la fig. I est une vue frontale d'une machine à cisailler à table de travail mobile représentée partiellement et dans sa position de travail;
la fig. 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne A-A' de la fig. 1;

The present invention relates to a shearing machine comprising a movable work table.
Such machines have recently experienced a great expansion. Their main interest is to shear without distortion.
Such a machine has a first stationary blade, and a second movable blade which can move over the first blade to perform cutting or shearing along their leading edges, with a worktable yielding below it. action of the pressures and which, in its rest position, is adjacent to the leading edge of the first blade and is on the path described by the second blade during its movement, and means which oppose the movement of the table out of its resting position when the second blade moves over the first.
In known machines, the difficulties and drawbacks become apparent when attempting to recover narrow webs which have been cut.
The present invention proposes to remedy these drawbacks by providing a shearing machine in which the recovery of cut strips is made easier.
The shearing machine according to the invention is characterized in that the table is fixed to the frame of the machine by means allowing the table to pivot from a first position which it occupies during operation of the machine, towards a second position it occupies to unload cut pieces.
The invention will be better understood by referring by way of example to the description below and to the appended drawing in which:
fig. I is a front view of a shearing machine with a movable worktable shown partially and in its working position;
fig. 2 is a sectional view along line A-A 'of FIG. 1;
fig. 3 is a view similar to that of FIG. 2, but where the machine is shown in the position in which it unloads the cut pieces.
The shearing machine comprises a movable upper blade 1 and a fixed lower blade 2. A work table 3, adjacent to the fixed lower blade 2, when it is in the rest position, and disposed on the path of the movable blade 1 is based on a leaf spring 4. The spring 4 is arched along its length so that its central part is curved towards the leaf 1 when it is in the rest position.
Stirrups 5 pull the spring 4 down onto the worktable 3.
The ends of the table 3 are mounted on the free ends of the piston rods 6 which collaborate with the cylinders 7, one of which is shown to the right of the table in FIG. 1. The rectilinear translational movement of the work table takes place in a plane parallel to that in which the blade moves 1. In order to allow the table to pivot about an axis parallel to its longitudinal axis, a guide 10 provided with a bolt 9 is attached to the piston rod 9 and allows the table to rotate freely.
In addition, the calipers 5, each provided with a universal joint 11, are fixed to the frame 8 by means of a bolt 12 around which they can pivot.
Thanks to the realization of such a pivoting movement, the working table can be freely brought from its working position illustrated in FIG. 2 in the position in which the machine unloads the cut pieces, illustrated in FIG. 3.
This movement is controlled hydraulically by the table mounting device, which comprises pistons and cylinders, the pistons being connected by their rods to the supports 13 so as to allow a pivoting movement, and the cylinders having their free ends articulated on the platforms 15, themselves fixed to the frame 8 of the machine.
While the machine is in operation, the worktable is placed (see fig. 2), to allow cutouts to be made. If the width of the cut pieces is of the order of that of the leaf of the spring 4, or less, which results in the cut pieces remaining on the table after cutting, the cylinder piston 16 is actuated so as to tilt the table. As a result, the cut piece falls off the table.
If desired, the movement of the table can be controlled such that the workpiece is unloaded onto an appropriate slide (not shown in the figures).
The cylinder 16 is connected to the hydraulic system of the shearing machine and controlled by the control device.
In some cases, it is desirable that the table can be manually rotated from one of its two positions to the other. In other cases, it is useful that the movement of the table is in conjunction with that of the movable blade. In the latter example, the table and the blade can be linked mechanically or hydraulically.
