in the heat transport medium, practically the entire infrared component can be absorbed from the sunlight and used to heat the heat transport medium.
