Fig. 5 die Vorrichtung gemäss Fig. 4 in Aufsicht.
The present invention relates to a mechanically actuated and electrically operated burglar alarm device with two parts movable relative to one another, a circuit with a supply source, two contacts and a signal transmitter, in which one movable part the signal transmitter and one contact and in the other movable part the other contact is arranged.
Numerous mobile devices are known which immediately report a break-in. These devices are mechanical, e.g. B. triggered by a pull cord, acoustically or by vibration. However, they are not intended to prevent a break-in.
The mechanical burglar protection device according to the invention is characterized in that one of the movable parts is designed as a housing attached to the other part, which is supported on the other part via spring means, the whole in such a way that when the two parts are mutually into a defined end position are moved, the contacts are closed and thus the signal transmitter located in the circuit emits an alarm signal.
This makes it possible to trigger an alarm and also to make it impossible for the intruder to break into the corresponding room. The subject of the invention therefore fulfills two functions, namely: a) it enables mechanical protection against a break-in, and b) it immediately reports an attempted break-in.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained with reference to figures.
Show it:
1 shows a longitudinal section through a door with a burglar-proof device arranged on the inside thereof, which is clamped between the floor surface and the door handle,
FIG. 2 shows a plan view from the inside of the door of the embodiment according to FIG. 1,
FIG. 3 shows a variant of a mechanical anti-intrusion device, shown in the position according to FIG. 2,
4 shows a further embodiment of a burglar-proof device in the swiveled-out position, analogous to a representation according to FIG. 2,
5 shows the device according to FIG. 4 in a top view.
Fig. 1 shows a mechanically actuatable, electrically operated anti-intrusion device, which has a signal transmitter.
The device consists of a foot tube 1, which is adjustable in a head tube 3 and secured by means of a pin 2. At the upper end of the head pipe 3 there is a housing 4 which is axially displaceable on this and rests on a return spring 5 which is supported at its other end on a support ring 6 fastened to the head pipe 3. Inside the head pipe 3 there is a battery 7, the bottom pole 8 of which is connected to a signal transmitter 10 via a line 9.
A stop screw 11 holds the housing 4 firmly on the head tube 3 in an axially displaceable manner. The housing 4 is also provided with a retaining bracket 13, the free leg of which is covered with a rubber bearing 14. In the housing 4 there is also a contact 12a which is opposite the upper battery terminal 12 and which is also electrically connected to the signal transmitter 10. The pole 12 and the contact 12a form the contacts for closing and opening an alarm circuit. In FIG. 1, a door 15 is also shown in cross section, as well as the bottom surface 16 and a door handle 17.
It is also possible to provide the head tube 3 with an eyelet 18 and to pass a cord 19, for example fastened to the stop screw 11, through this eyelet 18.
In order to assemble the anti-intrusion device, it is placed with the foot tube 1 on the floor surface 16 and the door handle 17 is clamped between the head part of the housing 4 and the rubber support 14 of the retaining bracket 13. The rubber support 14 is used to hold the device.
If a burglar tries to operate the outside door handle (not shown), he presses the door handle 17 downwards and also presses the housing 4 downwards against the force of the spring 5. The two free contacts 12a, 12 of the head part of the housing 4 and the battery 7 come into contact with one another and the circuit to the signal transmitter 10 is closed. He comes into action and gives the alarm. At the same time, however, further movement of the door handle 17 in the opening direction is made impossible, since the housing 4 comes to rest on the upper end of the head tube 3 when the contacts 12, 12a are closed.
Pivoting the door handle 17 into the open position, in which the lock bolt is withdrawn, is thus made impossible.
By means of the pin 2, the length of the device can be adapted to the local conditions.
The device described responds to pressure on the housing 4. A traction protection is achieved by pulling on the cord 19. As a result of the deflection by means of the eyelet 18, the housing 4 is then moved downwards in the manner discussed and the alarm contacts 12, 12a closed. In this way it is possible, for example, to attach a window security device, by means of which a further opening of a partially open window with simultaneous triggering of an alarm is made impossible.
FIG. 2 shows the internal assembly of a burglar protection device according to FIG. 1. The illustration shows the inner surface of a door 45 with a door handle 47 and a rod-shaped mechanical burglar protection device 49, which is in the position of use. Their foot 50 is on the floor, while the retaining bracket or a retaining loop 51 is correspondingly operatively connected to the door handle 47.
If an attempt is made from outside to operate the door handle 47, the housing is moved down the head tube on its head part, as discussed, until the two contacts, one of which is spring-loaded, come into contact and trigger the alarm. As soon as the head part rests on the upper end of the support tube, further movement of the door handle 47 is no longer possible. The door cannot be opened and the alarm device indicates that a break-in has been attempted.
In Fig. 3, a further embodiment of such a device can be seen. Here, the rod-shaped anti-intrusion device 54, which is basically constructed in the same way as that of FIG. 1, is supported on a support 55 which is mounted on the door itself. Otherwise it is connected to the door handle in the manner described.
Fig. 4 shows a further possible embodiment of such a burglar security device. The inside of a door 60 with a door handle 61 and a safety device 64 can again be seen. This includes a hinge plate 66 attached to the door 60, to which a pivot frame 68 is attached so as to be pivotable by 90.
On this swivel frame 68, analogously to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a housing 69 with a sounder and a battery is mounted in the frame 68 which is open at the top. When the swivel frame 68 is pivoted into its securing position, the housing 69 slidably slid on it comes under the door handle 61, a corresponding slidable bracket preventing the pawl 61 from slipping off the housing 69. By actuating the door handle 61, the housing 69 is pressed down, the alarm circuit being closed and the housing resting against the frame (FIG. 1), so that the door handle 61 can no longer be moved in the opening direction. In the normal state, as can be seen in FIG. 4, the swivel frame 68 is swiveled away from the securing position so that the movement of the door handle 61 is not hindered.
5 shows how the pivoting frame 68 with the housing 69 is folded over or pivoted under the door handle 61.
The illustrations show types of construction which can be installed without changing the door or lock construction and without special specialist knowledge. Of course, it is also possible to use the same functions in new designs, for. B. to be integrated into the door, where the warning function is also brought into operation by pressing a mechanical lock.
The devices shown can only be used from the inside of the door. But they can also be linked to the key part of the lock or activated from the outside with a separate key.
The devices shown or described can also be coupled as control devices with other warning or protection devices that are not directly installed.
When the device is used individually, the battery-powered version of the device shown is preferred to a mains supply for reasons of functional reliability.
The operational readiness of the device can be checked at any time by briefly pressing the door handle.
