The invention relates to a cable clamp for holding one or more electrical conductors, in which a clamp arm is provided which encompasses the conductor or conductors and is fastened at one end.
Cable clamps are generally formed in such a way that an arm attached to one end is provided which comprises one or more electrical conductor wires or a bundle of wires. The clamp arm can be pivotably mounted on a foot part by means of a nail, a rivet, screw or the like, or it can be self-adhesive for quick assembly. The known cable clamps are adapted in terms of their curved shape to a predetermined diameter of the electrical conductor or the conductor bijadels. In the case of thicker metal wires or cables, the clamp arm remains in its fastening position at a distance from the foot part.
In the case of cables or the like with a smaller diameter, such a cable or the like lies with a certain amount of play within the attached, curved clamp arm. Such a design of cable clamps means that a large number of grips of cable clamps must be kept in mind. Usually a cable clamp is used, which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the cable od in terms of its clear cross section.
Like. So that when the clamp arm is tightened, the cable or the like is securely fixed in the cable clamp in any case.
The object of the invention is to create a cable clamp of the type mentioned at the beginning with which it is possible to grasp and hold cables or electrical conductors or conductor bundles of different diameters or cross-sections essentially centrally with one and the same cable clamp. The cable clamp with a clamp arm attached to one end is characterized according to the invention in that the clamp arm has at least one freely protruding lamella on its inside that protrudes into the clamp interior.
Advantageously, the foot part of the clamp arm is also provided with freely protruding lamellae on the side facing the clamp arm.
Such a design of the cable clamp ensures that cables with a smaller cross section are also fixed centrally in the cable clamp or approximately in the middle of the interior space. This is particularly advantageous in the case of vertically ascending electrical lines. Even if the electrical line, which has not yet been finally determined, is tensioned, it is held by the cable clamp remiss of the invention so that it does not slip unintentionally in a vertical position. This applies in particular to fine cables such as control lines and the like. like

A cable clamp can be used for a relatively large cross-sectional area of round cables or flat cables. As a result, the storage of the cable clamps is much cheaper than before.
Each cable with a cross-section lying in the predetermined area is zen trated or fixed approximately in the middle of the clamp interior.

In an expedient embodiment of the invention, the clamp arm is provided at its free end with an adjustable lock so that the area of the through the
Cable clamps to be accommodated can be additionally enlarged. The locking device allows a tight or a wide fastening of the clamp arm, the
Closure can be released or readjusted at any time.
A tooth lock is expediently provided. For this purpose, the clamp arm has at least one transverse tooth or several teeth or grooves following one another on its outside. This toothing can mesh with a counter-toothing on a release button. Furthermore, at a distance from the tooth lock, the clamp arm can be provided with a shoulder or flap serving as a handle.
Such a locking device not only enables an expansion of the diameter range of the cable to be received, but also allows readjustment. Furthermore, the clamp arm can be released at any time after loosening the locking device. As a result of the lamellae located on the inside of the clamp, however, the cable is od.
still held additionally so that it cannot easily fall out of the cable clamp despite the release of the clamp arm. The clamp can be a round clamp or a flat clamp.
The foot part of the cable clamp can be designed in various ways. It can be designed as a plate with a self-adhesive surface. The foot part can, however, also be provided in the form of a plug-in foot or an expansion anchor. In suitable cases, a sealing collar can be provided between the clamp arm or the plate part. This applies in particular to the cable clamp with a plug-in foot or expansion anchor.

