Fig. 2 die druckseitige Partie eines Lamellenventils.

The invention relates to a lamellar valve with lamellae arranged on the suction and pressure side, in particular for dry-running piston compressors and vacuum pumps.
Known are tongue valves for installation in oil-lubricated piston engines with lamellae made of spring steel, which, under internal stress, the connecting bores in the valve plate from the displacement to the suction respectively. Cover the pressure chamber of the cylinder head and seal sufficiently under the effect of the pressure difference. A level surface of the lamellas is a prerequisite for adequate sealing. The oil used to lubricate the pistons takes on the function of reducing wear, dampening noise and improving sealing in the valves.
In addition, the oil film ensures that the metallic parts are protected from frost. With oil-free compression, the effect of the oil film in terms of wear reduction, noise dampening, tightness and corrosion protection does not apply.
For oil-free compressors and vacuum pumps, the known tongue valves, as used for oil-lubricated types, have been installed, but in a stainless design.
For dry-running piston machines, the absence of an oil film on the seat surfaces of the tongue valves reduces the tightness and the development of noise is unchecked by the slats hitting the plate seats.
The invention is based on the object of improving the tightness of lamellar valves for dry-running piston compressors and vacuum pumps and of reducing their noise generation.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that each lamellar body is provided with an elastic layer made of a polymer-containing material at least in the area of the associated valve seat.
Using the accompanying drawing, examples of the circuit are described in more detail. Show it:
Fig. 1 shows the section through a reed valve in the installed state.
2 shows the pressure-side part of a lamella valve.
The suction lamella, consisting of the lamella body 1 and the layer 5, is clamped between the cylinder 2 and the valve plate 3 and fired in position by pins 4. During the compression process, the Lamellenkögper 1 lies with the layer 5 on the seat 12 of the connecting hole 13, while this lifts off the seat 12 in the suction phase and sometimes bends up to the stop 10 of the cylinder 2. The lamellar body 1 is therefore advantageously coated on both sides at least in the area of the seat part 12 and the stop 10. The analogous process happens with the pressure lamella,
which consists of the lamellar body 7 and the layer 6. When the medium is ejected, the lamellar body 7 is gradually pressed tightly against the catcher body 8 by rolling. The catcher-side coating of the lamellar body 7 can therefore be omitted.
In the embodiment of the valve construction according to FIG. 2, where the lamellar body 7 is coated only in the area of the seat area 12, a shim 9 between the lamellar body 7 and valve plate 3 in the area of the attachment 14, which is around the dimension x (for example 0.1 to 0.5 mm) is kept thinner than the layer 6 a preload can be built into the lamellar system. The suction lamella system can also be constructed analogously.
By coating the lamellae Kn on the suction and pressure side of the seat areas 12 with suitable materials that are temperature resistant up to 1800 C and are sufficiently soft, the tightness of lamellar valves, especially for dry-running piston compressors and vacuum pumps, can be increased and the noise level can be reduced considerably. In addition, the soft coating material ensures very good tightness with non-sanded lamellae, so that the additional cost of the coating is largely compensated for in terms of price.
To achieve freedom from rust, the valve plate 3 can for example consist of an aluminum alloy and the lamellar bodies 1, 7 can be provided with frost protection. Since the seat area only comes into contact with the soft layer 5, 6 according to the invention, the surface of the valve plate 3 does not need to be refined by a special treatment, for example anodizing. In addition, this design allows a coarser surface roughness of the valve plate 3 in the area of the seat part 12 than in the case of a construction with uncoated lamellar bodies 1, 7.
