fixée au corps 1 et liée électriquement au plot de contact A. L'extrémité 6 de cette barrette forme un autre crochet qui sert de point d'appui à l'une des ex- trémités d'un ressort 7;

Electrical contactor for domestic installations The subject of the invention is an electrical contactor (switch or switch) for domestic installations, characterized in that it comprises a flexible control plate capable of flexing elastically when a pressing action is applied to it, a beam mounted to pivot between two stable positions, tilting in response to a driving action exerted on the control plate, at least two fixed contact pads and one movable contact pad, the movable contact pad being in electrical connection rod with one of the fixed and moving contact pads, in response to the tilting of the beam,
between a first stable position for which it is in contact with the other fixed contact pad and a second stable position for which it is at a distance from the latter.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the flexible control plate carries on its internal face two small bearing surfaces separated by an intermediate projection, one of which then the other alternately, when exerting actions of. successive depression on said plate, each time pushes one or the other of two crutches mounted on the two arms of a tilting beam which rests on an intermediate fulcrum, and whose movements control those of a movable contact part, so that the contactor is successively closed, then open, and closed again, and so on.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the contactor according to the invention and a variant. The fia. 1 is a section of this embodiment shown in the open position.
Fig.2 is a section similar to Fig.l and illustrates a first phase of the contactor closing movement.
Fig.3 is a view similar to Fig.2 and relates to the final phase of the contactor closing movement.
Figs. 4, 5 and 6 are, on a larger scale and in perspective, detail views of this form of execution.
Figs. 7, 8 and 9 are sections respectively analogous to figs. 1, 2 and 3 of the variant.
Figs. 10 and 11 are elevational views of the mechanism of this variant, in the open and closed position, respectively, and FIGS. 12 and 13 are, on a larger scale and in perspective, detail views of this mechanism.
In fig. 1 to 3, 1 designates the body of the device preferably made of molded plastic material forming an insulation, 2 its base and 3 its flexible control plate also made of plastic; the bending movements of this plate inwards in response to a driving action, are allowed and limited by the external face of the base 2, which forms a concave surface matching the deformed surface of the flexible plate; the flexible plate 3 is applied around its periphery against the base 2 and held in place by a frame E.
A and B are fixed contact pads embedded in the plastic body 1, for the arrival and departure of the current; B ;, is an insulating pad if the device is a switch, or a second contact pad, if it is a switch.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 comprises a tilting beam formed of a blade of copper or other conductive metal, divided into two arms f and f3 on either side and at an equal distance from its fulcrum and pivot point 4 (fig. 1 and 6), which fulcrum and pivot point consists of a hook at the end of a bar 5, also of conductive metal,
fixed to the body 1 and electrically linked to the contact pad A. The end 6 of this bar forms another hook which serves as a fulcrum for one of the ends of a spring 7;
this spring has the shape of an omega and its other end presses on the arm f of the beam so as to keep the beam both in one and the other of its extreme tilting positions, as a result of the tilt what then does the arm f

<tb> being <SEP> articulated <SEP> on <SEP> its <SEP> scourge, <SEP> is <SEP> obliged <SEP> of <SEP> to follow <SEP> the

<tb> II <SEP> is <SEP> obvious <SEP> than <SEP> if, <SEP> starting <SEP> from <SEP> this <SEP> state, <SEP> such <SEP> as
