Möbelartiges Gestell
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein möbelartiges Gestell, das aus Einzelstreben und einheitlichen Gestellteilen mittels Eckverbindungsstücken demontierbar zusammengesetzt ist. Die durch ein solches Gestell gebildeten Zellen können von einheitlicher Form und Grösse sein und es können sich darin Tablare, Schubladen, herausziehbare und/oder wegrlehmbare Tragfächer usw.
einsetzen lassen. Dabei kann es auch erwünscht sein, solche Zellen wahlweise durch Wände räumlich abzuschliessen, was mit der vorliegenden Erfindung in eiinfacher Weise ermöglicht werden soll.
Das erfindungsgemässe, demontierbar zusammengesetzte Gestell ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in solchermassen gebildete, viereckige Rahmen des Gestells je eine Wandplatte als Füllung eingesetzt ist, die mit ihrem Rand, der quer federnd ausgebildet ist, am Rahmen angreift.
Zweckmässig steht der Rand der Wandplatte quer zur Wandfläche ab und ist quer zu seiner Längsrichtung nach innen bombiert. Da die Rahmenschenkel mit Vorteil durch Rundstangen gebildet sind, kann der bombierte Rand an deren Zylinderfläche z.B. auf einem Viertel ihres Umfanges anliegen, wobei sich die Wandfläche vorzugsweise wenigstens annähernd in einer Tangentialebene zur Zylinderfläche befindet.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist anschliessend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Das veranschaulichte Gestell ist aus einzelnen Rundstangen 1 und einheitlichen, liegend angeordneten Gestellteilen 2 mittels Eckverbindungsköpfen 3 demontierbar zusammengesetzt. Durch diesen Zusammenbau bildet das Gestell Zellen von einheitlicher Form und Grösse.
Am Gestellteil 2 sind zwei parallele Rundstangen 4 durch vier Traversen 5 fest miteinander verbunden, wobei die letzteren paarweise als Trag- und Führungsschienen für einen Rollauszugschemel 6 eines nichtgezeigten Akten- oder Registraturbehälters benützbar sind.
Die aus der Zeichnung ersichtliche Zelle des Gestells ist räumlich durch Wandplatten 30, 30' abgeschlossen, die je in einen der durch das Gestell gebildeten, rechteckigen Rahmen, welche die Zelle umgrenzen, als Füllung eingesetzt sind. Die Ränder 31 der Wandplatten 30, 30' stehen von deren Wandfläche ab und sind quer zu sich federnd so ausgebildet, dass die einzelne Wandplatte im zugehörigen Rahmen lediglich durch Einknipsen von aussen her befestigt werden kann.
In Anpassung an die Zylinderfläche der Rundstangen 1 und 4 des Gestells sind die Wandplattenränder 31 quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung nach innen bombiert und liegen auf höchstens einem Viertel des Zylinderumfanges der Rundstangen an, wobei sich die Wandfläche vorzugsweise wenigstens annähernd in einer Tangentialebene zur Zylinderfläche befindet. Davon abweichend weist die Bodenplatte 30' der Zelle eine leicht vertiefte Form auf, da sie sich unmittelbar unter den Traversen 5 hindurch erstreckt.
Die abstehenden Ränder 31 der Wandplatten 30, 30' sind zweckmässig aussenseitig mit einem abdichtenden bzw. vibrationshindernden Belag 32 versehen, der z. B. durch eine Kautschuklitze oder dergleichen gebildet ist (Fig. 3). Um ein böswilliges Herausstemmen der Wandplatten 30, 30' von aussen her zu verhindern, können auf der Innenseite zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel, wie z. B. Winkeleisen 33, angeordnet sein, die durch Punktschweissung an der Wandplatte befestigt und an einem Gestellteil, z. B. Traverse 5, festgeschraubt sind.
Anstelle einer fest eingesetzten Wandplatte 30 ist auf der Vorderseite der Zelle eine nach aussen herabklappbare Türe 34 angebracht, deren äussere Türfläche durch eine Wandplatte 30 gebildet ist, welche jedoch am Gestell mittels Scharnieren 35, 36 angelenkt ist. Die stationären Scharnierteile 35 sind je in einen Eckver bindungskopf 3 eingeschraubt. Die Türe 34 weist eine innere Wandplatte 37 mit abgewinkeltem Rand 38 auf, mit dem sie in die abstehende Umrandung 31 der äusseren Wandplatte 30 eingesetzt ist. Zwischen den beiden Platten 30 und 37 sind die schwenkbaren Scharnierteile 36 und ferner ein Türschloss 39 zum Verriegeln der Türe am Gestell befestigt.
