Abstract
A flue gas filter unit consists of a filter mounted in a housing and of two sub pipes projecting from the housing. One or both of the stub pipes can be rotated and has a radial opening for connection to the gas inlet and/or outlet. As a mass-produced filter unit, the rotatable arrangement of one or both of the stub pipes enables the filter to be adapted to the position of the attached pipes when it is installed and thus obviates the need for purpose-made stub ducts.
Description
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch ein Anschluss-Stück.
The invention relates to a flue gas filter device with a housing, inlet and outlet nozzles for the flue gases and filter elements arranged in the interior of the housing.
In the case of flue gas filter devices known up to now, there was a disadvantage that in these, depending on the structural conditions, the connecting pieces had to be individually adapted, which made serial production and storage impossible.
The invention aims to achieve the object of creating a flue gas filter device in which at least one gas connection pipe can exit in any direction without the flue gas device having to be structurally changed.
The invention with which this is made possible is characterized in that a rotatable connection piece is present for at least one support on one side of the housing, with a gas inlet or outlet opening extending approximately radially to the axis of rotation.
In this way it is possible to rotate the gas inlet or gas outlet nozzle or possibly both so that the associated pipes can be easily attached, regardless of the respective structural conditions. This enables series production and storage, and assembly work is made easier and faster.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a perspective overall view of a flue gas filter device, partially in section,
2 shows a section through a connection piece.
The flue gas filter device contains a housing 1 which has the shape of a cuboid on the outside and is provided with a connection piece 2, 3 on each of two opposite sides. The connection pieces 2, 3 are rotatable relative to the housing 1 independently of one another. One connector 2 sits on the horizontal top 4 and the other connector on the horizontal bottom 5 of the housing 1. Inside the housing 1 are the individual filter elements 6, which are preferably arranged in a V-shape and can be replaced by opening a door 8 . The housing is double-walled and contains a thermal insulation layer 7 all around.
Each of the two connecting pieces 2, 3 used to connect pipes can be rotated about a vertical axis in any angular position, so that the gas inlet or gas outlet nozzles extending radially to this vertical axis can assume any position that can easily be adapted to the structural conditions. On the side of the connection pieces 2, 3 facing away from the housing 1, an explosion flap 11 is flexibly attached. This explosion flap 11 is held in a normally closed position by screws 12 and springs 16. This opens if an explosive overpressure should arise inside the housing or the pipelines. By removing this explosion flap 11, a cleaning opening is also created.
If an axial pipe connection is provided on the connection piece 2 or 3, the explosion flap 11 can also be arranged at the outlet of the opening 9.
The rotatable attachment of the connection pieces 2, 3 on the
Housing 1 is shown in FIG. 2. The connection pieces 2, 3 each contain two concentric rings 20 or ring parts on the housing side, which are located on both sides of a circular opening in an inner wall 21 and are located on an inner wall 21 with the aid of screws and are fastened in a sealing manner with the aid of screws 22. Once the correct position has been set, the screws are tightened to lock the connection piece in a non-rotatable manner.
The connection pieces 2, 3 have a cuboid or cube-shaped outer shape and are thermally insulated with an insulating layer 7.
Four legs 13 are provided to support the housing in a standing position. However, these can easily be removed if a horizontal installation is provided instead of a standing installation.
Instead of two connection pieces 1, 2 - as can be seen from FIG. 1 - it would also be possible to get by with only one connection piece 2 or with structural conditions which allow an axial pipe connection on one side.
This arrangement makes it possible to achieve extensive prefabrication of such flue gas filter devices, since the direction of the connection pipes no longer has to be taken into account during production, as is given by special structural conditions.
