  Verpackung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung aus Kunststoff für Unter- und Oberlager von Elektrizitätszählern.



   Solche Lager wurden bisher in Schachteln aus Graukarton verpackt, die mit gelochten Kartonstreifen zur Aufnahme der Lager versehen werden. Diese Kartonstreifen sind mit zwei an den Wänden der Schachtel angeordneten Holzleisten in der erforderlichen Lage festgehalten. Die Unter- und Oberlager werden in die Öffnungen dieser Kartonstreifen eingelegt und zum Schutz gegen Staub und Feuchtigkeit mit PVC Folien oder mit Silberschutzpapier bedeckt. Die Verschlussklappen der Schachtel werden danach aufgebogen und mit Klebeband überklebt.



   Eine solche Verpackung für Unter- und Oberlager von Elektrizitätszählern sowie der Verpackungsvorgang sind sehr arbeitsaufwendig und deshalb teuer. Das verwendete Material bietet keine Möglichkeit, zu kontrollieren, ob die Schachtel voll ist. Es ist notwendig, PVC Folien oder Silberschutzpapier zum Schutz gegen Staub und gegen Korrosion zu verwenden, weil beim hygroskopischen Graukarton durch Feuchtigkeit Schwefelsäure entsteht, die eine Korrosion der verpackten Unter- und Oberlager für Elektrizitätszähler hervorruft.



   Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine einfache, billige, staub- und korrosionsfreie Verpackung für Unter- und Oberlager zu schaffen. Sie soll sich leicht öffnen und schliessen lassen und jederzeit eine Kontrolle über die eingelegten Unter- und Oberlager ermöglichen, ohne dass die Verpackung geöffnet werden muss.



   Die gestellte Aufgabe wird durch die erfindungsgemässe Verpackung aus Kunststoff für Unter- und Oberlager dadurch gelöst, dass die Seitenwände des Unterteils mit Vorsprüngen und die des aus   durchsichügem    Material hergestellten Deckels mit Ausnehmungen versehen sind, so dass Verschlussnoppen entstehen, und dass ein Auflageteil des Deckels zu dessen Abstützung auf eine Palettauflage des Unterteils mindestens auf einer Seite mit einer Ausbuchtung versehen ist, die mit der Palettauflage einen zum schnellen Öffnen der Verpackung dienenden Schlitz bildet.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Verpackung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert: Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 den Unterteil der Verpackung und
Fig. 2 deren Deckel, beide Teile in perspektivischer Darstellung.



   Die Verpackung gemäss den Fig. 1 und 2 besteht aus einem im Vakuum tiefgezogenen Unterteil 1, z.B. aus Polystyrol, und aus einem auf gleiche Art hergestellten Deckel 2, welcher aus durchsichtigem Polystyrol oder PVC gefertigt sein kann. Der Unterteil 1 hat die Form eines hohlen Quaders, dessen Seitenwände 3 auf der offenen Seite in eine senkrecht zu diesen Seitenwänden 3 verlaufende Palettauflage 4 auslaufen. Der Boden 5 des Unterteils 1 ist mit Lagerstellen 6 versehen, die zur Aufnahme der Unter- und Oberlager derart geformt sind, dass jedes eingelegte Lagerteil vor Schlag geschützt ist.



  Der Deckel 2 weist dieselbe Form wie der Unterteil 1 auf; seine Seitenwände 7 laufen seitwärts in einen zu diesen senkrecht verlaufenden Auflageteil 8 aus für die Abstützung auf der Palettauflage 4 des Unterteils 1. Der Teil 8 weist auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten, vorzugsweise auf den schmalen Seiten, je eine Ausbuchtung 9 auf zur Bildung rechteckiger Schlitze zwischen den aufeinanderliegenden Teilen 4 und 8. Die Seitenwände 3 des Unterteils 1 sind mit Vorsprüngen 10 versehen, z.B. in Form eines   Kugelsegments,    die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 11 derselben Form in den Seitenwänden 7 des Deckels 2 beim Schliessen der Verpackung einschnappen.



  Die Vorsprünge 10 und die Ausnehmungen 11 bilden Verschlussnoppen, die ein schnelles Schliessen der Schachtel gestatten.



   Die zu verpackenden Unter- und Oberlager werden in die entsprechenden Lagerstellen 6 entweder von Hand oder maschinell eingelegt und der Deckel 2 auf den Unterteil 1 aufgesetzt. Durch Herunterdrücken kommt seine Palettauflage 8 auf die Palettauflage 4 des Unterteils 1, die   kugelsegmentförmigen    Vorsprünge 10 des Unterteils 1 schnappen in die entsprechenden Ausnehmungen 11 des Deckels 2 ein, und die Lagerteile sind verpackt. Ihr Auspacken, d.h. das öffnen der Schachtel erfolgt durch Einführen eines flachen Gegenstands, z.B.  



  eines Schraubenziehers, Messers oder dgl. in den Schlitz 9 und durch dessen Drehen, wobei sich der flache Gegenstand auf die Palettauflage 4 des Unterteils 1 stützt und den Deckel 2 zum Abspringen bringt.

