Circuit arrangement of a pulse control device for the control of anti-parallel connected thyristors in the busbars of a selector switchgear, in particular for high-voltage control on transformers The invention relates to a circuit arrangement of a pulse control device for the control of anti-parallel connected thyristors in the busbars of a selector switchgear, especially for high-voltage control on transformers.
It is known for continuous voltage control controllable rectifiers such. B. thyristors to be arranged on the low-voltage side of transformers. The voltage is controlled directly via a rectifier circuit or via controllable rectifiers in conjunction with an uncontrolled bridge circuit. With these circuits, step short circuits in the event of misfires are excluded. The disadvantage, however, is that these controls can only be used for rectifier operation, the technical complexity is very high and an application on the high-voltage side of a transformer is excluded.
For systems in which a continuously controllable alternating voltage is required, it is necessary to connect the busbars behind the two groups of anti-parallel controllable rectifiers. This creates the risk of step short circuits if the thyristors misfire.
The aim of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages of the known circuit arrangements and to reduce the technical complexity.
The invention makes it possible to design a circuit arrangement for a pulse control device for the gate control of anti-parallel connected thyristors in the busbars of a selector switchgear in such a way that step short-circuits are reliably avoided during gate control or after an arbitrary voltage interruption, and to make the circuit arrangement so that they are on the high-voltage side of Transformers can be arranged.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that, in the circuit arrangement for the pulse control device, a monitoring device that detects the load current in terms of magnitude and phase position and the phase position of the blocking voltage of the gate-controlled thyristors, a delay circuit that, after voltage interruptions, the output of the control device for a certain time blocks, a sawtooth generator, which allows the pulses to be shifted, are arranged, the output signals of the monitoring device, the delay circuit and the sawtooth generator being provided by logic components,
consisting of AND gates, are linked in such a way that the thyristors only receive ignition pulses when the load current and reverse voltage have the same direction, the amount of the current exceeds the set minimum value, the delay circuit and the sawtooth generator emit signals.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The accompanying drawings show in FIG. 1 a block diagram; 2 shows a circuit arrangement.
The thyristor groups 3: 4 are located in the busbars 1: 2 of a selector switchgear (not shown). The busbars 1; ? are brought together in point 5. The line 6 leads to the consumer not shown. The monitoring system consists of parts 7; 8th; 9. The amount of the load current is recorded in the monitoring device 7. When a set instantaneous value is reached, the sawtooth generator 10 is triggered, which sends a signal to the logic module 11 after the set time has elapsed. The Säcezehnaenerator 10 thereby runs synchronously with the load current.
The output signal can be between about 10 'and 170' e1. move. The monitoring device 8 sends separate signals for the duration of the positive and negative load current half-waves to the logic module 11 and also a continuous signal when the load current is flowing to the delay module 12. This passes the signal on to the logic module 11 with an adjustable time delay after power interruptions. The voltage across this parallel connection is stepped up with the transformer 17 and rectified in the rectifier bridge 13. The (rectified voltage, which corresponds to the instantaneous course of the load current, switches the voltage monitor 19 in time with the mains frequency.
When falling below the set voltage value. which corresponds to a certain current value, the capacitor 20 is short-circuited, after the set voltage value is exceeded, the short-circuit is canceled. The capacitor 20 can be charged via the variable resistor 21. \ after reaching the response voltage; of the signal module -'_ it switches through and gives the @ L signal to the AND gates 23 and 24. By changing the resistor 21, the time of response of the signal module 22 can be shifted between two short circuits of the capacitor in a known manner. The converter 25 is burdened with anti-parallel diodes 26. The transformer 27 transforms the voltage drop across the diodes 26, which corresponds approximately to a square-wave alternating voltage, to the signal level of the logic module system.
The voltage is rectified by the rectifier bridge 28 and, at the same time, the half-waves are sent separately to the AND gates 23 and 24. The narrow gaps in the rectified voltage are created by the capacitor 29, which has a small capacitance. filled. If the load current is interrupted, the voltage at the output of the rectifier bridge 28 is absent and the module 30 short-circuits the capacitor 31. As a result, the signal module 32 switches from L to If the load current is switched on again, the signal module 32 switches to the L signal with a delay, since the capacitor 31 only responds to the response voltage via the resistor 33; needs to be charged. The voltage across the thyristor group 3 is transmitted by the transformer 34.
