Verschluss mit Schliesseinrichtung für Fenster und Türen
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verschluss mit Schliesseinrichtung für Fenster und Türen, bei dem ein Schieber durch einen Schwenk- oder einen Drehgriff parallel zur Verschlussstange verschiebbar ist.
Um ein unbefugtes Öffnen eines solchen Verschlusses zu verunmöglichen, ist vorgeschlagen worden, den Schwenkgriff oder den Drehgriff lösbar am Schlossgehäuse anzubringen. Bei Drehgriffen erfolgte dies durch einen Vierkant-Auf- oder Einsteckteil, bei Schwenkgriffen durch Ausziehen der Schwenkachse aus Griff und Schlossgehäuse. Beide Lösungen konnten nicht befriedigen, weil es mittels Werkzeugen möglich war, den Verschluss zu betätigen bzw. zu öffnen.
Zweck der Erfindung ist, diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden.
Der Verschluss gemäss der Erfindung weist eine am Gehäuse des Verschlusses befestigte Führung für eine mit dem Schieber gekuppelte Platte auf und ein an der Führung befestigtes Zylinderschloss, das mit seinem senkrecht zur Bahn der Platte verstellbaren Riegel mit einem Loch in derselben in Eingriff bringbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist als Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ein Espagnolette-Verschluss mit Schliesseinrichtung dargestellt und zwar zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Verschlusses mit der Schliesseinrichtung, mit teilweise weggebrochenen Partien, und
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht der Einrichtung.
Der an sich bekannte Espagnolette-Verschluss nach Fig. 1 weist ein Schlossgehäuse mit der Grundplatte 1, einer nach oben gerichteten Mittelrippe 2 und an der Unterseite zwei Lagerwinkel 3 für die Drehstange 4 auf.
Zwischen den Lagerwinkeln 3 ist eine Büchse 5 auf der Drehstange 4 befestigt. In einem Schlitz 6 der Mittelrippe 2 ist ein Schieber 7 längsverschiebbar, welcher beidseits der Mittelrippe nach oben gerichtete Zahnstangen 8 trägt.
Ein an der Unterseite des Schiebers angebrachter Zapfen 9 ragt durch einen Längsschlitz der Grundplatte 1 hindurch in einen nach einer Schraubenlinie verlaufenden Schlitz 10 in der Büchse 5.
Ein Griffhebel 12 ist auf einer Achse 13, welche die Mittelrippe 2 durchsetzt, schwenkbar gelagert. An zwei Lappen 14, die beidseits der Mittelrippe 2 liegen, sind Zahnsegmente 15 vorgesehen, welche mit je einer der Zahnstangen 8 in Eingriff stehen. Beim Verschwenken des Griffhebels 12 wird der Schieber 7 mittels der Zahnsegmente 15 und der Zahnstangen 8 verschoben, wobei der Zapfen 9 im Schlitz 10 die Büchse 5 und damit die Drehstange 4 verdreht.
Der beschriebene Verschluss ist auf einem Fensteroder Türrahmenteil 16 so befestigt, dass die Büchse 5 in einer Ausnehmung des Rahmenteils liegt und die Drehstange 4 in einer Längsnute dieses Teils.
Zur Befestigung des Verschlusses am Rahmenteil sind nicht dargestellte Holzschrauben vorgesehen, welche die Grundplatte 1 durchsetzen. Mittels ebenfalls nicht dargestellter Maschinenschrauben ist eine im Querschnitt rechteckige Führung 17 an der Grundplatte 1 befestigt.
In der Führung ist eine Platte 18 verschiebbar gelagert. Diese Platte weist eine Ausnehmung 19 auf, durch welche die Mittelrippe 2 nach oben ragt und die Schultern 20 dieser Ausnehmung 19 liegen beiderends an den Enden der Zahnstangen 8 an, so dass beim Verschieben der letzteren die Platte 18 in der Führung 17 längsverschoben wird. Die Ober- und Unterseite der Führung 17 weisen Fenster auf für den Durchlass der Mittelrippe 2 und den Lappen 14.
