Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Vorrichtung und
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
The invention relates to a device for producing egg nes spherical plastic container by wrapping a body serving as a mold with synthetic resin-soaked fiber strands or slivers, the body being releasably attached to one side of a drive device, through which it is angularly adjustable to one another and is in the center of the
Body-cutting main and minor axes can be rotated relative to a stationary thread or tape feed device.
Known devices of this type are for performing the rotation about the two different axes as well as the
Adjusting movement built in a complex manner, prone to failure, and they require a relatively large base area. To avoid these disadvantages, a device is mentioned
Art proposed, which is characterized according to the invention in that the drive device stands on a base arranged vertically below the center of the molded body, which carries the drive for rotating the body around the vertical main axis, the drive for rotating the minor axis at the end of a is attached in the form of a circular arc, the center of curvature of which lies at the intersection of both axes,
this rail for Winkelverstel development of both axes to each other in their longitudinal direction ver slidably guided on the main axis drive and connected to a Ver actuator, and that the Faden- or Bandzu lead plane of the feeder at the same level with the
Intersection of both axes is arranged.
For an even distribution of the fiber strands or
When winding the shaped body, the rail is advantageously guided over an arc angle of 900 so that both axes of rotation can be adjusted to one another by an angle of approximately 900. In this way, the strands or the strips for reinforcing the container to be produced can be wound both close to the fastening point with the drive device over the poles and equatorially onto the molded body.
The adjustment drive for continuous adjustment of the winding direction, d. H. of the angle of the two axes of rotation to each other, for example from a chain drive by a chain is attached to the outer curved part of the adjustment rail, in which a driven chain wheel engages, which is arranged in the guide of the rail on the main axis drive.
The invention is described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a side view of the device and
FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
The device according to Fig. 1 has three drives 1, 2 and 3, for the rotations around the main axis 4 and around the secondary axis 5 and for adjusting the angle between the two axes 4, 5. The drive 1 for the rotation around the main axis 4 denoted axis consists of a gear with a vertical output shaft 7 and an electric motor 8 which is arranged laterally on the gear housing 9 forming the base 6. The base 6 is firmly screwed onto a foundation 10. The arrangement of the gear or the drive 1 vertically below the intersection of the two axes 5, 6 and thus below the center of the container to be produced has the advantage that it does not require any additional floor space under the container and that the foundation and the bearings of the gear are largely central or loaded vertically so that they can be dimensioned smaller.
The vertical upwardly running output shaft 7 carries a U-shaped guide device 11 for the circular arc-shaped rail 12, which carries the drive 2 for rotation about the secondary axis 5 at an outer end. A total of eight stepped disks are rotatably mounted on the inside of the two legs 13, 14, of which the stepped disks 15 to 18 arranged in a common vertical plane are visible in FIG. 2. The axes 19, 20 of the remaining four disks arranged in a second vertical plane are indicated in FIG. 1. The partial section visible in FIG. 2 shows the mounting of the axle journal 21 of the stepped disk 15.
All eight stepped disks rest on the edges of the guide rail 12, which is rectangular in cross section, in the manner shown in FIG. 2, so that they firmly enclose the rail between them for the transmission of the rotational movement about the main axis, while it is possible to move it in the longitudinal direction of the rail.
To adjust the angular distance between the two drives 1, 2 and thus the longitudinal displacement of the adjustment rail 12 and the holding of the rail 12 in a set position relative to the guide device 11, the drive 3 is attached to this guide device. This drive consists of a geared motor, the output shaft 22 of which carries a chain wheel 23 which engages in a chain 24 which is attached to the outer curved part 25 of the adjustment rail 12. Instead of a chain, a flexible rack, z. B. made of plastic.
The feed device, not shown, for the Fadenbzw. Tape material can be designed in a known manner.
Their fixed arrangement with respect to the body to be wound has the advantage that a particularly uniform tension of the numerous, for example 30, threads or rovings fed next to one another can be achieved, although not all threads are fed to the same diameter of the spherical shaped body. The feed takes place in adaptation to the described embodiment of the device at the level of the intersection point 26 of the two axes of rotation 4, 5.