 

   Die beschriebene, in der Herstellung relativ billige Verpackung ermöglicht, die Unter- und Oberlager auf eine einfache, vorzugsweise maschinell und automatisch erfolgende Art zu verpacken, wodurch eine beträchtliche Einsparung von Arbeitszeit erzielt wird. Das verwendete durchsichtige Material für den Deckel 2 bietet die Möglichkeit, jederzeit zu kontrollieren, ob die Verpakkung voll ist, was noch durch die palettartige Gestaltung der Lagerstelle 6 gefördert wird. Die Verpackung ist stapelbar und gewährleistet eine staubfreie und korrosionsfreie Lagerung der Unter- und Oberlager ohne Verwendung von zusätzlichen Verpackungsmitteln, wie z.B. Silberschutzpapier oder PVC-Folien. Das Öffnen und Schliessen der Verpackung lässt sich schnell und einfach vornehmen.

   Such bearings have previously been packed in boxes made of gray cardboard, which are provided with perforated cardboard strips to hold the bearings. These cardboard strips are held in the required position with two wooden strips arranged on the walls of the box. The lower and upper bearings are placed in the openings of these cardboard strips and covered with PVC foils or with silver protective paper to protect against dust and moisture. The closing flaps of the box are then bent open and covered with adhesive tape.



   Such packaging for lower and upper storage of electricity meters and the packaging process are very labor-intensive and therefore expensive. The material used does not provide any means of checking whether the box is full. It is necessary to use PVC foils or protective silver paper to protect against dust and corrosion, because moisture in hygroscopic gray cardboard creates sulfuric acid, which causes corrosion of the packaged lower and upper bearings for electricity meters.



   The present invention is based on the object of creating a simple, cheap, dust-free and corrosion-free packaging for lower and upper bearings. It should be easy to open and close and allow a control over the inserted lower and upper bearings at any time, without the packaging having to be opened.



   The object is achieved by the inventive packaging made of plastic for lower and upper bearings in that the side walls of the lower part are provided with projections and that of the cover made of transparent material are provided with recesses, so that closure knobs are formed, and that a support part of the cover closes whose support on a pallet support of the lower part is provided on at least one side with a bulge which, together with the pallet support, forms a slot which is used to quickly open the packaging.



   An exemplary embodiment of the packaging according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing:

   The packaging according to Figures 1 and 2 consists of a lower part 1, e.g. made of polystyrene, and from a cover 2 made in the same way, which can be made of transparent polystyrene or PVC. The lower part 1 has the shape of a hollow cuboid, the side walls 3 of which run out on the open side into a pallet support 4 running perpendicular to these side walls 3. The bottom 5 of the lower part 1 is provided with bearing points 6 which are shaped to accommodate the lower and upper bearings in such a way that each inserted bearing part is protected from impact.



  The cover 2 has the same shape as the lower part 1; its side walls 7 run sideways into a support part 8 running perpendicular to this for support on the pallet support 4 of the lower part 1. The part 8 has a bulge 9 on two opposite sides, preferably on the narrow sides, to form rectangular slots between the superimposed parts 4 and 8. The side walls 3 of the lower part 1 are provided with projections 10, for example in the form of a spherical segment, which snap into corresponding recesses 11 of the same shape in the side walls 7 of the lid 2 when the packaging is closed.



  The projections 10 and the recesses 11 form closure knobs which allow the box to be closed quickly.



   The lower and upper bearings to be packaged are placed in the corresponding bearing points 6 either by hand or by machine and the cover 2 is placed on the lower part 1. By pressing down his pallet support 8 comes on the pallet support 4 of the lower part 1, the spherical segment-shaped projections 10 of the lower part 1 snap into the corresponding recesses 11 of the cover 2, and the storage parts are packed. Your unpacking, i.e. the box is opened by inserting a flat object, e.g.



  a screwdriver, knife or the like. Into the slot 9 and by turning it, the flat object being supported on the pallet support 4 of the lower part 1 and causing the cover 2 to pop off.

 

   The described packaging, which is relatively inexpensive to manufacture, enables the lower and upper bearings to be packaged in a simple, preferably mechanized and automatic manner, which results in a considerable saving in working time. The transparent material used for the cover 2 offers the possibility of checking at any time whether the packaging is full, which is also promoted by the pallet-like design of the storage location 6. The packaging is stackable and ensures dust-free and corrosion-free storage of the lower and upper storage without the use of additional packaging materials, such as Silver protection paper or PVC foils. The packaging can be opened and closed quickly and easily.

Packaging made of plastic for lower and upper storage of electricity meters, characterized in that the side walls (3) of the lower part (1) with projections (10) and the side walls (7) of the cover (2) made of transparent material with recesses (11) are provided so that locking knobs (10, 11) are formed, and that a support part (8) of the cover (2) is provided with a bulge (9) on at least one side to support it on a pallet support (4) of the lower part (1) which, with the pallet support (4), forms a slot which is used to quickly open the packaging.
