Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht eines Klemmgleithakens,
Fig. 3 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht des Lastgehänges.

The present invention relates to a load sling for looping a bundle of loose rods for lifting and transporting the bundle with a wire rope, which has a loop for hanging on a load hook and at the other end is connected to a rope clamp which is in the direction of tightening the loop around the Bundle that lets through the rope inserted in it and clamps it in the opposite direction, the rope clamp having a claw with an inner slide channel for the wire rope and a clamping part pivotable about a pivot pin with a clamping groove curved eccentrically to the pivot pin.
When hanging one end of the wire rope on a load hook of a hoist, the bundle is pulled together by the wire rope guided around it and when the bundle is set down, the wire rope remains tensioned by the clamped eccentric clamping part and the bundle is held together by the wire rope, so that the load suspension is not orderly lifting is also suitable for orderly storage and transport of loose bar material with non-lifting equipment. This saves repeated bundling at transport and reloading stations.
In the case of such load suspension systems known to date, the claw is closed on both sides, and the wire rope must therefore be drawn into the claw in each case. Furthermore, the end of the wire rope fastened to the clamping slide hook engages the eccentric clamping part outside the pivot pin, whereby the loosening of the clamped eccentric clamping part for opening the bundle is made more difficult. A very large counterforce is required for this, or a special tool is required that is not always at hand.
To overcome these disadvantages, the claw for the lateral insertion of the wire rope is open on one side in the load suspension device according to the present invention and the rope clamp is connected to the rope by a loop surrounding the pivot pin.
The wire rope can also be easily and quickly inserted into the clamping slide hook, and loosening the eccentric clamping part to relax the wire rope or
opening the bundle is much easier.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a clamping slide hook,
Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1, and
3 is a perspective view of the load hanger.
The load suspension shown in Figs. 1 and 2 has a claw 1 which is open on one side and has an inner slide channel 2 for receiving a wire rope. On the claw
1 a pivot 3 is also formed, on which a clamping part 4 is rotatably mounted, which has an outer clamping channel 5 which is curved eccentrically to the pivot and at one end of which a projection 6 is formed. The eccentric clamping part 4 is held rotatably on the pivot 3 by a washer 7 and a screw 8.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, one end of a wire rope 9 is connected to the clamping part 4 via a thimble firmly connected to this by means of a pressed or spliced loop 10. This loop 10 encompasses the pivot 3 in such a way that it lies approximately centrally with respect to it and does not affect the pivoting of the clamping part 4. The wire rope 9 then runs around a bundle 11 of loose rod material and is placed laterally in the slide channel 2 of the claw 1. The other, not shown, wire rope end provided with a loop is attached to a crane hook for lifting the bundle 11. When the bundle 11 is lifted, the wire rope 9 slides in the slide channel 2 of the claw 1 and is thereby pulled taut around the bundle.
If the bundle 11 is then deposited, the clamping part 4 is carried along by the wire rope 9 and clamps it firmly in the grooves 2 and 5, so that the wire rope 9 remains taut around the bundle 11 and holds it together. The device consisting of the wire rope and the clamping slide hook can, during the transport of the bar material, the bundled cargo z. B. accompany from the eccentric to the consumer. In order to release the clamped clamping part 4, the projection 6 can be acted upon by striking with a hammer, a shoe heel or any hard object.
The claw 1 and the clamping part 4 can be machined from the solid or welded, or made of precision cast steel or malleable cast iron. Other materials are also possible. Hot-dip galvanized malleable cast iron is preferred. The clamping sense 5 of the clamping part 4 is smooth; however, it could also be profiled to increase the grip.