Mit Vorteil sind zwei Klappscheren 40 einerseits an der Türe und anderseits am Gestell befestigt, um die Öffnungsstellung der Türe so zu begrenzen, dass sie praktisch horizontal oder nur schwach abwärts geneigt ist, um als Abstellfläche zu dienen oder das Ausfahren des Rollauszugschemels 6 zu ermöglichen. Die Türe kann leicht auf die entgegengesetzte Zellenseite an die Stelle der dortigen Wandplatte versetzt werden oder sie könnte aus zwei seitwärts schwenkbaren Flügeln bestehen, deren Scharniere am oberen und unteren Eckverbindungskopf 3 einschraubbar sind. Die Zelle kann erwünschtenfalls mit einem oder mehreren Tablaren 41 versehen sein.
Es ist ohne weiteres klar, dass sich die Wandplatten von innen her aus ihrem Gestellrahmen entfernen und gegebenenfalls am Rahmen einer anderen Zelle des Gestells anbringen lassen.
Furniture-like frame

The edge of the wall plate expediently projects transversely to the wall surface and is cambered inwards transversely to its longitudinal direction. Since the frame legs are advantageously formed by round bars, the cambered edge on their cylindrical surface can e.g. abut on a quarter of its circumference, the wall surface preferably being at least approximately in a tangential plane to the cylinder surface.

The frame illustrated is composed of individual round rods 1 and uniform, horizontally arranged frame parts 2, which can be dismantled by means of corner connection heads 3. As a result of this assembly, the frame forms cells of uniform shape and size.
On the frame part 2, two parallel round rods 4 are firmly connected to one another by four cross members 5, the latter being usable in pairs as support and guide rails for a roll-out stool 6 of a file or filing box, not shown.
The cell of the frame that can be seen in the drawing is spatially closed off by wall panels 30, 30 'which are each inserted as a filling in one of the rectangular frames formed by the frame, which delimit the cell. The edges 31 of the wall panels 30, 30 'protrude from their wall surface and are designed to be resilient transversely to themselves so that the individual wall panel can only be fastened in the associated frame by being clipped in from the outside.
In adaptation to the cylindrical surface of the round rods 1 and 4 of the frame, the wall panel edges 31 are cambered inwards transversely to their longitudinal direction and rest on at most a quarter of the cylinder circumference of the round rods, the wall surface preferably being at least approximately in a plane tangential to the cylinder surface. In contrast to this, the base plate 30 ′ of the cell has a slightly recessed shape, since it extends directly under the cross members 5.
The protruding edges 31 of the wall panels 30, 30 'are expediently provided on the outside with a sealing or vibration-preventing covering 32, which z. B. is formed by a rubber cord or the like (Fig. 3). In order to prevent malicious prying out of the wall panels 30, 30 'from the outside, additional fastening means, such as, for. B. angle iron 33, which is attached by spot welding to the wall plate and attached to a frame part, for. B. Traverse 5, are screwed.
Instead of a firmly inserted wall plate 30, a door 34 that can be folded down outward is attached to the front of the cell, the outer door surface of which is formed by a wall plate 30 which, however, is hinged to the frame by means of hinges 35, 36. The stationary hinge parts 35 are each screwed into a connection head 3 Eckver. The door 34 has an inner wall panel 37 with an angled edge 38, with which it is inserted into the protruding border 31 of the outer wall panel 30. The pivotable hinge parts 36 and also a door lock 39 for locking the door to the frame are fastened between the two plates 30 and 37.
Two folding scissors 40 are advantageously attached to the door on the one hand and to the frame on the other in order to limit the opening position of the door so that it is practically horizontal or only slightly inclined downwards in order to serve as a storage area or to enable the roll-out stool 6 to be extended. The door can easily be moved to the opposite cell side in place of the wall plate there, or it could consist of two sideways pivoting wings, the hinges of which can be screwed into the upper and lower corner connection head 3. If desired, the cell can be provided with one or more trays 41.
It is readily apparent that the wall panels can be removed from their frame from the inside and, if necessary, attached to the frame of another cell of the frame.