The cable clamp 1 for holding electrical conductors or for holding together conductor bundles, conductor hoses and the like. The like. Has a clamp arm 2 and a foot part 3. The clamp arm 2 is expediently connected in one piece with the foot part 3, wherein the foot part 3 can be a plate. The clamp arm 1 is provided on its inside with at least one lamella 4, which has a curved shape and protrudes freely into the interior. The arc shape of the lamella is directed approximately to the center of the curved clamp arm 2. Depending on the diameter of the clamp arm, more than one lamella can be attached to the clamp arm or
be provided the foot part. In the case of small cable clamps, for example for a nominal diameter of around 4 to 6 mm, one or two lamellas are sufficient. For larger cable clamps up to about 40 mm, a large number of slats, e.g. B.
about 5 to 8, be arranged. The lamellas 4 have a certain inherent rigidity and resilience. In the resting state they take on the strongest curvature. They can be spring-loaded to such an extent that there is space for a cable with a diameter predetermined by the clamp arm in the interior of the curved clamp arm.
The free end of the clamp arm 2 interacts with a locking device 5. For this purpose, the end of the clamp arm 2 can be provided with transverse teeth or grooves 6, which are opposed to transverse teeth or grooves 7, preferably in a sawtooth shape.
This is located on a release button 8 which is connected to the foot part 3. The clamp arm 2 should also be inherently resilient, so that the teeth 6 and 7 always interlock under the inherent springiness of the clamp arm 2.
The tooth or groove closure 5 allows readjustment within a predetermined range. To release the release button 8 is pushed back, whereupon the clamp arm 2 can be bent open to the side to remove the cable or the like. For the handling of the clamp arm 2, it is provided with an attachment 9 or the like. The clamp arm can be provided with reinforcing ribs 11, in particular on the front part, which at the same time also keep the surface of the clamp arm in good grip. The release button 8 is expediently arranged on a holder 8a with a base 8b offset from the button 8.
This results in a deformation and overbending of the fixed tooth lock and a parallelism to the counter-toothing 6. In addition, the clamp can be released quickly, easily and safely.
The foot part 3 of the cable clamp 1 is advantageously a plate-shaped part, the underside of which can have a self-adhesive layer 10 or a self-adhesive film. The foot part 3 can also have holes for fastening by means of screws or nails and the like. Equip the like.
The cable clamp la of FIG. 3 essentially corresponds to the embodiment of the cable clamp of FIGS. 1 and 2. In the case of the closure device 5a, the free end of the clamp arm 2 has one to about three transverse teeth 6, which are connected to the counter-toothing 7 with a corresponding number of Teeth together. Depending on the size of the cable clamp, one or more slats 4 can be arranged so as to protrude into the interior of the clamp arm 2. The foot part 3a is provided as a plate with a lower recess 12, with an expansion anchor 13 extending from the plate-shaped foot part 3a. Furthermore, a sealing collar 14 can be arranged between the foot part 3a and the expansion anchor 13.
The sealing collar is particularly useful when installing the cable clamp in a sheet metal wall 15, for. B. in body parts of cars u. The like. Advantageously, the expansion anchor 13 being inserted through a bore 16 in the sheet metal wall 15. Instead of an expansion anchor, a plug-in foot can also be provided.
Fig. 4 illustrates a cable clamp according to the invention for parallel round and flat ribbon cables or
Hoses. The cable clamp lb can have an approximately rectangular cross-section and has the lamellae 4b which protrude into the interior of the clamp and extend along the rectangular interior. With such a flat cable clamp, flat ribbon cables or cable bundles can be compressed approximately centrally. Round cables that are to be laid next to one another in parallel are also given a secure hold in the clamp interior.
The base part 3b of the cable clamp can be provided with grooves 17 on the sides, into which an angled leg 18 of a rail 19 made of metal or the like engages, so that the cable clamp can be moved along a rail and fixed in it. This makes the cable clamp suitable for rail mounting.
The locking device between the clamp arm and clamp foot can also be designed in such a way that the clamp arm 2 receives a more or less long extension 2b, which is designed as a perforated band, i.e. H. is provided with a series of holes 20. For this purpose, the clamp foot 3 is provided with a bracket 21 in which a channel 22 is provided through which the perforated strip 2b is inserted. The perforated strip 2b advantageously has an approximately double-T cross section, as can be seen from FIG. The release button 8 can be provided with a pin 23 which can reach through a hole 20 of the perforated strip. This allows the clamp arm to be tightened and fastened in a corresponding manner.
Such a locking device is particularly suitable for clamps with a large diameter range. Instead of the channel 22 running along the footplate 3, a channel 24 can be arranged which leads vertically through the footplate 3.
8 shows the end 2c of a clamp arm with a longitudinal slot 25. The end of the clamp arm is guided over a tightenable pin or screw 26 in order to hold the clamp arm in place by a clamping effect.
FIG. 9 illustrates an alternative to the closure of FIG. 5. Instead of the mandrel 23 on the release button 8, a pin 27 can be used, which is guided through the bore 28 and can engage in one of the holes 20 of the perforated strip 2 to lock the same .
The locking device can also be equipped with a double row of teeth for particularly large cable clamps in order to avoid even greater loads, such as B.
Vibrations from cable ducts and hoses to be better withstood and to prevent unintentional opening. The footplate can have any suitable design in plan. The material used for the cable clamp is advantageously plastic with appropriate spring properties, e.g. B. polyamide or the like. The slats in the interior of the cable clamp are advantageously arranged in the same direction. In special cases, one or more slats can also be arranged running in the opposite direction to the other slats.
