Fluoro-substd. tricyclic cpds. of general formula (I): (where n = 1,2 or 3, R = H or (when n = 2 or 3) hydroxy or alkanoyloxy (max 18C), one of R1 and R2 or R3 and R4 = H, the other methyl, methoxy, methylthio, dimethylsulphamoyl, Cl, F or trifluoromethyl, whereby 1 of R1-R4 = F, and the dotted bond may be hydrogenated) including salts of (I) are prepd. in DT 2412521. The cpds. (I) are used in the treatment or chronic schizophrenia or as tranquillisers.
