Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Behälter zur Aufnahme einer Kassette mit einem bandförmigen Aufzeichnungsträger, mit einem flachen rechteckigen Gehäuse, das an die Form der Kassette angepasst ist, gemäss dem Hauptpatent Nr. 556 589. Dieser Behälter ist gemäss der Lehre des Patentanspruches des Hauptpatentes dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse einen Schieber zur unmittelbaren Aufnahme der Kassette enthält, der eine innere Endwand und eine äussere Stirnwand aufweist, die durch eine zur Auflage der Kassette bestimmte Bodenplatte verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Seiten des Schiebers mindestens teilweise frei sind, derart, dass eine im Schieber befindliche Kassette seitlich erfasst werden kann, wobei der Schieber im Gehäuse geführt ist und durch eine Schmalseite des Gehäuses zwischen einer inneren Stellung, in welcher die Kassette im Gehäuse eingeschlosssen ist,
und einer äusseren Stellung, in welcher die Kassette dem Schieber entnommen bzw. in diesen eingelegt werden kann, beweglich ist, und zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Schieber eine Feder angeordnet ist, die den Schieber aus dem Gehäuse nach aussen drängt und durch die Bewegung des Schiebers in das Gehäuse gespannt wird, und dass eine lösbare Haltevorrichtung zum Festhalten des Schiebers in der inneren Stellung im Gehäuse sowie Anschläge zur Begrenzung der Bewegungen des Schiebers zwischen der inneren und der äusseren Stellung vorgesehen sind.
Es ist wünschenswert, dass der Besitzer eines solchen Behälters die jeweilige Kassette anhand eines Inhaltsverzeichnisses identifizieren kann, für das meist der auf der schmalen Stirnfläche des betreffenden Schiebers zur Verfügung stehende Platz nicht ausreicht.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, den Behälter nach Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes so zu gestalten, dass dem Benutzer diese Möglichkeit gegeben ist und das Inhaltsverzeichnis nach Bedarf leicht auswechselbar ist; die Kosten der Behälterherstellung sollen jedoch dadurch nicht erhöht werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäss der Erfindung gelöst durch ein in den Schieber einlegbares, gegen unbeabsichtigtes Entnehmen gesichertes Etikett.
Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung ermöglicht sowohl das manuelle als auch das maschinelle Anbringen des auf dem Etikett befindlichen Inhaltsverzeichnisses; es kann auch, falls gewünscht, ausgewechselt werden. Wenn, was bevorzugt ist, das Etikett aus steifem Papier quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schiebers kürzer als die Kassettenabmessungen in derselben Richtung ist, so wird es beim seitlichen Erfassen der Kassette nicht mit ergriffen und kann mit relativ einfachen Mitteln in dem Schieber festgehalten werden. Vorzugsweise weist der Schieber Haltenasen auf, und zwar zweckmässig sowohl an der Innenseite der Schieberstirnwand als auch an den bereits im Hauptpatent vorgeschlagenen Nocken für die Bandsicherung.
An diesen Stellen angebrachte Haltenasen bringen keinen zusätzlichen Platzbedarf mit sich und komplizieren auch nicht das Werkzeug, da sie sich über Aussparungen der Bo denplatte befinden können und damit das Entformen des Schiebers, wenn dieser aus Kunststoff gespritzt ist, nicht komplizieren. Das Etikett selbst kann dabei federnde Zungen aufweisen, hinter die die Haltenasen greifen, die jedoch andererseits ein Auswechseln oder Umwenden des Etiketts nicht behindern. Das Wenden des Etiketts kann zweckmässig sein, weil der Behälter sowohl stehend als auch liegend verwendbar ist, das Etikett aber im einen Fall von vorn, im andern von oben - und zwar über Kopf lesbar sein muss. Das Etikett weist daher vorzugsweise auf der Rückseite eine aufgedruckte Einteilung auf, die relativ zu der auf der Vorderseite auf dem Kopf steht.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Man erkennt in Fig. 1 das Gehäuse 1 mit dem Schieber 2 und einem in den Schieber eingelegten Etikett 33. Das Etikett besteht aus steifem Papier bzw. Karton, kann aber natürlich auch aus einem Stück Kunststoff-Flachmaterial bestehen. Auf beide Seiten des Etiketts sind bezifferte Beschriftungsraster aufgedruckt, die relativ zueinander auf dem Kopf stehen, wie ein Vergleich der Fig. 4 und 5 erkennen lässt. Die Breite des Etiketts quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schiebers 2 ist geringer als die Breite der darüber liegenden Kassette (nicht dargestellt), so dass das Etikett beim Entnehmen der Kassette nicht seitlich mit erfasst wird.
Der Schieber ist mit Haltenasen versehen, die über das Etikett greifen und es gegen unbeabsichtigtes Entnehmen sichern.
Eine erste Haltenase 34 ist an der Stirnwand 7 des Schiebers innen mit angepsritzt. Sie befindet sich über dem Schlitz 10 im Boden des Schiebers und behindert deshalb nicht das Entformen des Schiebers in Richtung der Bodenplatte 6. Die Nase 34 weist eine dem Etikett zugekehrte Sperrfläche 35 auf; der Abstand zwischen der Sperrfläche 35 und der Oberseite der Bodenplatte 6 genügt für das Einlegen des Etiketts, das dabei elastisch verformt wird, und zwar im Bereich einer von der Vorderkante des Etiketts vorspringenden Zunge 36.
