Lors du chargement d'un appareil de prise de vues photographique et cinématographique, on introduit en général l'extrémité libre du film (ou du support de film) qui est enroulé sur une bobine dans une fente ou sous une languette de prise en charge que présente le moyeu de la bobine réceptrice.
Après fermeture du boîtier, le film est débité derrière l'objectif de l'appareil par un dispositif d'entraînement à pignon denté ou autre qui le dirige vers la bobine réceptrice, elle-même entraînée en rotation. I1 peut arriver que l'extrémité libre du film se détache du moyeu de la bobine réceptrice tout au début de son entraînement après la fermeture du boîtier. Dans ce cas, l'enroulement des parties de film exposées sur la bobine réceptrice s'effectuera de façon défectueuse ou ne s'effectuera plus du tout, auquel cas le film débité se froissera et finira par bloquer l'ensemble du dispositif d'entraînement de film.
Le chargement des appareils de prise de vues doit donc être effectué avec le plus grand soin pour éviter un tel incident. Il en est de même des appareils de projection de films et des enregistreurs ou reproducteurs à bandes sonores, magnétiques ou autres.
L'invention a pour objet un ensemble comprenant une bobine et une bande permettant l'accrochage rapide de la bande sur la bobine pour y être enroulée. Cet ensemble se distingue en ce que le moyeu de la bobine est muni d'une pièce de tissu bouclé ou du genre velours à crochets, en matière synthétique, et que l'extrémité libre de la bande présente des moyens d'accrochage à ladite pièce de tissu dont est muni le moyeu de la bobine.
L'invention a d'autre part pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un tel ensemble. Ce procédé se distingue en ce que l'on fixe par sa face postérieure, à une partie au moins du moyeu de la bobine, une pièce de tissu bouclé ou du genre velours à crochets, en matière synthétique, et en ce que l'on prévoit à l'extrémité libre de la bande des moyens d'accrochage à ladite pièce de tissu dont est muni le moyeu de la bobine.
Le dessin annexé représente, schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'ensemble selon l'invention tel qu'appliqué à un appareil de prise de vues photographique.
La fig. 1 en est une vue partielle représentant l'extrémité libre d'une bande de film en coupe longitudinale.
La fig. 2 en est une vue partielle représentant l'extrémité libre de la bande de film de la fig. 1 en prise avec le moyeu d'une bobine réceptrice tournant dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre, représentée en coupe transversale.
La fig. 3 en est une vue similaire à la fig. 2, représentant la prise en charge de l'extrémité de la bande de film par une bobine réceptrice tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
Comme représenté à la fig. 1, I'extrémité libre d'une bande de film 1 dévidée partiellement d'une bobine ou d'un chargeur, non représenté, est munie d'une pièce 2 d'un jeu de deux nappes de tissus du genre velours à crochets en matière synthétique. Des tissus de ce genre sont décrits notamment dans les brevets suisses No 295638 et No339155. Cette pièce 2 y est fixée par sa face postérieure munie d'un revêtement autocollant 3 repliée sur elle-même de façon à adhérer à la fois à la face avant et à la face arrière de l'extrémité libre de la bande de film I et à recouvrir simultanément son bord transversal. La pièce 2 peut s'étendre sur toute la largeur de l'extrémité libre de la bande de film 1 ou seulement sur une partie. de préférence médiane, de cette dernière.
Comme représenté à la fig. 2, le moyeu 4 de la bobine réceptrice de la bande de film 1 est muni de l'autre pièce 5 dudit jeu de nappes de tissus qui est du type velours bouclé. Cette pièce 5, complémentaire de la pièce 2, adhère au moyeu 4 de la bobine réceptrice par sa face postérieure munie également d'un revêtement autocollant 3.
La pièce 5 peut recouvrir entièrement le moyeu 4 de la bobine réceptrice ou seulement une partie de sa longueur etlou de sa périphérie.
Comme représenté à la fig. 2, on peut ainsi fixer l'extrémité libre de la bande de film 1 au moyeu 4 de la bobine réceptrice par simple application l'une contre l'autre des faces antérieures en regard des pièces 2 et 5 dont sont munis respectivement l'extrémité libre de ladite bande de film I et ledit moyeu 4 de la bobine réceptrice.
Etant donné que la bobine réceptrice représentée à la fig. 2 tourne dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre, il suffirait pour ce flaire de munir la face antérieure de l'extrémité libre de la bande de film 1 d'une telle pièce 2 que l'on appliquerait contre la pièce 5 du moyeu 4 de la bobine réceptrice lors du chargement de l'appareil de prise de vues.
Par contre, dans le cas où la bobine réceptrice tourne dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, comme représenté à la fig. 3, on a avantage à recouvrir les deux faces et le bord transversal de l'extrémité libre de la bande de film 1 et d'une pièce 2, comme représenté à la fig. 1.
En effet, dans ce cas, comme représenté à la fig. 3,
I'extrémité libre de la bande de film 1 munie de la pièce 2 adhérera successivement à la pièce 5 recouvrant le moyeu 4 de la bobine au cours de la rotation de cette dernière dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, par sa face antérieure A, par son bord transversal B et pas sa face postérieure C.
Le chargement d'un appareil de prise de vues photographique au moyen de l'ensemble de film et bobine réceptrice réalisé par le procédé décrit c-dessus s'effeo tue de la façon suivante:
On met le chargeur ou la bobine de film vierge en place dans le boîtier de l'appareil et on dévide une longueur de film suffisante pour permettre d'appliquer l'extrémité libre de la bande de film 1 munie de la pièce 2 sur la pièce 5 dont est munie la bobine réceptrice, déjà mise en place ou montée à demeure dans le boîtier de l'appareil. Ce faisant, on aura soin d'engager simultanément la denture du pignon d'entraînement 6 du film dans les perforations que présente ce dernier.
Une fois la pièce 2 de la bande de film 1 appliquée contre la pièce 5 du moyeu de la bobine, on peut refermer le boîtier sans risque que l'extrémité libre du film 1 se détache intempestivement de la bobine réceptrice lors du dévidage subséquent de la cartouche ou bobine de film vierge. Par contre, I'extrémité libre du film 1 pourra être facilement détachée de la bobine réceptrice, par simple traction sur le film après exposition, quand ce dernier sera réenroulé dans la cartouche ou sur la bobine mère.
Il est évident que l'on peut utiliser des ensembles bande-bobine réceptrice similaires dans des appareils de projection cinématographique et des enregistreurs à bandes sonores magnétiques, par exemple.
Au lieu de fixer une pièce d'une nappe de tissu du genre velours à crochets à l'extrémité libre de la bande et une pièce d'une nappe bouclée sur le moyeu de la bobine réceptrice, on peut faire l'inverse. On peut encore utiliser à la fois pour l'extrémité de la bande et le moyeu de la bobine réceptrice une pièce d'une même nappe de tissu du genre velours à crochets, une telle nappe étant obtenue par rupture des boucles d'une nappe de tissu bouclé. Dans ce cas, les crochets des deux nappes en regard s'entrelaceront.

