Frontplatte mit Bedienungselementen und Buchsen für gedruckte elektrische Schaltungen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Frontplatte mit Bedienungselementen und Buchsen für gedruckte elektrische Schaltungen.
Bei bisher bekannten Ausführungen ist häufig der Ein- und Ausbau der einzelnen Elemente schwierig und zeitraubend, da hierzu zuerst hinter der Frontplatte liegende Schrauben oder Muttern zu lösen sind.
Weiterhin ist häufig die Verteilung der einzelnen Elemente auf der Frontplatte unbefriedigend; es entstehen u. U. zur Verschmutzung neigende Zwischenräume.
Zur Abhilfe wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass die Abmessungen aller auf der Vorderseite der Frontplatte der angeordneten Teile der miniaturisierten Bedienungselemente und Buchsen und die Verteilung der Bohrungen so gewählt sind, dass die Teile formschlüssig aneinanderliegen, in ihren Plätzen vertauschbar sind und eine annähernd plane Gesamtoberfläche bilden, und dass die Durchmesser der Bohrungen grös- ser als die Durchmesser der die Frontplatte die durchdringenden, an der Rückseite derselben herausragenden Teile der Bedienungselemente und Buchsen sind,
und dass die an diesen letzteren Teilen angeordneten elektrischen Anschlüsse im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen. Vorzugsweise sind dabei alle aus der Frontplatte hervorragenden Teile quadratisch und gleich gross ausgebildet; ausserdem haben alle Bohrungen zweckmässigerweise gleichen Durchmesser.
Anhand einer schematischen Zeichnung, die ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellt, sei die Erfindung näher erläutert: Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine Frontplatte; Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie 11-II in Fig. 1. Die aus der Frontplatte 1 eines elektronischen Bausteines hervorragenden feststehenden Teile von Bedienungselementen, wie Justierpotentiorneter 2, Drehschalter 4 und Umstellschalter 5, sowie Buchsen 3 sind als gleichgrosse Quader mit quadratischer Grundfläche, z.
V. 15.15.8 mm, ausgebildet und enthalten die jeweiligen Verstell- oder Aufnahmeorgane. Da die Bohrun- gen 7 bzw. 7a zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschrauben 8 der Frontplatte so verteilt sind, dass die einzelnen Teile formschlüssig aneinanderliegen und eine annähernd plane Gesamtoberfläche bilden, sind die einzelnen Teile jederzeit an ihren Plätzen bei Bedarf gegeneinander vertauschbar.
Der Durchmesser der Bohrungen 7 der Frontplatte 1, die die einzelnen Elemente aufnehmen, ist kleiner als der Durchmesser der vor der Frontplatte 1 liegenden Teile, z. B. 5a (Fig. 2) und grösser als der Durchmesser der hinter der Frontplatte 1 liegenden Teile, z. B. 5b (Fig. 2) des Umstellschalters 5.
Die einzelnen Bedienungselemente, wie z. B. die Potentiometer 2, können daher nach Lösen von je zwei Schrauben 8 von vorne aus der Frontplatte 1 herausgezogen werden, wenn die elektrischen Anschlüsse gelöst sind.
Die Elemente und Buchsen, wie z. B. die Umstellschalter 5, sind an ihren Enden mit elektrischen Anschlüssen 5c (Fig. 2) versehen, die im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen, so dass eine mit entsprechenden Bohrungen versehene Isolierstoffplatte oder Folie 10 darauf aufschiebbar ist. Diese Isolierstoffplatte oder -Folie 10 trägt eine gedruckte Schaltung, welche durch Schwallöten mit den elektrischen Anschlüssen, z. B. 5c, verbindbar ist.
Im oberen Teil der Frontplatte 1 ist ausserdem noch ein Anzeigegerät 9 untergebracht.
Die unterste zum evtl. weiteren Ausbau vorgesehene Reihe der Bohrungen 7 der Frontplatte 1 ist mit Kappen 6 überdeckt, die in ihren Abmessungen mit den sonstigen Elementen übereinstimmen.

In previously known designs, the installation and removal of the individual elements is often difficult and time-consuming, since for this purpose screws or nuts located behind the front panel must first be loosened.
Furthermore, the distribution of the individual elements on the front panel is often unsatisfactory; there arise u. U. gaps tending to contamination.
To remedy this, it is proposed according to the invention that the dimensions of all the parts of the miniaturized control elements and sockets arranged on the front side of the front panel and the distribution of the bores are chosen so that the parts are in a form-fitting manner, can be interchanged in their places and form an approximately flat overall surface, and that the diameter of the bores is larger than the diameter of the front panel penetrating parts of the operating elements and sockets protruding from the rear of the same,
and that the electrical connections arranged on these latter parts lie essentially in one plane. Preferably, all of the parts protruding from the front panel are square and of the same size; in addition, all the bores expediently have the same diameter.
The invention will be explained in greater detail on the basis of a schematic drawing which shows an exemplary embodiment: FIG. 1 shows a plan view of a front panel; Fig. 2 shows a section along the line 11-II in Fig. 1. The fixed parts of operating elements protruding from the front panel 1 of an electronic module, such as adjusting potentiometer 2, rotary switch 4 and changeover switch 5, and sockets 3 are of the same size as cuboids with a square base , e.g.
V. 15.15.8 mm, formed and contain the respective adjusting or receiving organs. Since the bores 7 and 7a for receiving the fastening screws 8 of the front panel are distributed in such a way that the individual parts lie against one another in a form-fitting manner and form an approximately flat overall surface, the individual parts can be interchanged in their places at any time if necessary.
The diameter of the holes 7 in the front panel 1, which accommodate the individual elements, is smaller than the diameter of the parts in front of the front panel 1, e.g. B. 5a (Fig. 2) and larger than the diameter of the parts lying behind the front panel 1, z. B. 5b (Fig. 2) of the changeover switch 5.
The individual controls, such as B. the potentiometer 2, can therefore be pulled out of the front panel 1 from the front after loosening two screws 8 when the electrical connections are released.
The elements and sockets, such as B. the changeover switch 5 are provided at their ends with electrical connections 5c (Fig. 2), which lie essentially in one plane, so that an insulating material plate or film 10 provided with corresponding holes can be pushed onto it. This insulating plate or film 10 carries a printed circuit, which by wave soldering with the electrical connections, for. B. 5c, is connectable.
In the upper part of the front panel 1, a display device 9 is also housed.
The lowest row of holes 7 in the front panel 1, which may be provided for further expansion, is covered with caps 6, the dimensions of which correspond to the other elements.
