The claim of the main patent relates to a device for sealing a sliding wall having a floor gap and a ceiling gap, which has a lifting threshold arranged under the sliding wall in the floor with a threshold profile that can be raised and lowered by means of which the sliding wall can be sealed by lifting the floor gap is.
The present invention relates to a further development of the invention and in particular to the drive for the threshold profile that can be raised and lowered. If the drive has parts which slide relative to one another when the threshold profile is raised and lowered, a relatively large force is required for raising and lowering.
The invention is based on the object of designing a device according to the patent claim of the main patent in such a way that the lifting and lowering of the threshold profile is possible with relatively little force.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the threshold profile can be raised and lowered by means of low-friction expansion means.
The invention is illustrated by way of example in the accompanying drawings and described below. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a view of a section of a schematically illustrated spreading device using a longitudinally movable part which is supported by means of roller guides on an inclined counter surface,
Fig. 2 is a section through the lower part of a sliding wall with a lowered lift threshold, whose Spreizvor direction can be actuated by a pressure medium
Has embodiment,
3 shows a section through the lifting threshold according to FIG. 2, but with the lifting threshold raised, and
4 shows a side view of the spreading device according to FIGS. 2 and 3.
In Fig. 1, 3, as in the figures of the main patent, denotes the partially shown floor profile and 8 denotes the threshold profile, also partially shown. A pair of expansion bodies, consisting of expansion bodies 35, 36, the inside of which has an inclined running surface 38, is supported on this. A wedge 39 is arranged between the two running surfaces 38 and has two opposing running surfaces 40 which have the same inclination as the running surfaces 38. In the gaps formed by the running surfaces 38, 40 there are guide rollers
37 arranged, which can be stored, for example in a schematically Darge presented cage 42.
The wedge 39 forms the nut of a spindle drive, the
Spindle 41 is passed through wedge 39 and can be rotated in opposite directions by means of a rotary drive, whereby the wedge is either lifted or
Lowering the threshold profile 8 is shifted in the direction of the spindle axis. The roller guide 37, 42 achieves a low-friction relative displacement between the expansion bodies 35, 36 and the wedge 39.
In Fig. 2 and 3, a further embodiment of the expansion mechanism is shown, which is provided with two hoses 45, 46 that can be acted upon by a pressure medium. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the hoses 45, 46 can be locked at their ends by means of clamping devices 47, 48. In the
Clamping device 48 are also supply lines 49, 50 are arranged and are tightly clamped together with the hose ends by the clamping device 48 in such a way that access to the interior of the hoses 45, 46 is maintained.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the hoses 45, 46, when they are not acted upon by the pressure medium, lie flat on top of one another in the space between the floor profile 3 and the threshold profile 8. Are the hoses 45, 46 with a pressure medium. z. B. acted upon with compressed air, as shown in Fig. 3, the bottom profile 8 is raised in that the hoses 45, 46 assume their approximately circular shape. It is advantageous if a flexible and deformable, but not elastic material is used for the hoses 45, 46. This ensures that the hoses do not have to be supported on the walls of the floor profile 3, so that when the lifting threshold or the threshold profile 8 is lowered, there is no risk of the hose 45 being trapped by the threshold profile 8 on the walls of the floor profile 3 and possibly damaged.
When the lifting threshold is lowered, the total weight of the sliding wall 10 is not reduced and the pressure in the hoses 45, 46 therefore also remains practically constant, so that the lowering takes place by reducing the volume of the pressure medium in the hoses 45, 46.
The spreading device formed from the hoses 45, 46 works practically without friction and represents an extremely simple and accordingly economical solution. The connection to a pressure source takes place by means of the supply lines 49, 50.
The reference numbers that are not described relate to identical parts of the main patent and are therefore no longer described.
