Device for connecting prefabricated parts The invention relates to a device for connecting the prefabricated parts.
In construction, prefabricated parts, such as wall elements for cladding walls or for the construction of walls for the subdivision of Räu men and parts of furniture, which are either attached to the wall or used for themselves, are increasingly used for furnishing interiors can be detachably assembled to form whole furniture. When fastening furniture parts to the walls made from wall elements, it is a question of being able to choose any arrangement of shelves, small and large cupboards and other parts.
The usability of such element construction systems now depends essentially on the quality and simplicity of the connection associated with such a system for the composition of the individual parts.
Most known systems use a light metal profile as the basic element to which the individual parts are attached in a suitable manner. However, the fastening options for the various systems are either complex or insufficiently strong or can only be used to a limited extent.
The device according to the invention represents a particularly advantageous solution for a connection and is characterized in that it has a profiled rod with at least one groove. which has two side grooves, as well as at least one further profiled rod as a counterpart with at least two in the side walls opposite grooves. which counterpart is fitted into the groove of the first rod, the two grooves of which are opposite the side grooves of the groove and connecting wedges are set in the spaces formed by the two side grooves and the two grooves of the counterpart. that hold the two profiled bars together.
In the drawing, the invention is shown for example. It shows: FIG. 1 an axonometric representation of a first profiled rod. FIG. 2 shows a section through the rod according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows an axonometric illustration of a profiled rod consisting of 2 double-T profiles, FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the rod according to FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows an axonometric illustration a connecting wedge,
6 shows an axonometric representation of a profiled rod with several grooves, FIG. 7 shows a cross section through the rod according to FIG. 6, FIG. 8 shows an axonometric representation of a rod composed of several profiled rods according to FIGS. 1 and 3, and FIG. 9 shows a cross section through the rod according to FIG. B.
In Fig. 1 and 2, 1 is a cross-section of a substantially rectangular profile of a rod provides Darge. It has a groove 2 arranged on one of the longer sides of the rectangle #, e - , the base of which is denoted by 3 and whose side surfaces are denoted by 4, 5. Side grooves 6, 7 are arranged in the two side surfaces 4, 5.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, a profile of a rod is shown with 8, which can be imagined as being composed of two double-T profiles, the colliding chords 9 being twice the thickness of the individual chords 10, 11, for example. B> have. There are webs 12, 13 between the belts. The width of the belts 9, 10, 11 corresponds to the width of the groove 2 in the profile according to FIGS. 1 and 2, reduced by a small amount of play. so that the profile 8 can be easily inserted into the groove 2. The profile 8 has grooves 12a, 12b or 13a between the belts.
13b which, when the profile 8 is inserted into the groove 2, lie opposite the side grooves 6. 7.
The connection between the two profiles l and 8 is Herge with the help of connecting wedges 14. Fig.5, which are introduced into the cavities formed by the side grooves 6. 7 and the grooves between the belts 9, 10. 11 and so Prevent the loosening of the two profiles I and 8. So that the connec tion wedge 14 does not slip inside. a nose 1.5 is provided. with which it is held on the edge of the profile. If a connection is made with a rod made of two profiles 1 and a rod made of profile 8, four connecting wedges 14 are required. The front sides 16 of the profiles 1 collide here. These three parts make a complete connection.
If, for example, bars with the two profiles 1 are arranged in the end face of a wall element, be it in a recessed or hinged position, and fastened in a suitable manner, for example by screws, the wall elements prepared in this way can be with a profile bar 8 and the connecting wedges join together so that a coherent wall can be formed from individual wall elements. It is not necessary for the profile bar 8 to be arranged over the entire length of the profile bar 1. It is sufficient for example se. To arrange a piece of rod of the profile 8 at the two ends of the profile rods 1 and to hold it in a suitable manner, as will be described below.
In Fig. 6 and 7, 17 denotes a profile bar with several grooves, which can be thought of as composed of four profile bars 1 (Fig. 2). The profile 17 has a substantially square cross-sectional shape and has a groove 2 on each side of the square. a total of four, which have all the features of the groove shown in FIG. This profile bar can be used as a column from which, for example, four walls extend, these walls each having a profile bar 1 (FIG. 2) at the end and being held together with the profile bar 8 and the connecting wedges 14. It goes without saying that all four grooves do not necessarily have to be used.
Any unused grooves can be covered in a suitable manner or can also remain open. You can of course also use this profile bar to form a side wall from wall elements, with the groove directed into the room for fastening parts. such as trays. small and large cupboards. The special type of connection with the help of the connecting wedges 14 allows the use of a particularly simple way of holding the profile 8 at a certain height. For this purpose, one or more pins 18 are fastened in the base of the groove 2 or on the belt 10 or 11 of a profile 8. for example by first drilling holes and then inserting pins 18 of the appropriate diameter.
A corresponding bore 19 is drilled in the belt 10 or 11 of a profile rod 8 or in the base of the groove 2. whereupon it is inserted into the relevant groove 2 and held in place with the connecting parts 14. In this way, the height of the profile bars 8 is maintained perfectly, so that the parts can be attached to a wall at any height. If large loads have to be absorbed, you can arrange several such pins 18 at certain intervals and provide appropriate holes in the pro filstab 8.
In the same way as the profile bar 17 can be viewed as being grouped together from a number of profile bars 1 to form a single profile bar. 8 and 9, the profile bar 20 can be viewed as a combination of four profile bars I and four profile bars 8. To connect you only need profile bars according to Fig. I and 2, for example, the front side in wall elements or other parts can be arranged and connected with the help of connecting wedges 14 who the. In this case, too, the height position is determined by inserting bolts 18 into corresponding bores 19.
The described system for connecting parts is very simple and consists essentially of only two basic profiles, namely profile bar 1 and profile bar B. With these all combinations that occur can be made, be it that walls or ceilings are created, wall cladding made, trays and small cabinets arranged at any height, be it that whole cabinets or wall units have to be built. The application extends to private houses, exhibition halls, shops and libraries. Because of the fastening by connecting wedges, the parts can be held in place at a certain height in the simplest possible way.
The rods with the basic profiles 1 and 8 can also be reproduced in a different way than according to FIG. 6 and FIG. For example, only two or three profile bars 1 or 8 can be joined together at an angle or coaxially to form a profile bar, or the bars with the basic profiles are provided with additional ribs. In any case, however, the connection with the connecting wedges remains unchanged.
Of course, the profile bars can also be made of plastic instead of light metal. Wood or any other suitable material. Furthermore, the profile bar 8 does not need to be designed exactly as a double-T profile. It is enough if he has a waist. thus has an approximate double-T shape, which is opposite to the not necessarily rectangular side grooves of Profilsta bes 1. Accordingly, the connecting wedges can be round, oval or square, e.g. be triangular; however, they must protrude into both the side grooves and the waist.
