Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine verlegte Heizeinrichtung,
The subject of the invention is an underfloor warm water heating device with a water-carrying pipe coil having parallel pipe strings.
Such underfloor heating systems are well known. The heating pipe coil is usually laid in the concrete in the so-called sub-floor, on an insulating pad. The pipe coil gives off its heat to the concrete and this then to the pavement and thus to the room. Depending on the type of heating pipe coil, the pipe strings must be fixed when they are laid, which can be done using holders that fix the pipe coil at certain intervals. Or the pipe coil is inherently stiff, so that the pipe strings themselves hold tight at certain intervals. However, laying such a pipe coil is very complex and time-consuming. There is also a type of installation in which the insulation determines the spacing and fixing of the pipe strings, the pipe strings being laid in heat distribution plates.
Since the heat transfer between pipe and concrete is relatively poor, on the one hand the pipe has to be run at a higher flow temperature, which can reach up to 65 C, which in turn is very uncomfortable on the floor due to warmer and colder places. The distribution of heat in the concrete becomes worse and worse as the heat rises, and the concrete has to be made with little cement so that it is not cracked and destroyed by tension. The leaner the concrete, the worse the heat conduction and strength of the concrete. Due to the poor heat conduction of the concrete, the heat transfer from the floor to the room to be heated is insufficient, so that unsatisfactory compromises have to be made from these mutual, unfavorable influences.
In many cases, underfloor heating can only insufficiently warm the room if the floor is not to be overheated.
The present invention is concerned with a new underfloor heating system in which these disadvantages can be avoided and in which only the heat requirement of the room has to be calculated, while the calculation of the heating pipes is no longer necessary.
For this purpose, the underfloor hot water heating device according to the invention is characterized in that at least the mutually parallel pipe strings are at least partially surrounded by bracket-like shaped parts of a sheet metal structure and are kept at a distance by the sheet metal parts lying between the bracket-like shaped parts; which, together with the clamp-like molded parts, serve to stiffen and support the sheet metal structure on the sub-concrete. The sheet metal structure can consist of a single plate which fixes the entire pipe coil associated with the space to be heated, or it can be composed of a plurality of plates each located between two parallel pipe strings.
The deformations are expediently formed by a large number of conical, hemispherical or pyramid-shaped elevations, which are connected to one another at their base by narrow sheet metal webs which are supported on the sub-concrete. If the sheet metal structure consists of a single piece, an upwardly curved half-shell-shaped deformation is sufficient for inserting the pipe coil, in which the pipe coil z. B. is welded. Such a device is particularly suitable for prefabrication, the sheet metal structure with inserted pipe coil can be brought to the building as a finished unit.
If the sheet metal structure consists of several individual plates, each one can have an upwardly curved half-shell on one longitudinal edge and a downwardly curved half-shell on the other longitudinal edge, so that when the device is installed, the overlapping half-shells of adjacent plates that are assigned to one another completely enclose a pipe string.
So that the pipe strings are not damaged by sharp edges at the exit points from the clamp-like sheet metal parts, the end portions of this z. B. designed as half-shells sheet metal parts widened conically.
If heated water is conveyed through the pipe coil, this heats the sheet metal structure and this heats the concrete. The main advantages of the heating device according to the invention are that the heat from the coil through the sheet metal structure is evenly distributed over the floor surface and is effectively and quickly transferred to the overconcrete due to the deformations increasing the surface area, and that thanks to the support of the structure with only relatively small The heat transfer to the sub-concrete is minimal and therefore has an insulating effect.
In the accompanying drawing, the invention is shown as an example; it shows:
1 shows a plan view of an installed heating device,
Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line a-b in Fig. 1,
3 shows, on a larger scale, a detail of the top view according to FIGS. 1 and
FIG. 4 shows a longitudinal section along the line c-d in FIG. 3.
The sheet metal structure composed of heat sheets 1 can be seen in the drawing. Conical hollow rivets 7, 8 and 7a-8a pulled out of the plate material hold the individual plates together immovably. The hot water pipe 9 is clamped between overlapping retaining clips in the form of half-shells 10, 10a provided on the longitudinal edge of the plates, the hollow rivets 7-8 being advantageously compressed with 7a-8a after the pipe 9 has been inserted. Between the retaining clips 10, 10a for the tube 9, the plates 1 are provided with pyramid-shaped elevations 11, which are arranged in rows offset from one another.
When laying, the water-bearing pipe 9 is inserted into the lower half-shell 10, after which the following plate with its Gberhalbschale 10a encloses the water pipe 9 like a brid, which is clamped when the hollow rivets 7-8 and 7a-8a are compressed. The pipe coil is then connected to the water supply or drainage.
The clamp-like half-shells, the hollow rivets and the elevations are expediently pressed in one operation. It is essential that the sheet metal webs that remain at the base of the elevations 11 and are used for support lie in a plane with the underside of the lower half-shell 10 (Fig. 4) so that the sheet metal structure with the pipe coil is properly supported on a flat surface of the sub-concrete ; on the other hand, the tips of the elevations 11, as shown in FIG. 4, expediently lie in one plane with the top of the upper half-shells 10a.
It goes without saying that the usual total height of the overconcrete (usually about 5 cm) is retained, but thanks to the elevations 11 not only do considerable parts of the sheet metal structure come very close to the top of this overconcrete, but also the mass of the required ( and thus to be heated) overconcrete is considerably reduced compared to conventional floor heating. The cavities remaining under the elevations 11 also have an insulating effect.
For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that when the entire device is prefabricated (with a one-piece sheet metal structure), it is also expedient for the arched parts of the pipe coil to lie in clamp-like shell arches of edge parts of the sheet metal structure.
In the example shown, the heating plates 1 are bent up on one edge section (on the right in FIG. 2) immediately after the last row of elevations 11 from the central plane, while on the other edge section (on the left in FIG. 2) they are already bent immediately after the penultimate row of elevations 11 (the last row is only partially formed) is bent up from this level. This asymmetrical edge formation of the plates is only due to the relatively small plate width (based on the size of the elevations); Of course, it would also be possible for all rows of elevations to be completely formed and for the plates to be bent up symmetrically out of the central plane at both edge parts.
The device described is particularly suitable for low-temperature floor heating, in which the entire concrete overburden or the floor is heated evenly.
Thanks to this construction, the heat transfer to the room is guaranteed even at low temperatures, and there is no side effect in the concrete and floor (such as cracks and the like).
Another advantage is that the concrete can cling between elevations and its strength is increased.
Another advantage of the device is that it rests on the insulation below with only a small area (e.g. 30% of its area) and the cavity of the elevations acts as insulation for heat and sound insulation after the concrete ceiling.
