Wireless remote control system for pulse control of electrical units The invention relates to a wireless remote control system for pulse control of electrical units by means of rectangular modulation of a carrier.
There are systems known which emit a carrier during the entire operating time of the telecontrol system and thus have a much higher power consumption, which has a disadvantageous effect on battery power. Wise too. the previously known systems have unwieldy housing dimensions, whereby the person wearing the control device is severely hindered when performing additional work.
The invention provides a telecontrol system, wel che by means of a quartz-controlled multi-channel transmitter and at least one also quartz-controlled super-het receiver several control functions, eg. B. over a distance of up to 3 km.
The disadvantages of the known systems are to be eliminated by the invention in that the carrier is no longer radiated during the entire operating time, but only during the transmission of control commands.
This is preferably solved in such a way that the transmitter feed and the modulation are switched on and off simultaneously via a two-pole momentary switch. This increases the duration of use, e.g. B. a battery operated transmitter increased many times over and also simplified the operation of the device.
The signalless state of the receiver during the switching breaks, however, requires two special measures.
1. The blocking of the output signal. of the receiver so that interference pulses and receiver noise do not trigger incorrect switching. For this purpose, in addition to the control signal, an unlocking signal is preferably modulated onto the carrier on the transmitter side, which unlocks the connection from the receiver to the Steuerstu fen.
2. The control impulses should release permanent contacts in the switching devices connected to a unit. B. a step switch a control stage and z.
B. a contactor with latching two control stages (hab) are assigned :. Furthermore, the transmitter should preferably be able to be carried in the breast pocket so as not to hinder the performance of additional work. A completely dust- and waterproof design is advantageously provided in order to allow all-weather use.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment is explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. The telecontrol system shown in the drawing is used to control liquid manure pumping systems or construction machines. The person working in the field can switch units on and off directly and: has the option of triggering acoustic signals (e.g. fault messages).
When ready for operation, the transmitter remains switched off according to FIG. The mains-operated reception system is switched on and the LF connection to the control stages is blocked.
When the on button (H) is pressed, the supply circuit is closed and the control signal generator is switched on. The stages (B, C, D ', E) are thus in operation and a double-signal modulated carrier is transmitted via the antenna (A).
The carrier demodulated in the receiving system delivers the unlock signal and a control signal which briefly actuate the corresponding stages (5) and (6b). The contactor combination (7a) switches and remains attracted via its own self-holding contacts until the control stage (6a) opens the circuit again by pressing the Off button (K).
The same process takes place for the step-by-step device (7b) with the difference that only one control stage is required, with the 1st impulse turning on. - Step and the 2nd impulse activates the off step.
