Abstract
Adjustable inclined desk, table or trolley top uses flexible support pipes telescoping within rigid tubular supporting frame
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schrägstellvorrichtung für eine mit einem Möbel verbundene Platte.
Es kann sich dabei um die Platte eines Tisches oder Pultes oder auch um ein mit Rollen versehenes Möbel handeln. Ferner kann die zu verstellende Platte zusätzlich zu einer festen Tischplatte am Möbel angebracht sein.
Bekannte Schrägstellvorrichtungen sind meist recht aufwendig konstruiert. Die Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, eine möglichst einfache, billige und ästhetisch befnedigende Schrägstellvorrichtung zu schaffen, die vielseitig verwendbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäss lässt sich diese Aufgabe dadurch lösen, dass mindestens ein an einem Ende fest mit der Platte verbundenes flexibles Rohr gleitend verschiebbar in einem mit dem Möbel verbundenen starren Rohr geführt und in beliebiger Auszugstellung feststellbar ist.
Die hierbei verwendeten flexiblen Rohre sind unter dem Namen Kühlmittelschläuche , Schlauchrohre oder Lichthalter bekannt. Durch die Eigenart ihrer Konstruktion sind diese Rohre oder Schläuche relativ steif und verharren in der jeweils gewählten Biegung. Sie wurden bisher beispielsweise in der Herstellung von Bürolampen (daher die Bezeichnung Lichthalter) oder in der Industrie als Schlauch für die Zufuhr eines Schmiermittels oder einer Kühlflüssigkeit bei Bohrmaschinen und Drehbänken verwendet.
In der Zeichnung sind einige Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes vereinfacht dargestellt. Die Figuren zeigen die Schrägstellvorrichtung in Verwendung bei einer Tischplatte oder Pult, bei einer Platte für einen Projektionsapparat und bei einem Ausstellungspult.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine verstellbare Tischplatte 10, die auf einem im wesentlichen aus Rohren hergestellten Rollwagen 11 verstellbar befestigt ist. Die Platte 10 ist an einer Seite mit Scharnieren 12 am Rollwagen befestigt und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite mittels flexiblen Rohren 13 in einstellbarer Schräglage gehalten. Die Rohre 13 sind gleitend verschiebbar in den Rohren 14, die zugleich einen Teil des Rahmens des Rollwagens bilden, gehalten. Mittels Stellschrauben 15 sind sie in der jeweils gewählten Lage feststellbar. Die Platte 10 kann von der horizontalen Lage, bei der sie eine normale Tischplatte bildet, über eine willkürlich wählbare Schräglage, wobei sie eine Pultplatte bildet, im Prinzip bis zur vertikalen Lage verstellt werden. Die Verstellmöglichkeit richtet sich nach der Länge der flexiblen Rohre 13.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Platte 20, die an vier Ecken mit flexiblen Rohren 21 verbunden ist, die gleitend und feststellbar in den vier starren Rohren 22 eines Rahmengestells gehalten sind.
Die Platte kann daher nicht nur schräg, sondern auch windschief gestellt werden, wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist. Mittels Stellschrauben 23 kann sie in der gewählten Lage fixiert werden.
In Fig. 3 ist ein Tisch mit fester Platte 3 dargestellt, der mit einer zusätzlichen schrägstellbaren Platte 30 ausgerüstet ist, auf der beispielsweise ein Projektionsapparat aufgestellt werden kann. Die Platte 30 ist mit zwei flexiblen Rohren 31 verbunden, die in den als Rohre ausgebildeten Tischbeinen 32 gleitend geführt und mittels den Stellschrauben 33 feststellbar sind.
Eine weitere Variante ist in Fig. 4 dargestellt, nämlich ein Pult mit einer Platte 40, deren Schräglage einstellbar ist. Diese Platte wie auch die Platte 30 nach Fig. 3 kann nicht nur schräg, sondern auch windschief gestellt werden.
Die flexiblen Rohre lassen sich relativ leicht biegen, halten aber grosse axiale Belastungen aus, so dass die mit einer solchen Schrägstellvorrichtung versehenen Platten erhebliche Lasten zu tragen vermögen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Schrägstellvorrichtung für eine mit einem Möbel verbundene Platte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein an einem Ende fest mit der Platte verbundenes flexibles Rohr gleitend verschiebbar in einem mit dem Möbel verbundenen starren Rohr geführt und in beliebiger Auszugstellung feststellbar ist.
UNTERAMSPROCHE
1. Schrägstellvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte an einer Seite mittels eines Scharniers oder Gelenks mit fester Schwenkachse mit dem Möbel verbunden ist.
2. Schrägstellvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte mit mindestens zwei flexiblen Rohren fest verbunden ist, die je für sich gleitend verschiebbar in mit dem Möbel verbundenen starren Rohren geführt und in beliebiger Auszugstellung feststellbar sind.
3. Schrägstellvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die starren Rohre, in denen das oder die flexiblen Rohre geführt sind, Teile eines Rahmens sind, aus denen das Möbel aufgebaut ist.

Known inclination devices are usually constructed quite complex. The object of the invention is to create a tilting device that is as simple, inexpensive and aesthetically pleasing as possible, which can be used in many ways.
According to the invention, this object can be achieved in that at least one flexible tube firmly connected to the plate at one end is slidably guided in a rigid tube connected to the piece of furniture and can be locked in any extended position.
The flexible tubes used here are known as coolant hoses, hose tubes or light holders. Due to the peculiarity of their construction, these pipes or hoses are relatively stiff and remain in the bend chosen. So far, they have been used, for example, in the manufacture of office lamps (hence the name light holder) or in industry as a hose for supplying a lubricant or a coolant to drills and lathes.
Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in simplified form in the drawing. The figures show the inclination device in use with a table top or desk, with a plate for a projection apparatus and with an exhibition desk.
Fig. 1 shows an adjustable table top 10 which is adjustably attached to a roller carriage 11 made essentially of tubes. The plate 10 is attached to the trolley with hinges 12 on one side and held in an adjustable inclined position on the opposite side by means of flexible tubes 13. The tubes 13 are slidably held in the tubes 14, which at the same time form part of the frame of the trolley. They can be locked in the selected position by means of adjusting screws 15. The plate 10 can be adjusted from the horizontal position in which it forms a normal table top, via an arbitrarily selectable incline, in which case it forms a desk top, in principle up to the vertical position. The adjustment option depends on the length of the flexible tubes 13.
Fig. 2 shows a plate 20, which is connected at four corners with flexible tubes 21 which are slidably and lockably held in the four rigid tubes 22 of a frame.
The plate can therefore not only be placed at an angle, but also at an angle, as shown in FIG. It can be fixed in the selected position by means of adjusting screws 23.
In Fig. 3, a table with a fixed plate 3 is shown, which is equipped with an additional tiltable plate 30, on which, for example, a projection apparatus can be set up. The plate 30 is connected to two flexible tubes 31, which are slidably guided in the table legs 32 designed as tubes and can be locked by means of the adjusting screws 33.
Another variant is shown in Fig. 4, namely a desk with a plate 40, the inclination of which is adjustable. This plate, as well as the plate 30 according to FIG. 3, can be placed not only at an angle, but also at an angle.
The flexible tubes can be bent relatively easily, but can withstand large axial loads, so that the plates provided with such an inclination device are able to carry considerable loads.
PATENT CLAIM
Tilting device for a plate connected to a piece of furniture, characterized in that at least one flexible tube firmly connected to the plate at one end is slidably guided in a rigid tube connected to the piece of furniture and can be locked in any extended position.