The subject of the invention is an assembly comprising a reel and a strip allowing the rapid attachment of the strip to the reel in order to be wound thereon. This assembly is distinguished in that the hub of the reel is provided with a piece of looped fabric or of the velor type with hooks, made of synthetic material, and that the free end of the strip has means for attaching to said piece. fabric with which the hub of the spool is fitted.
A further subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing such an assembly. This process is distinguished in that it is fixed by its rear face, to at least part of the hub of the spool, a piece of looped fabric or of the velvet type with hooks, in synthetic material, and in that it is provides at the free end of the strip means for attaching to said piece of fabric with which the hub of the spool is provided.

As shown in fig. 1, the free end of a strip of film 1 partially unwound from a reel or from a magazine, not shown, is provided with a part 2 of a set of two webs of velvet-like fabrics with hooks in synthetic material. Fabrics of this type are described in particular in Swiss patents No 295 638 and No 339 155. This part 2 is fixed thereto by its rear face provided with a self-adhesive coating 3 folded back on itself so as to adhere to both the front face and the rear face of the free end of the film strip I and simultaneously covering its transverse edge. The part 2 can extend over the entire width of the free end of the film strip 1 or only over a part. preferably median, of the latter.
As shown in fig. 2, the hub 4 of the receiving reel of the film strip 1 is provided with the other part 5 of said set of layers of fabric which is of the loop pile type. This part 5, complementary to part 2, adheres to the hub 4 of the receiving coil via its rear face also provided with a self-adhesive coating 3.
The part 5 can entirely cover the hub 4 of the receiving coil or only part of its length and / or its periphery.
As shown in fig. 2, it is thus possible to fix the free end of the film strip 1 to the hub 4 of the receiving reel by simple application one against the other of the front faces facing the parts 2 and 5 with which the end is respectively provided. free of said film strip I and said hub 4 of the receiving reel.
Since the take-up reel shown in fig. 2 rotates counterclockwise, it would suffice for this scent to provide the front face of the free end of the film strip 1 with such a part 2 that would be applied against the part 5 of the hub 4 of the take-up reel when loading the camera.

We put the magazine or the reel of blank film in place in the case of the apparatus and we unwind a sufficient length of film to allow the free end of the film strip 1 provided with the part 2 to be applied to the part 5 with which the receiving coil is fitted, already in place or permanently mounted in the housing of the apparatus. In doing so, care will be taken to simultaneously engage the teeth of the drive pinion 6 of the film in the perforations which the latter has.
Once part 2 of the film strip 1 is applied against part 5 of the spool hub, the housing can be closed without the risk that the free end of the film 1 will untimely detach from the receiving spool during the subsequent unwinding of the film. blank film cartridge or reel. On the other hand, the free end of the film 1 can be easily detached from the receiving reel, by simply pulling on the film after exposure, when the latter will be rewound in the cartridge or on the mother reel.
It is evident that similar receiver tape-reel assemblies can be used in motion picture projection apparatus and magnetic sound tape recorders, for example.
Instead of attaching a piece of a web of hooked velor-like fabric to the free end of the strip and a piece of a looped web to the hub of the take-up reel, the reverse can be done. It is also possible to use both for the end of the strip and for the hub of the receiving reel a piece of the same web of fabric of the hooked velvet type, such a web being obtained by breaking the loops of a web of loop pile fabric. In this case, the hooks of the two facing layers will intertwine.
