The object of the invention relates to a hot water dispenser, in particular for coffee machines.
In known distributors of this type, the control thermostat is immersed in the boiler and the water temperature causes it to activate or engage at the preset temperatures in order to control the heating element of the boiler. This arrangement causes the thermostat to switch on when the water is at the lowest temperature, while an often large temperature difference exists between the maximum and minimum water temperature. This result is incompatible with modern coffee machines which obtain the pressure useful for brewing coffee by a high pressure pump. The use of this type of pump requires the use of mini-boilers which have a maximum capacity of a few cups, in order to obtain almost instantaneous heating and not to slow down the pump flow by too much water. important.
The distributor according to the invention aims to eliminate these drawbacks and to make it possible to keep the cut-out controlled by the thermostat at the maximum water temperature with the safety of resetting the thermostat on each infusion, and, when there is no no brew, to keep its initial presets.
To this end, the hot water dispenser is characterized in that the cold water inlet is channeled in the immediate vicinity of the thermostat before coming to mix with the hot water contained in the dispenser, and thus forcing the thermostat to be reset after each draw-off, even if the water in the dispenser is not at the minimum temperature pre-set by the thermostat.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, one of the embodiments of the dispenser which is the subject of the invention.
The single figure represents a distributor as a whole, in section and in elevation.
According to this example, the cold water arrives through the orifice 1 and is channeled through the partition 2 in order to pass over the sensitive face 3 of the thermostat 4. This mass of cold water then comes to mix with the hot water contained in the boiler 5. The hot water then flows through the overflow pipe 6 to infuse the drink.
The cold water inlet 1 must pass over the face, the perimeter, or in the immediate vicinity of the sensitive face of the thermostat 4, before mixing with the water contained in the boiler.
This mixture has the effect of cooling the thermostat and forcing it to reset very quickly, even if the water in the boiler is not at the minimum preset temperature of the thermostat.
CLAIM
Hot water dispenser, in particular for coffee machines, comprising a thermostat, characterized in that the cold water inlet is channeled in the immediate vicinity of the thermostat before mixing with the hot water contained in the dispenser, and thus forcing the thermostat to reset after each draw-off, even if the water contained in the distributor is not at the minimum preset temperature of the thermostat.
SUB-CLAIM
Dispenser according to claim, characterized in that the cold water under pressure, which arrives through the inlet orifice, is channeled through a deflector partition which forces it to pass over the sensitive face of the thermostat.