Die Platte 18 und die Führung 17 weisen eine durchgehende Bohrung 21 bzw. 22 auf. Ein auf der Führung befestigtes Zylinderschloss 23 ist über der Bohrung 21 in der Führung 17 angeordnet.
Bei in Schliesslage befindlichem Verschluss liegt die Bohrung 22 unterhalb der Bohrung 21 und der Riegel 24 des Zylinderschlosses kann in die beiden Bohrungen 21 und 22 eingeschoben werden. Dadurch ist der Verschluss gegen unbefugtes Öffnen gesichert.
Eine Deckleiste 25, die auf dem Rahmenteil 16 befestigt ist, besitzt eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme der Führung 17. Ein Langloch in dieser Leiste dient als Durchlass für die Mittelrippe 2, die Zahnstangen 8 und die Lappen 14. Das Zylinderschloss 23 durchsetzt eine Bohrung in der Deckleiste 25.
Lock with locking device for windows and doors
The invention relates to a lock with a locking device for windows and doors, in which a slide can be displaced parallel to the locking rod by a swivel or twist grip.
In order to prevent unauthorized opening of such a lock, it has been proposed that the swivel handle or the rotary handle be releasably attached to the lock housing. In the case of rotary handles, this was done by means of a square plug-in or plug-in part, and in the case of swivel handles, by pulling the swivel axis out of the handle and lock housing. Both solutions were unsatisfactory because tools could be used to actuate or open the lock.
The purpose of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage.
The lock according to the invention has a guide attached to the housing of the lock for a plate coupled to the slide and a cylinder lock attached to the guide, which can be brought into engagement with a hole in the plate with its bolt adjustable perpendicular to the path of the plate.

The espagnolette lock according to FIG. 1, which is known per se, has a lock housing with the base plate 1, an upwardly directed central rib 2 and two bearing brackets 3 for the rotating rod 4 on the underside.
A bushing 5 is fastened on the rotating rod 4 between the bearing brackets 3. In a slot 6 of the central rib 2, a slide 7 is longitudinally displaceable and carries toothed racks 8 directed upwards on both sides of the central rib.
A pin 9 attached to the underside of the slide protrudes through a longitudinal slot in the base plate 1 into a slot 10 in the bushing 5 that runs along a helical line.
A handle lever 12 is pivotably mounted on an axis 13 which passes through the central rib 2. On two tabs 14, which lie on both sides of the central rib 2, toothed segments 15 are provided, which each engage with one of the toothed racks 8. When the handle lever 12 is pivoted, the slide 7 is displaced by means of the toothed segments 15 and the toothed racks 8, the pin 9 in the slot 10 rotating the bush 5 and thus the rotating rod 4.
The lock described is attached to a window or door frame part 16 in such a way that the bushing 5 lies in a recess in the frame part and the rotating rod 4 lies in a longitudinal groove of this part.
To fasten the lock to the frame part, wood screws (not shown) are provided, which penetrate the base plate 1. A guide 17 with a rectangular cross-section is attached to the base plate 1 by means of machine screws, which are also not shown.
A plate 18 is slidably mounted in the guide. This plate has a recess 19 through which the central rib 2 protrudes upwards and the shoulders 20 of this recess 19 rest on the ends of the racks 8 at both ends, so that when the latter is moved, the plate 18 is displaced longitudinally in the guide 17. The top and bottom of the guide 17 have windows for the passage of the central rib 2 and the tab 14.
The plate 18 and the guide 17 have a through hole 21 and 22, respectively. A cylinder lock 23 fastened on the guide is arranged above the bore 21 in the guide 17.
When the lock is in the closed position, the bore 22 lies below the bore 21 and the bolt 24 of the cylinder lock can be pushed into the two bores 21 and 22. In this way the lock is secured against unauthorized opening.
A cover strip 25, which is attached to the frame part 16, has a recess for receiving the guide 17. An elongated hole in this bar serves as a passage for the central rib 2, the racks 8 and the tabs 14. The cylinder lock 23 penetrates a hole in the Cover strip 25.