Das Etikett 33 besitzt ferner zwei etwa U-förmige Einschnitte 37 (Fig. 4), so dass sich zwei weitere Zungen 38 ergeben. Die Einschnitte 37 werden beim Einlegen des Etiketts in den Schieber über Nocken 8 geführt, die im Hauptpatent bereits erwähnt wurden und der Sicherung des bandförmigen Aufzeichnungsträgers auf den durch die Nocken arretierten Spulen der Kassette dienen. An jedem dieser Nocken 8 ist jedoch eine weitere Haltenase 39 angeformt, die analog der Nase 34 ausgebildet ist (vgl. Fig. 3) und hinter deren Sperrfläche 40 die Zungen 38 einspringen. Aus demselben Grund wie für die Nase 34 angegeben, sind auch die Nasen 39 über seitlichen Ausnehmungen der Bodenplatte 6 angeordnet.
Die Beschriftung lässt sich bei Benützung liegender Behälter von vorn lesen (Fig. 5); bei stehendem Behälter (Fig. 6) wird das Etikett umgedreht. Die Positionierung des Etiketts im Schieber erfolgt im wesentlichen durch den Formschluss zwischen den Nocken 8 und den Querschenkeln der U-förmigen Einschnitte 37.
The invention relates to a container for receiving a cassette with a tape-shaped recording medium, with a flat rectangular housing which is adapted to the shape of the cassette, according to the main patent No. 556 589. This container is according to the teaching of the claim of the main patent thereby characterized in that the housing contains a slide for directly receiving the cassette, which has an inner end wall and an outer end wall which are connected by a base plate intended to support the cassette, the two sides of the slide being at least partially free, such that a cassette located in the slide can be grasped from the side, the slide being guided in the housing and through a narrow side of the housing between an inner position in which the cassette is enclosed in the housing,
and an outer position in which the cassette can be removed from the slide or inserted into it, is movable, and a spring is arranged between the housing and the slide, which pushes the slide out of the housing and through the movement of the slide is clamped in the housing, and that a releasable holding device for holding the slide in the inner position in the housing as well as stops for limiting the movements of the slide between the inner and the outer position are provided.
It is desirable that the owner of such a container can identify the respective cassette by means of a table of contents for which the space available on the narrow face of the relevant slide is usually insufficient.
The object of the present invention is to design the container according to claim of the main patent in such a way that the user is given this option and the table of contents can be easily exchanged as required; however, this is not intended to increase the cost of manufacturing the container.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a label which can be inserted into the slide and secured against unintentional removal.
The design according to the invention enables both manual and machine attachment of the table of contents on the label; it can also be exchanged if desired. If, which is preferred, the label made of stiff paper transverse to the direction of movement of the slide is shorter than the cassette dimensions in the same direction, it will not be gripped when the cassette is grasped from the side and can be held in the slide with relatively simple means. Preferably, the slide has retaining lugs, specifically expediently both on the inside of the slide end wall and on the cams already proposed in the main patent for securing the strap.
Retaining lugs attached at these points do not require any additional space and do not complicate the tool, as they can be located on recesses in the Bo denplatte and thus do not complicate the demolding of the slide when it is injection-molded from plastic. The label itself can have resilient tongues behind which the retaining lugs engage, but which, on the other hand, do not prevent the label from being replaced or turned over. Turning the label over can be useful because the container can be used both vertically and horizontally, but the label must be legible in one case from the front and in the other from above - namely upside down. The label therefore preferably has a printed division on the rear side which is upside down relative to that on the front side.

1 shows the housing 1 with the slide 2 and a label 33 inserted into the slide. The label consists of stiff paper or cardboard, but can of course also consist of a piece of flat plastic material. Numbered labeling grids are printed on both sides of the label, which are upside down relative to one another, as a comparison of FIGS. 4 and 5 reveals. The width of the label transversely to the direction of movement of the slide 2 is less than the width of the cassette located above it (not shown), so that the label is not grasped from the side when the cassette is removed.
The slider has retaining lugs that grip the label and secure it against unintentional removal.
A first retaining lug 34 is injection molded on the inside of the end wall 7 of the slide. It is located above the slot 10 in the bottom of the slide and therefore does not prevent the slide from being demolded in the direction of the base plate 6. The nose 34 has a blocking surface 35 facing the label; the distance between the blocking surface 35 and the top of the base plate 6 is sufficient for the insertion of the label, which is elastically deformed in the process, in the area of a tongue 36 protruding from the front edge of the label.
The label 33 also has two approximately U-shaped incisions 37 (FIG. 4), so that two further tongues 38 result. When the label is inserted into the slide, the incisions 37 are guided over cams 8, which have already been mentioned in the main patent and which serve to secure the tape-shaped recording medium on the reels of the cassette which are locked by the cams. On each of these cams 8, however, a further retaining lug 39 is integrally formed, which is formed analogously to the lug 34 (cf. FIG. 3) and behind the locking surface 40 of which the tongues 38 spring in. For the same reason as indicated for the nose 34, the noses 39 are also arranged over lateral recesses in the base plate 6.
The lettering can be read from the front when the container is lying down (Fig. 5); with the container standing (Fig. 6) the label is turned over. The positioning of the label in the slide takes place essentially through the form fit between the cams 8 and the transverse legs of the U-shaped incisions 37.
